I found that several existing charms' holes were too small to thread when I tried to add them to a Pandora bracelet. I purchased these to make up for that. Although they had to be threaded, not closed over the Pandora bracelet itself, these were effective for the purpose. Some charms had really tiny attachments that wouldn't fit because of the thickness of the clasp. Nevertheless, I was able to use all 5 and will now hunt for a different solution for the smallest of charms.

A 13-year-old granddaughter of mine who enjoys crafting necklaces out of my acrylic skins purchased them. She produces them for friends and for herself. I purchased these clasps to swap out a much heavier, much larger magnetic clasp that would frequently slide to the front and connect with whatever pendant or objects were hanging on the chain. I used to fear that I would eventually lose one of the items on my chain since the magnets would frequently fall apart when I tried to reposition the clasp behind my neck. This jewelry-putting process is so much quicker and easier thanks to these magnets! However, I can't comment for heavier necklaces as I have only used them on lightweight, fragile necklaces.
