A stand mixer is a great kitchen tool that can make your baking and cooking life a lot easier. But if you don't have one, or can't afford one, don't worry – you can still make do with a hand mixer. A hand mixer is smaller and more portable than a stand mixer, so it's ideal for small kitchens or if you're short on storage space. It's also cheaper than a stand mixer, so if you're on a budget, it's a good option. That said, a hand mixer isn't as powerful as a stand mixer
The average KitchenAid stand mixer will last between 10 and 20 years, depending on how often it is used and how well it is cared for. To prolong the life of your mixer, be sure to clean it after each use and keep it stored in a cool, dry place.
An ideal stand mixer will have at least 100 watts of power. However, some stand mixers have as much as 350 watts. The wattage will determine how well the mixer can handle different tasks. If you plan on using your stand mixer for a variety of tasks, then you should opt for one with a higher wattage.
I'm not sure if a 6-quart mixer is too big. It all depends on how much baking you do. If you do a lot of baking, then a 6-quart mixer might be just right. But if you don't do a lot of baking, then a 6-quart mixer might be too big.

This last week I ordered and received this 4.5 quart classic KitchenAid mixer. It is something my husband and I have been wanting for awhile. My husband does a lot of the baking at our house. It was packaged very well, and received in excellent condition. We haven't used the mixer but one time, but I am giving the mixer four stars because it looks great and I believe in Kitchenaid products. However, to all that order a Kitchenaid mixer with the STAINLESS STEEL bowl, be aware that washing the bowl in warm soapy water will NOT remove the polishing residue from the bowl. If you use with only this simple washing, your first batch of whatever will probably be ruined. You will probably notice the batter has a black looking substance in it. I called Kitchenaid and was told this is a problem with polishing stainless steel. I was told to make a paste with baking soda, or salt, and lemon juice and scrub the bowl again. I used baking soda and lemon juice, applied with a sponge, gave it a good scrub and now it is fine.

KitchenAid KSM75SL Classic Plus 4.5-Qt. Tilt-Head Stand Mixer is much more reliable than the similar product of different brands. I had bought two stand mixers of other brands before and they were broken almost right away. Neither had ever lasted for a month. The first one got a broken arm (Sunbeam 6 speed mixer) and the second one (Hamilton beach 4.5 Quart, very similar to this one) ended up with a broken neck. All happened during medium working load for making dough. I don't think my operations are improper. It is just because the two machines cannot stand for the duty to make dough as the descriptions claimed. Especially, Hamilton beach 4.5 Quart mixer has a very weak neck where the connections are made of plastic pieces. Damage can happen if one tilts the head to unload the dough. Sunbeam 6 speed mixer cannot be used to make dough at all, and can simply mix liquid like foods. One more thing, this stand mixer is much heavier than other brands, which makes the mixing process quite steady. It is particularly suitable for making dough. Therefore, I highly recommend to purchase this one if one would like to keep a stand mixer at home to play baking foods. If the purpose is simply to mix liquid like food, there are many choices that are much cheaper than this one.

I'm going to assume that there are readers who are having the same discussions I did.Do I even need a stand mixer, first of all? Okay, no. But it's SO much simpler now! Because it's already out on my countertop, I find that I bake more. I have to take out the hand-held mixer, locate the attachments, and get a bowl while using one. I know, usual problems for lazy people, but they truly did stop me from creating stuff when I had little time. I'm just going to pour my ingredients now. I also like that I can turn it on and continue with other activities. Therefore, cooking and baking take less time.Second: How much room will it require? That solely relies on how much overall room you have. I occupy a studio flat. Even though I don't have a lot of room, I have the mixer out with my other kitchen gear and set it up at an angle. Therefore, it doesn't use much space.Third: Which KitchenAid mixer line should I purchase?I had a protracted discussion about this. I should mention that I was debating as Black Friday drew near. I combed through every online, shop, and newspaper ad in search of the best offer and what would fit me. The lack of colors and absence of a grip on the bowl of the classic line turned me off. I'm aware that the latter is absurd, but I want for my kitchen to look nice.Sam's had the proper color of the Professional series for a reasonable price. But because it might leak batter and I think it's a little excessive, I don't like how the bowl mounts and dismounts. It's a big thing. The Artisan line was actually what I had decided was ideal for me. However, the Black Friday price on the original on Amazon was too tempting for me to pass up. The reductions made it worthwhile, and I was still able to spend around $70 less than the Artisan line even after buying a 4.5-quart bowl with a handle. Regarding the color, I discovered that a large group of individuals like to customize their mixers (some bloggers are very opposed to this). I found a nice mint green decal reasonably priced. I actually prefer the decal over the aqua color I was so determined to obtain. It performs flawlessly. It doesn't use nearly as much space as I anticipated. In my kitchen, it looks fantastic. I've avoided a lot of hassle thanks to it, especially since I now have two bowls. I'm so in love with it that I'm debating purchasing additional attachments. The best kitchen buy I've made in a while was this one.

I was looking for a quality food mixer to replace my handheld one(KitchenAid, last forever :)) because I was tired on holding it too long for bakery. However, these big brand mixers are always at higher price tag. I looked this AUCMA and it fits my budget well. After several baking projects, I believe I have made a right choice. This AUCMA food mixer is well build with quality. All essential parts are made with sturdy materials expected to last longer. Also the motor is very powerful as you could hear from the video taken from one of my baking project. The control is also convenient and easy to adjust. All parts are easy to clean after work done. It does not have other fancy multifunction features as other brands which I don't want to pay for as I seldom use. I will be glad to try it out for more baking projects in the future.

The 5qt Artisan cost $430 when I searched on the KitchenAid website, so I went to Amazon to locate it for less money. As one does, I sorted by lowest price and discovered this item for half the price. Now, I am the type of person who NEVER purchases used anything because I am constantly concerned that the original owner wanted to get rid of it because it was broken. But I choose to research it because this claimed to be "FACTORY reconditioned." I read the description, which stated that it had had a factory examination again to ensure that all of the mechanics were in excellent working order and that the only thing that would be off would be minor paint blemishes. Additionally, it includes a 6-month warranty as well as all the original components (3 beaters, a bowl, and a recipe book). I chose to purchase it because it received over 400 reviews and a 4.5 star rating. Just in case, I also paid a little bit more for the 2-year warranty. Although you wouldn't see them unless you were looking for them, it has a few little scratches here and there. Getting a mixer at half the price and having it work well was certainly worthwhile. Would absolutely suggest this to a friend looking to save money. I'm also debating getting a second bowl and a slash guard so I won't have to stop and wash it if I'm cooking many things at once.

Omg I love this love love it to the core I’ve been wanting to get the kitchen aid stand mixer for the longest time but I was always struggling with the cost. And I never had my own kitchen. When I got my own kitchen I told myself I would treat myself so I started looking and thinking to wait for the Black Friday or any other sale or deal . In this I would always see the cuisinart mixer to. I would always think that it looks better then the kitchen aid. I also had experience with cuisinart before , I have a cuisinart food processor quite old but still working perfect and a hand blender/mixer . And both work perfect. When I saw the deal on the cuisinart I convinced myself that this would be just as good and it would last . So I bought it and I love it :) it works the same as the kitchen aid my sil has it. It is actually better because the kitchen aid doesn’t get the sides but my cuisinart does :) plus ice. Been told all kitchen Aid attachments work here to. Plus cuisinart has there own amazing attachments. I’ve used it to make dough 2 times and I marinated burgers in it once. Which made all my spices mix in the meat really good and made my meat softer to form shapes :) 😠I have quite the cuisinart collection will add more when times get better :)

I love to bake cookies, and my kitchenaid passed away in agony. But I needed a mixer for the holidays, so I'm not thrilled about that. I can make two loaves of bread and 12 batches of cookies in a single day.Unboxed this item and was pleased with how it looked in general. The likelihood of flour getting into the assembly is low because it seems to be adequately covered. On the other hand, maintaining the mixer will be much more difficult. The body makes the assembly lighter but has a plastic-like feel as opposed to metal. A speed guide is located on the mixer's top, which is wonderful.Because of the suction cups on the bottom, it doesn't rattle around as much as the kitchenaid does. It's not really a fan, especially when there are chocolate chips in it, but the head lift is a mechanical button.I can only make one batch of cookies at a time in this, which is terrible but manageable. It came with the guard, which was great and prevented me from having to spend hours cleaning today.Overall, I prefer this machine to my KitchenAid, and I hope the market accepts it more widely.

I adore how simple it is to use this mixer. The stand of my heavy-duty Kitchen Aid mixer does not tilt. Why would someone create such a device? Extremely difficult to use! I've had it for about 5 years and have perhaps used it 5 times; I've always despised it. more than ten times what I spent on this tiny jewel. In all fairness, I have friends who enjoy other KA models, but when I bought that, I clearly didn't do my research. The Hamilton Beach seller provided prompt answers to my queries, excellent packaging, and prompt shipping. Did I mention the price was reasonable? A NEW mixer that is in its original box costs $23. I doubt I'll ever employ the KA once more.

This little mixer has been very handy! It’s not noisy and works great. The bowl is easily removable by turning it and pulling up. The beaters and bowl are of good quality and wash up easily in the dishwasher. It also has a little black switch on the base that changes the position of the bowl so that it can blend in the center or switch to blending along the sides of the bowl. It tilts up easily to remove beaters or bowl. Also, I often drag a silicone batter spatula along the sides when it’s blending in the center to help remove any ingredients stuck to the side of the bowl. It’s a cute blender and looks great sitting on my counter top. I’ve always dreamed of a Kitchen Aid stand mixer, but until we win the lottery (HA!) this is a great alternative that was a budget no brainer for a cute stand, effective stand mixer.
A stand mixer is better than a hand mixer because it is more powerful and can mix large amounts of ingredients at one time. Stand mixers also have attachments that can be used for different tasks, such as shredding meat or making pasta. Hand mixers are less expensive and take up less counter space, but they are not as versatile or powerful as stand mixers.
Costco KitchenAid mixers are different in a few ways. First, they have a more powerful motor than most KitchenAid mixers. This makes them ideal for heavy-duty tasks like kneading bread dough. Second, they have a higher capacity than most KitchenAid mixers. This makes them ideal for large batches of cookies or cake batter. Finally, they come with a few extras that most KitchenAid mixers don't have, like a dough hook and a beater blade.
There are several stand mixers on the market that are just as good as KitchenAid. However, KitchenAid is still the gold standard when it comes to quality and performance.
A stand mixer can do a lot more than just mix cake batter or knead bread dough. Here are 5 ways to use a stand mixer: 1. Make homemade ice cream: Just mix up your favorite ice cream recipe and pour it into the mixer bowl. Attach the paddle attachment and turn on the mixer. In about 15 minutes, you'll have delicious homemade ice cream. 2. Whip up a quick dessert: Need a dessert in a hurry? A stand mixer can help. Just mix up some instant pudding mix with milk and pour it into the mixer bowl.
A stand mixer is a great kitchen appliance that can make your baking and cooking life much easier. However, there are a few disadvantages of stand mixers that you should be aware of before you purchase one. One of the biggest disadvantages of stand mixers is their price. They can be quite expensive, especially when compared to a hand mixer. Another disadvantage is that they can be quite heavy and bulky, making them difficult to store. Additionally, stand mixers usually come with fewer attachments than hand mixers, so if you're looking for a versatile mixer, a stand mixer might not
The top three stand mixers are the KitchenAid Artisan, the Kenwood Chef, and the Magimix Patissier. They are all excellent mixers that can handle a variety of tasks, from mixing dough to whipping cream. The KitchenAid Artisan is a versatile mixer that comes with a variety of attachments, making it perfect for any baking task. It has a powerful motor that can handle even the heaviest of doughs. The Kenwood Chef is a classic mixer that has been around for generations. It is perfect for those who want a reliable and durable
