No, all pen refills are not the same. Different pens use different refills, and even pens of the same brand can use different refills. Be sure to check what type of refill your pen uses before buying a replacement.
Yes, Cross pens are still good. They have a long history of being a quality pen manufacturer and have continued to produce quality pens over the years.
You can, but it's not recommended. Ballpoint refills are designed for use with ballpoint pens, and rollerball pens are designed for use with rollerball refills. The two types of refills are not interchangeable.
Ballpoint pens can be refilled with ink, but it is not recommended. The ink can leak and damage the pen.

I most definitely advise anyone looking for sky-blue ink for their pen to get these refills (s).*If someone is looking for more than just the refills, these are refills, not the entire pens. (Which, in my opinion, is really amazing since you only have to buy the actual pen once or twice, and then you can just get refills! - instead of spending an arm and a leg buying new pens all the time.)I made the decision to purchase these refills for the Full, Regular Price.I am a regular Amazon Prime customer from Wisconsin, and I'm giving my honest opinion of this product for anyone who reads reviews before making a buy (s). (As I also do!:)..in the hopes that others will also do the same!):) Hope this is useful to everyone who reads it.The writing is extremely fluid and seamless. Every.Single.Time.•With these refills, you are not restricted to using a single pen. The Pentel Energel RTX Deluxe is only one type of pen that they can be used with. (my•#1•fav..!)•Of course, any of the Pentel products; however, they also work with a few other brands, which I adore. The two ink colors I have so far bought are "sky blue" and "pink." These refills, in my honest opinion, are THE BEST I have ever used to write with, spend money on, written a review on (and one this lengthy for gel ink pen refills, no less! ), etc. They truly are wonderful. The expense is unquestionably justified, and the ink lasts much longer than I had anticipated. And I regularly use these pens. For making lists, jotting down notes or reminders, and other purposes, in all of my planning books and calendars.•There are other color options as well:The "standard" colors of gel ink are black, blue, red, and green. The "brighter-type" gel ink hues include violet, pink, sky blue, and orange.(Now that I think about it, I'm not sure if the green ink they have is the brighter green or the more common green.)That's about it for now.(: You're the best! :)

My favorite pen, hands down. I was glad to see that these refills are available on Amazon because this is my go-to pen. In the past, I had been waiting for the office supply store to provide a special 1 for 1 deal on them or for refills shipped from Japan on another website to cost around $13 for 12 refills. This is a fantastic offer.Due to its incredible smoothness, the pen is excellent. Due to the gel pen's smooth and consistent ink flow, one brush is all you need. People press the pen down harder to try to avoid this from happening because there are some pens where the ink line fades out on the first brush. This pen doesn't fade until the ink runs out, and it writes so smoothly that you may only softly touch the pen against the paper.Only those who don't like Gel pens at all are the only ones I know who didn't enjoy the pen. If using Gel points is not a concern for you, I urge you to look into this pen. They come in 0.5 and 0.7; personally, I much prefer 0.7 and detest 0.5, but that is simply a matter of taste.Awesome is the Pen.

These pens were on my desk when a woman walked up to my office door. literally saw them outside the structure. She came running in raving about how much she loved these pens, scooped up all five that had just been opened, and started signing her name with each one on a piece of paper that was lying about on my desk. One was missing when she was through signing autographs for herself. When I requested for it back, she gave me a sneaky look into her purse and said there were no pens there and she had no idea what had become of it. The pens are so fantastic, in fact, that a woman outright lied to me about stealing one. So you can determine whether this is actually a remark on how fantastic the pens are or whether it represents the absurdity of society. My best Pilot G2 pen narrative is now available for public reading. She chose the blue one, in case you were curious.

My favorite pens are some of my G2 models. I don't have to continually redoing things because the ink flows across the page very smoothly and my hand doesn't cramp up from having to press down firmly. And I appreciate that they are refillable, which makes them economical for my budget. I've purchased the pens and refills in three different tip/point sizes so I can use them for a variety of tasks (for example, the finest ones for writing in my personal calendar and the thickest ones for letter-writing and note-taking where I want a nice, bold line), and I've never been dissatisfied. (Tip: To rapidly distinguish between various point sizes, wrap washi tape around the barrels of your pens.)Since I have several various pens to refill, I do wish I could get an assortment pack that contained refills of several Separate sizes, but at least with three different two-packs, I have extras on hand!UPDATE: I'm revising my review because I've now bought a few different colors, and Amazon doesn't distinguish between them or count them as individual products. The teal is very stunning and exactly the hue you would anticipate. The burgundy is equally lovely but has a weird quality. Instead of being a uniform burgundy color, it appears to be a mixture of deep red and black. It's good, but not exactly what I was hoping for. For those who were curious, the larger tips will fit in the narrower pens because both of these refills are bold and one of them is in a case that was designed for a 0.7 pen.But I've found that a lot of the refills from other brands that various websites claim are compatible with these aren't. These retain their ability to fit into other pens that accept refills that are otherwise identical because they have an extra small piece of plastic around the base of the tip. These pens' refills will fit in those pens, but not the other way around. (I've tried an Ohto and a Jin-Hao so far, and both had the same issue.)

For proofreaders like me, this is an excellent product. (Much better than the only competitor I'm aware of, Papermate's erasable ink, which I hope is being improved and may one day return to the market as a legitimate rival.) Anyway, NO MORE WHITEOUT! The eraser just saves my butt so many times because it seems that half of the red and blue marks I make on hardcopy I finish up ERASING either right away or later. It's a clean erase, too. The paper almost became part of the erasing (the papermate eraser was a prank that left smudge marks of the erasure)! One suggestion is to make the red and blue inks darker so that they stand out on the original document and scan, copy, and print more clearly. 2. For those like myself, the erasers on each pen need to be bigger or last longer. 3. Why isn't there a solo BULK eraser available?

Keeping track of each period's grades and behavioral issues is a key part of my job. Another significant factor is wrongly writing or placing items. This used to signify grading sheets with more visible whiteout than actual paper. Not any longer. When I was working crosswords years ago, I briefly used regular eraseable pens, but I detested the way the ink looked and the inconsistent flow. These don't resemble those at all. They don't feel quite as "gel-like" as other products, such as the fantastic Pilots ColorJoy gel pens, but they still have astonishingly good fluidity for an eraser.I'm not quite sure what they are composed of, but I believe they are thermal since I am aware that writing on copy paper then laminating it causes the ink to evaporate (learned this accidentally when a student sent her daily report card through it).The pen's eraser is also unique compared to other erasers. It doesn't degrade, to start with. Additionally, there are no rubber fragments left behind. Erasers with a regular pencil top will not work.My complaint with these pens is how expensive they are given how rapidly I use up the ink. But I haven't yet discovered anything better.

As tidy and smooth as you could ever ask. I recently discovered one of my father's Cross pens; he purchased it roughly 40 years ago, and the most recent ink refill would have been in 1983 or 1984. As you could anticipate from the desert climate, it was a little dry and itchy. Since the majority of ballpoint pens would have entirely dried out in 30 years, this may be better than you'd anticipate! But after getting a new refill, the pen is like new once more.My father passed away in 1984, not long after earning his MBA. I'm actually completing my doctoral dissertation at the moment. I can use his old pen for the cost of this refill pack. Although it doesn't sound like much, I once again feel a connection to him. I am re-inspired when my writing or research gets stagnant and I pick up a pen to write a note. I can still picture him in his office, taking a time to use this identical pen to attempt to guide me through my junior high algebra assignment. Perhaps in the future, my daughter or even my grandchild will use this pen and find inspiration and motivation from it, turning it into a modest family legacy. So, I hope.

Diamine, J. Herbin, Lamy, Pelikan, Pilot, and Waterman inks are what I typically use. I chose to check out this Parker Quink Black because the price was reasonable. I was confident that this ink couldn't be bad because it had been used for so long. Actually, I'm rather happy with this ink. I also didn't seek out a waterproof or impenetrable ink (this ink is neither). Just a wonderful ink for taking notes quickly and journaling. I'm utilizing it at the moment in my Jinhao 601 with a fine/medium nib. Pen and ink complement one other really well because my Jinhao is a bit of a wet pen and I believe that this Quink is a bit on the drier side. It's a great shade of black with blue undertones that is neither very dark nor especially gray. I didn't want a very dark black. For that, I have a Sharpie and ballpoint pens. Your choice of pen and nib size will be greatly influenced by the color of the black paper. This ink will appear grayer when written with a fine-nib dry pen. This ink has moved to the top of my list of favorites. It has tints, which some people may or may not find appealing. Yes, this ink is black. similar to Montblanc Mystery Black, which I also enjoy. It's cool that this ink is a dead giveaway that I used a fountain pen because of how it varies in color. I simply really, truly enjoy this ink for some reason. In many of my pens, I've used this ink and haven't been disappointed. I believe that this ink's lack of bells and whistles compared to Noodler's super-saturated ink is what I appreciate most about it. Both Parker Quink Black and Noodler's have their place. This is a good example of an ink that behaves properly and won't harm any pens. Additionally, it is really simple to remove this ink from pens. For me, Parker Quink Black has solidified itself as a daily go-to ink. I've recently been using this ink in my Parker Frontier with a fine nib as well, and I really enjoy the combination. very fluid High marks

No, you cannot refill just any pen. Some pens are designed to be refilled, while others are not. If you try to refill a pen that is not designed to be refilled, you may damage the pen or cause it to leak.
Cross pens are known for their high quality and classic design. Many people wonder if Cross pens take Parker refills. The answer is yes, Cross pens do take Parker refills. This is because Cross and Parker are both part of the same company, A. T. Cross. A. T. Cross is a leading manufacturer of fine writing instruments, so it makes sense that their pens would be compatible with each other. If you have a Cross pen and a Parker refill, you can be confident that they will work together.
To make ball pen ink at home, you will need a few supplies. First, gather a small container, a funnel, a pen, and some black India ink. Next, fill the container with India ink, and then use the funnel to fill the pen with ink. Finally, screw the pen back together, and you're ready to write!
There are a few things to consider when choosing the right pen refill. The first is the type of pen you have. If you have a fountain pen, you will need a different type of refill than if you have a ballpoint pen. The second is the ink color. You may want to choose a refill that is the same color as the ink in your pen, or you may want to choose a different color. The third is the size of the refill. Some pens use small refills, while others use large refills. The fourth is the price. Some refills are more
The best way to identify your Cross pen is to look for the Cross logo on the cap or barrel. If you see the Cross logo, you can be sure you have a Cross pen. If you're still not sure, you can check the Cross website to find out more about the different types of Cross pens.
To change a ballpoint pen refill, unscrew the pen's barrel to access the old refill. Pull the old refill out of the pen, being careful not to lose the small spring that sits atop the refill. Place the new refill into the pen, again being careful not to lose the small spring, and screw the barrel back on.
