Bottle lids are far more reliable than ziplocks or taped-shut cut bags. All too frequently, humidity causes the tape to become loose or the bags to become worn or punctured. The tannin in this instance was sent in a bag that needed to be cut and was not completely resealable. Plastic bottles contained the acid mixture and pectic enzyme. Because you use so little at a time, durability is crucial to minimising costs. If the goods had all come in bottles, I would have rated it five stars because it was excellent.

The face shield arrived on schedule, undamaged, and in good packaging. The headwear is cozy and fits perfectly. The directions are SO SIMPLE and EASY to follow that assembling the shield could not be much easier. You can't mess this up because there are even photographs to use as a guide. It is fairly clear that the protective film that is covering the shield on both sides needs to be taken off. It's unbelievable how someone could have missed this. Neither of the films required much work to remove; they were neither difficult nor challenging at all. However, I'm sure people would also complain if they were too simple to get off. Just accept it; the film was created to safeguard the shield during delivery.With the two finger screws on the sides, I had no trouble adjusting the headpiece or holding the shield in position. Just snug them and it works perfectly; it doesn't need to be turned down to operate. Overall, I believe that this shield performs as promised, was shipped in good condition, and works excellent.
