For my daughter's volleyball skills, I bought this to help her get more vertical and faster. She uses it for passing and blocking in addition to her approaches and striking. j/fit Plyometric Box for Training & CrossFit - Available in 6 Inch, 12 Inch, 18 Inch, 24 Inch, 30 Inch Box Set, and Adjustable Review:

No issues from me! Although it took an extra day because of the weather, I still received everything on time and without incident. Numerous reviews indicate that the boxes had dents and other problems when they were delivered. Mine came in immaculate condition. Knowing better, I would have chosen the set that stopped at 24 inches because the 30 inch box is too tall to perform box jumps on (at this time). Over time, I'll practice jumping onto the 30" box. I'll go ahead and get another 12" box so I can use it for activities that call for a little foot elevation (t-bar rows with 45 lb plates, neck plate raises, etc). For storage, they stack properly and there is no danger of slipping or getting hurt.

Synergee 3 in 1 Soft Plyometric Jump Box for Jump Training and Conditioning. Ouch Proof Plyo Box All in One Jump Trainer. High Density Non-Tip Review:

My daughter asked me to buy her this jump box so she could prepare for volleyball and vertical jumps. It arrived swiftly and exactly as promised. I like that it comes in one piece and doesn't need any assembly. It's been in use by my kid for a few days, and she loves it. She claimed that compared to the wooden boxes they use during volleyball practice at the school or club, it is a softer landing. It feels stable and supportive, is firm, and does not slide. She can jump from 20 inches to 30 inches by simply flipping the sides, which I find impressive. By flipping it end to end across the floor to take out and put away, she also exercises her arms.

GOPLUS 3-in-1 Jumping Box, Height Adjustment Fitness Foam Plyometric Box for Jump Training, High Density PE Foam & PVC Cover, 350 lbs Weight Capacity, 30''/24''/20'' Review:

I purchased this jumping box so I could exercise in my basement. I appreciate that it can be adjusted to different levels and that it is quite durable. The height is perfect for my everyday jumps and maintenance exercises. It is lightweight and very strong at all heights. It's light enough for me to carry and turn around. It's a great piece of equipment for at-home exercise.

Garage Fit Wood Plyo Box - 30/24/20, 24/20/16, 24/20/18, 16/14/12-3 in 1 Plyo Box, Essential for Plyometrics Training Review:

These boxes, which I ordered in two sizes for my group training facility, are even better than I had hoped! With so many wonderful features, I'm not sure where to start, so I'll simply list them all:Because the wood is strong and well-sanded, I don't have to worry about splinters. Additionally, the edges are rounded off to prevent skin (and shins) damage should you fall. They were simple to assemble! My husband and I only required a drill and wood glue in addition to what was already in the kit (optional but using in a commercial facility so we opted for the extra step). Each box probably took 20 to 30 minutes to assemble because we used wood glue. It will proceed much more quickly if you don't use the glue. Additional screws and thorough instructions were provided.- The boxes have been in use at the gym for a few weeks and have withstood the test of time with jumps, step-ups, carrying about, and everything else my members have thought of. With the side handle cuts, they are incredibly lightweight and portable. We will absolutely buy boxes from Garage Fit when we need more for the gym. Excellent business and product!

Titan Fitness 3 in 1 20" 24" 30" Foam Plyometric Box Jumping Exercise Review:

I participate in two or three crossfit sessions every day. I wanted a foam plyo at home, but I didn't want to shell out a lot of money for a well-known brand. I performed a lot of research and discovered that this one is highly durable and of high quality. While fantastic, foam plyos can be misleading. They are soft, but they shouldn't be too soft because that would make it impossible to land on them. It has performed well, seems to be going the distance, but I wish the foam was a little bit stiffer. Great quality nonetheless for a very reasonable price. Perfect for a home garage box. This one seemed to have a good stiffness to it as well as it weighed enough to know that when I use it at 30" (which is most of the time).

Yes4All 3-in-1 Foam Plyo Jumping Box - High Density PE Foam & PVC Cover Review:

To utilize with some of the customers in my boot camp session, I purchased this jump box. Because they had so many shin scrapes, they were hesitant to use the standard plyo boxes. So I bought this box. The 20" side is excellent and what we most frequently use for circuits requiring jumping. The most stable is it. However, you must still be careful to avoid landing on the edges and to do it on a surface that is not slippery. Numerous women use the 24" height. It's okay as long as they land directly on the platform. To utilize the 30" height, we lean it against something heavier (such as the 300 lbs tire). We've learned a few tricks, including folding a yoga mat underneath it. That certainly seemed to prevent it from slipping. Please understand that slipping is not a serious problem and merely a minor nuisance if you happen to notice it.The box has very little give when you fall on it since it is sturdy. Additionally, your shins won't get hurt if you miss a jump. Many of the boot camp women have pushed themselves to try jumping from greater heights because they feel secure enough to know that if they miss, they won't be seriously injured as they would with solid metal or wood plyo boxes. These same crates might get another addition to my equipment room. They are cost-effective.

Yes4All 3 in 1 Wood Plyo Box with 4 Different Sizes (16/14/12 – 20/18/16 – 24/20/16 – 30/24/20) – Included: Packaged Screws for Easy Assembly Review:

I'm eager to use my new step-up box in my at-home workout space. superior caliber. Beautiful, actually. :) Had a minor problem worth mentioning that prevented me from using the box for more than a week after it arrived (boo! ), as one of the wood pieces needed to be placed inside for stability was missing a notch that was large enough to match with the other piece of wood. Unfortunately, my husband was gone at the time and we needed his assistance with this. He had to use a saw to enlarge the aperture (also had to sand its very jagged rough edge). The six exterior components, which I was able to put together by myself, were pretty simple to assemble. However, I thought it would be safer to hold off until the internal supports were in place because they were provided for a reason. It should be noted that the accompanying instructions were drawn in incredibly faint ink with tiny thumbnail diagrams, and the section showing how the inside supports fit together was particularly difficult to see and understand. In any case, we made it work, and I adore my box. In compared to the other options I looked into before making my purchase, I strongly suggest obtaining this one because of the price and quality. In addition, for the 28 screws needed, I strongly advise using a drill! :)

Stamina 1635 36-Inch Folding Trampoline | Quiet and Safe Bounce | Access to 3 Free Guided Online Workouts Included | Monitor Included | Stream from Any Device Review:

This trampoline has been in my possession for about two months. I should have purchased a trampoline with a larger diameter because I am 5'10", but this one does the trick. Although there isn't a lot of bounce (and I weigh 200 lbs.), I can get a nice workout, and the trampoline hasn't yet shown any signs of deterioration. I don't use the leap counter, but I do use YouTube and the free movies to work out. This is a terrific entry-level trampoline if you're unsure if rebounding is the right exercise for you. Additionally, my two-year-old enjoys using it.
