Fantastic little bench; I bought two, double the typical sample size:First, Fed Ex arrived on November 24 instead of the anticipated November 25–December 1 delivery date. Because shipping was already included in the purchase, Fed Ex early delivery was a great deal.Second: No pressed board; seat and legs are made entirely of wood.Third: Assembly went off without a hitch; all the pieces were there, the bolts matched up with their holes, and the Allen wrench that came with it did a great job of tightly tightening the legs (though some tedious handwork is needed because the bolts closest to the seat bottom are positioned at an awkward angle); Fourth: The condition was excellent; there were no chips, scratches, warping, or uneven staining, and all the legs were the same length so there was no wobbling.Fifth: The benches look fantastic, but I wouldn't characterize the finish as "rustic"; it's smooth and beautifully accentuates the wood grain but isn't weathered or similar.Sixth: They are big and strong enough for two adults to sit on them, but they are definitely too short to be used as a dining bench unless the tabletop is somewhat low. Although placing such a lovely and useful piece of furniture in the garage seems like a poor idea, we're utilizing them as seats for putting on and taking off boots.Seventh: These are a true deal when compared to anything else we found out there for this price (and higher).By the way, it's Vietnamese-made.If I ever needed more of these, I would buy them right away. But they won't disintegrate any time soon.

In order to replace the exact same model that we had bought from an ashley furniture store in 2014, we bought this through Amazon in October 2019.That's good; they both appear to be essentially the same.The one from Amazon is much firmer than the previous one and I believe has a rubber foam cushioning inside. The original one was never very hard, and the seat was not frequently used, so we believe this is a more recent alteration.Get away from Ashley's extended warranty. It's not useful. Ashley states that the material started to split due to regular wear and tear and will not replace it. Since we acquired it, we have used our table set about once a month, but it has always served more as a decorative item. I'm curious as to how they are still operating if they produce furniture that only lasts for 60 uses.Since we did not have to pay for shipping, it was less expensive to purchase the replacement bench through Amazon.The old bench and the replacement bench are seen in the photos. The aged bench's cracked material is shown up close (just in case anyone was curious).

This bench is nice. The photos, especially the close-up, gave me the impression that it might have been a little lighter than it is. It has a somewhat reddish tone. Although it doesn't precisely match my table's color, I don't hate the difference as much as I had anticipated. I was a little concerned about damage because the package was rather battered, but after I opened it, everything was perfectly safe and undamaged. Since only the legs and stabilizer bars needed to be attached, construction simply took a few minutes. Since it is not made of solid wood and I do have children, I also bought a three-year accident protection plan. I only have to decide whether I want to purchase another one for the opposite side now.

I bought this dining bench seat to replace a few Ashley dining chairs from my Ashley dining set that were broken. The top of the bench is nicely padded in dark brown (not sure if it is leather or vinyl, however it looks good). Dark brown is also the color of the legs. It comes packaged in a box and assembles quickly. The bench's legs just require two screws to be inserted. It takes 5 to 10 minutes to assemble. The bench is well-built. I am over 200 pounds, and it supported me without any issues. This was a fantastic substitute because I was unable to buy new dining chairs to replace the broken (discontinued) ones. The 50-inch-long seat fits neatly beneath a dining table. This seems to be a classy, reliable dining bench seat. This chair is great. I'll update my review if anything changes.

This is a good, sound option. It's the perfect size for the dining bench we were searching for. Although the cushion is very rigid (similar to a bunch of closely packed Styrofoam balls or something), it is still preferable to sitting on a harsher surface. The fabric's greater emphasis on design than texture was the one thing that startled me (if that makes sense). Looks like a blend of darker blue or grey and dark gray. Not bad at all, but not what I had anticipated. At least to me, it wasn't entirely evident from the photographs what the cloth actually looked like up close. It's still good, therefore we're keeping it.

As soon as my East West Furniture CAB-OAK-W bench arrived, I assembled it. It just had a single tiny ding in the wood on the bottom of the top, which made me ecstatic (you see I bought it in the open box deals shop). I filled the ding and am already crocheting fresh covers for the pillows on the bench. The gorgeous grain running over the top was highlighted by the wood's sheen. The wood stain was the ideal complement to my living room's color scheme. It has two comfy seats. The best part of my Amazon shopping binge was getting what I wanted/needed for a discounted price. I sincerely hope you like your bench as much as I do mine if you choose to purchase it.

Update: The wood is readily marked up because we have two young children. Although they have not yet penetrated the stain, the table and bench already have several marks due to the softness of the wood.Along with the kitchen table and two matching chairs, we also bought this bench. Everything arrived undamaged and in great packaging. For the price, the bench is quite nice. It was quite simple to put together. The allen wrench required to fasten each leg is included.The only drawback was having to unwrap this item. It arrived with a ton of styrofoam that was broken, creating a large mess. Additionally, some straps that resembled dacron were tacked to the bench's base. They may have been there to keep the legs in place for shipment, but when we got the package, the legs were still loose. To remove the staples, I had to take out the pliers. The same is true of the matching table we bought.

I adore this bench so much. Because it is made of metal and has an industrial look, I was a little hesitant to order it, but it is perfect. The look is more retro-farmhouse, in my opinion. When you need more functionality than just an entry table, it's ideal for a blank entry wall. This bench allows us to sit down and put our shoes on while storing all of our belongings, including keys, purses, and other items. Excellent quality, however it's much heavier than I anticipated. My husband put it together in approximately 15 minutes.

We appreciate the reviews from the other Amazon customers who utilised it at their dining table and included examples in their reviews.
