There is no definitive answer to this question as different leagues and organizations have different rules regarding the use of mouthguards. In general, however, mouthguards are not required to be worn by lacrosse players of any color. While some leagues or organizations may have specific rules prohibiting the use of white mouthguards, this is not a widespread rule. As such, it is unlikely that players would be penalized for wearing white mouthguards in lacrosse.
Lacrosse is a sport that is growing in popularity, and many people are wondering if they can bring their lacrosse stick on an airplane. The answer is yes, you can bring a lacrosse stick on an airplane as long as it is under the size limit for carry-on luggage. Most airlines have a size limit of 22 inches x 14 inches x 9 inches for carry-on luggage, so as long as your lacrosse stick is under that size, you should be able to bring it on the plane with you.
In short, yes. Most competitive leagues require players to wear mouthguards, and many youth leagues recommend or require them as well. Lacrosse is a contact sport, and there is a risk of injury to the teeth, jaw, and head when playing. Wearing a mouthguard can help protect against these injuries.
No, you do not need rib pads for box lacrosse.

My daughter, a goalie for lacrosse, absolutely adores this bag, despite the fact that we haven't had it for very long. Finding a backpack large enough to hold all of that large gear, have a space for her stick, and be worn on her back was difficult, but this one was perfect! She appreciates that it has numerous compartments for all of her belongings. She has space to fit her helmet in the large interior pocket, despite the fact that she could attach a clip to the outside. It's fantastic, so much more convenient than hauling the large duffel bag we were using. The major reason I acquired it was because I knew we would be traveling and she would have to start carrying the bag more seriously. I'm really at ease with her using this for extended periods of time. And she's ten! She's not a wimp, but she's also a goaltender. But unlike a duffel bag, the weight is evenly distributed. We're delighted with the purchase. I never write reviews!

To compare, we purchased 4 gear backpacks, and much to my surprise, this one was by far the finest! If packed properly, my 10-year-old can fit all of his equipment—including rib pads, cleats, and a helmet—in the backpack with room to spare. He prefers to hang his helmet outside rather than place it inside. The stick holder appears flimsy, so I'd change those two things. The elastic appears to be easily breakable. It would be great if they made the bottom slot longer so that the bag could just fit into it.It takes some effort to thread the helmet straps through the face mask.

We use it for something else, so I'm not sure how well it would hold up for lacrosse equipment. I was unable to find a bag to hold all of my son's karate equipment until a lacrosse bag was suggested. This one was incredibly affordable (I caught it with a coupon). It has space for additional items and can hold his sword, escrima sticks, nunchucks, and kamas. I didn't anticipate it to be long enough for his bo staff, but he can carry that independently. Now that he has a free hand, going to class has been much simpler for him.

For a month, my son has carried his LAX gear about with no problems using this. Except for his helmet, all of his equipment is stored in the backpack, and he really appreciates how it has stick holders. The bag's construction appears to be very strong and it should endure for a very long time, even with a 13-year-old using it. All of the backpack's zippers are of high quality, and its colour matches that of the image. We are happy with this buy so far.

Durable nylon stick bag holds up to three sticks

Being new to the sport, I didn't want to spend too much money on equipment that might not last, so this advice has been invaluable. The front zipper pocket on the mouthguard fits into the well-made zippers. My daughter typically throws her goggles in with a stick and heads out. Practical and adorable. The colour blue doesn't really have a gender. appeals to everyone. great acquisition

My daughter, who was just starting out in lacrosse, was the recipient of the bag I ordered. Carrying a stick, a few balls, goggles, and a mouth guard is practical. The zipper is well-made, and the material is really thick and robust. We've had sports bags in the past where the cloth would rip easily or the zippers would break, but not with this particular product. Although we have since upgraded to a backpack/stick holder that allows our daughter to carry much more, she still frequently uses this one when she only needs the barest minimum of gear or for a quick practice.

For my 12-year-old bag, I chose the larger of the two sizes, however it is too huge. We are delighted with the standard. His LAX stick fits in the pocket on the outside (although it would be nice to have a snap strap to hold it there). The purse is LARGE. Maybe a huge guy should get this large size to fit bigger shoulder pads, but I should have ordered the smaller one for my 12-year-old (who has a stocky physique). It features a separate compartment for the helmet, which is great and functions something like a shoe bag, and we appreciate the carrying strap. To make it simple to insert and remove pads, the top unzips in a semicircle. It sits more comfortably than a round duffel bag because it also has a square-shaped bottom. The fact that it is made for LAX and has his stick's brand name on the outside is appealing to my son. It's overly huge, yet we still adore it. I'll likely also order the smaller one.

We needed a large LAX bag for our girls' belongings because we were travelling out of the state. The backpack easily accommodated the two girls' equipment, which included numerous pairs of cleats, spare tennis shoes, and lacrosse sticks. The Girls sticks DO fit in the outside pocket/stick carrier, despite the fact that this style of bag is typically used by boys, but since we were checking the bag, we decided to take the heads off and put the sticks in the middle pocket with their other gear, then carry the heads in our carry-on luggage. This was perfect for our out-of-state summer lacrosse camp.

Excellent bag; it accommodates all of my son's lacrosse gear, including the stick. - (Middie) Unless it's a defense stick, I'm not sure why some reviews claim that the stick does not fit. This bag is just as good as the pricier bags but much less priced. It was a wise investment. My older kid, who has one of the (other well-known) brand-name bags, enquired as to why his younger sibling received such a wonderful bag. The interior does have a three-piece bottom board, and like every other review, I will concur that no matter how hard you try, the boards just don't fit properly on the bottom of the bag since they are a little bit too long. When the boards were designed, someone was careless. It doesn't really concern me, either way. It's not a deal breaker that they slightly bend at the ends. The bag is durable and has numerous pockets for all the various pieces of equipment. Additionally, it offers a variety of straps for carrying. Padded shoulder strap for comfort. The bag has enough space to fit all the gear and then some. I also liked the color selections. This was a pretty wise investment!
I don't always wear a shirt under my lacrosse pads, but when it's cold out I definitely will. I think it just depends on the weather and how comfortable you are. I know some people who always wear a shirt under their pads, no matter what the weather is like.
Lacrosse sticks are not considered checked bags by most airlines. However, some airlines may consider them as such, so it is always best to check with your airline before you travel.
The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) does not prohibit lacrosse sticks in carry-on or checked bags. However, lacrosse sticks may be subject to additional screening.
A lacrosse player can hold the ball for a maximum of three seconds. After three seconds, the player must either pass, shoot, or dribble the ball.
A lacrosse bag is typically 36 inches long, but can vary depending on the size of the stick.
