It would be great if this only happened once a year, but since our school has "mock" exams, we have to constantly take down then put up posters, so it was a real pain. I got this to hang boomwhackers on the walls of my music classroom because I teach music. When I needed to readjust it's hold on the boomwhacker, which is a thin plastic tube with a diameter of about 2", right after sticking it on (I got a few on crooked or a little too high or whatever), it came off clean with a good yank and stuck right back on, but when I tried to adjust it on the wall once, it ripped the paint right off my wall! It is extremely sticky on the back and holds tight. I'm not sure when they last painted the classroom, but I suppose that velcro will remain in place until they're ready to do it again!

This was a fantastic product and purchase. This Velcro is incredibly durable and can support a good amount of weight. It may be readily cut to match any demand and is the ideal length for my purposes. Finding it difficult to locate the TV remote? Use this and attach the control to the wall next to your bed, then. Ok. I frequently use velcro. I frequently use Velcro to attach accessories, such as power banks and communications equipment, to helmets used in open cockpit airplanes and motorcycle races that reach speeds of over 200 mph. After thirty years of searching, I've discovered that some velcro is superior to others. The double-lock type, in my opinion, was the best, but this crap. This is the stuff that legends are made of. Today, after applying a little strip to a battery bank and subsequently a helmet, I found I had lost the strip. I thus attempted to remove the powerbank from the velcro. It was impossible for me to remove. I was unable to remove it at all. The power bank sagged and made creaking noises. I think I damaged it. The glue holding the velcro to the helmet failed, thus the only way I could remove it was by removing the velcro portion that was attached to the helmet. That is the only thing keeping this rating from being a 9. I do believe that if the sticky side is allowed to cure for 24 to 48 hours on the surface, it will become much stronger. Yes, alcohol was used to prepare the surface. A much smaller piece than you believe you need to attach something is a good place to start, in the absence of that, in my opinion. More can always be included. This Velcro is incredible. The strongest I've ever used in my life, by a long shot.
