Hunters Specialties H.S. Strut Turkey Tail & Beard Mounting Kit Review:

I wanted to find a way to exhibit my first turkey of the season without having to pay for a custom mount. There aren't many tail mounts on the market. This one ultimately won my vote since, in my opinion, it was the most presentable. I'm happy with both the mount and my decision. Even though the directions weren't very clear, I managed to figure it out using some common sense. I did heed my grandfather's advice to splay the tail as desired while drying by using some cardboard and some tacks or nails. As one of the reviews noted, there was no glue or curing chemical (I simply used salt to wedge the beard in there), and I actually prefer it that way because I already own these items and would rather not spend further money on disposable alternatives. I'll also share some images of my mount's finished product. I hope this was helpful; good luck!

UTG ACCU-SYNC 1" Integral Picatinny Rings Review:

I've used everything from Vortex and Leupold mounts to Aero precision mounts, and this mount compares favorably to them all. Nice matte finish, extremely snug fit to the scope, one piece base with a low profile and no side nuts, all for $40? This item is fantastic for the price if you're looking for a one-piece mount. I rarely purchase cheap gun mounts, but I took a risk on this one and am glad I did. Come payday, I'll be purchasing a few more because I wouldn't be surprised if the price increases after these get popular. My rifle's 44mm objective was successfully cleared by medium rings. The main drawback is that it was regrettably created in China, but if you've ever bought things there, you know they may be made as well or poorly as you like. I was really happy with the mount I received because it was well-crafted and displayed excellent quality control.

Skull Hooker Little Hooker European Trophy Mount - Perfect Kit for Hanging and Mounting Taxidermy Deer Antlers and Other Skulls for Display – Available in Graphite Black and Robust Brown Review:

For my location specifically, it seems wonderful. I removed the skull's fasteners from the wooden mounting plate, mounted the skull hooker to the plate, and then put the skull back on the hook. It may now be readily relocated to a number of other rooms in the house. It introduced a dimension that increases the "depth" of the Rack and cranium. Be mindful that it does extend the skull from your wall by roughly 5". The matte black crinkle paint finish was appealing, and installation was simple. several places for adjusting the angle up and down to your preference I suggest watching the YouTube video before making a purchase.

Veradura - 3 Pack Of European Skull Wall Mount Bracket Hangers for Deer Mule Antelope Coyote and Small Game Animals - Complete with simple & easy Installation Kits - Suitable for Indoor or Outdoor Use Review:

I placed an order for three of these and three of the rival (Skull Hanger) brand. Before placing a second order, I wanted to compare. The Veradura features a more flawless external finish, with no rough edges or surfaces and minimal machine marks. Other than that, they look to be quite identical and to be made of the same gauge steel, have the same measurements, etc. And the Veradura is a few dollars less expensive! I'm going to order more of these.

Walnut Hollow Country Solid Wood Skull Display & Mount Kit for Wall or Table Display in Oak Review:

It just rock. According to some reviews, the wood parts don't line up; however, this is because the screws aren't completely tightened. Using the templates as guides, I used my drill to start the screws after drilling the pilot holes. I tightened them up with a screwdriver for the final torque. the most versatile and expensive euro mount available. Although it is oak, you may change the color by sanding, staining, applying a clear coat, and buffing. As long as they are available, I will always use this for both myself and my clients. The pudding is the proof.

Mountain Mike's Reproductions Skull Master Review:

It creates less mess and is a more accurate portrayal of a deer skull than a standard European mount. Although I don't know much about whitetail deer, the plastic skull's peticular base was a little too tiny for mule deer antlers. To remove enough of the natural bone from the antler base without destroying the knurl, I had to use a Dremel tool with a drum sander attachment. A disc sander, belt sander, file, or palm sander are suggested by the seller. Even though I got the largest skull, it didn't look well at the initial fitting because the smaller mounting bases for the head and the larger bases for the antlers prevented me from using a belt sander to smooth the bone down to the knurl. So I continued to sand the bone out of the knurl using the Dremel. In order to check the antler placement before marking the drill hole, I mounted the object initially using super glue. After joining the top and bottom halves of the skull together, you'll need to fill in the gaps because the fit isn't excellent, thus the kit comes with a tube of filler (latex caulk). You can't even tell if you take your time and carefully smooth the filler out. The caulk can be buffed with a dry, clean finger. The skull is apparently formed in sections, with some of it being put together at the factory. They also utilize latex filler, which is how I know this, but sadly they don't do a very good job of blending and smoothing. Their infill job has a few ridges. This mount will be seen from a distance, thus it doesn't really matter. I do suggest this product because it creates much less mess and costs less than a professionally completed mount. Take your time, and everything will work out just fine.

Mountain Mike's Reproductions Shed Spreader Review:

Awesome! This fantastic set of mulie sheds was really simple to attach; a vice wasn't even necessary. In roughly 5 minutes, from beginning to end. The one "concern" is that for mulies, mounting this on a plaque positions the antlers a little too far forward, more resembling a deer rack. You'll need to get creative to set them organically on a plaque at an angle. It's also quite convenient that you get two sizes for the price; my next project will be a smaller set of shelters, which will fit well on the tiny spreader. I would HIGHLY suggest this item, and I received it two days after placing my purchase! Very content.

Highwild European Mount Skull Hanger, Antler Style, 1 Pack | 3 Pack Review:

adore these extremely simple to install maintains the skull at a sharp angle. My partner adores them. We're stocking up more! Love how the straightforward design fits in this place. even though I cannot. I'm certain it's there!

Hunters Specialties 639 Deer Antler Mounting Kit Review:

Although these kits are pretty simple to use, some deviance from the directions is necessary.1) The plaque's two tiny screw holes, which are installed first through the metal straps and into the plaque's front, were not completely drilled through the plaque. I have to complete the task.2) The plaque's two enormous holes weren't as big as they needed to be in order to accommodate the two sizable screws that go through the rear and into the metal straps. I have to complete the task.3) The tiny velcro dots that are supposed to secure the skull cap to the plaque proved to be quite difficult for me to use. The glue is not strong. On the wall, one of the four skull caps has come loose.4) It's difficult to trim the skull caps such that the base of the horns is clear.5) The plaque is stated to be made of wood. It would be more accurate to market it as having a "wood-look."Overall, the antler mounts turned out to be quite attractive considering the price I spent for them.
