I don't usually post reviews, but this is a fantastic product. Compared to other packages I could discover, it was more affordable and featured more. Everything functions flawlessly out of the box. The quality exceeds expectations, and it even included a roll of film to get you going. You would be stupid to purchase anything else if you are searching for a shrink wrap machine of this size.

It doesn't melt the seam the first time every time, but it works excellent for the price and makes my items appear even more professional thus far. I haven't used it a much, but so far it seems to be functioning nicely.To address the queries regarding changing the heat strip, I attached an image of the instruction manual. Hope it's useful.

I received this item less than a week after placing my order. It worked without a hitch after I plugged it in. Two additional heating element wires and an additional roll of tape for the heating element were included. I suggest this product to everyone who requires a shrink wrapper. I needed a shrink-wrapping machine because I run a soap-making business. The heat gun is ideal for wrapping soap because it has a high and low setting. There haven't been any problems with the soap melting or anything like that.The only problem I can think of with the product is that the tape that was already on the heating element didn't completely cover it at the end, so when you pressed the lever down to use it, it heated up, started to smoke, and briefly caught fire. I haven't had any more problems with it after I replaced the tape on top of the heating element and made sure it covered the entire thing. Once more, if you're looking for a shrink wrapper, I suggest this one.It did not come with any shrink film, which is another item to keep in mind. You must purchase that individually, but it wasn't a problem and is not mentioned in any way in this review.
