I must write about this, I guess. I developed the WORST bronchitis I have ever experienced on July 27, 2017. All three of the three I purchased in November were crystallized when I got to where I stored them today.The deal will run out the next year. I have old honey that dates back a long time. I'm using this to treat a sizable skin-less wound on our dog following the advice of our physician. Prior to purchasing this item, I purchased the highest rated honey (MGO 550) that was sold at our HFS and cost $73 to import from New Zealand. Anything that could heal the incision quickly seemed worthwhile because it was so bad—there was missing skin that measured 4" by 7"—and making me sick to my stomach. That bottle, though, was only good for a few weeks, and I couldn't afford to buy another one. In my web research, I discovered that this honey has an even higher MGO of 820. I think it is made from the same plant, although it grows in southern Australia rather than New Zealand (New Zealand). Actually, the first batch of honey tasted more medicinal and was unfit for consumption. While tasting somewhat similar, this honey was undoubtedly edible. I'm thrilled to be utilizing the would as it keeps healing. This is a powerful pot of gold right here. By all accounts and based on my personal experiences, I now consider Kiva to be a reputable, high-quality manufacturer of natural health foods. The last thing you want to do when you decide to buy Manuka Honey for your health is play bingo and choose the brand with the cheapest price and somewhat favorable ratings. You can do that for a set of porcelain pug mugs, a pack of troll pens, or perhaps an excellent dog brush made to work out the knots in your pet's undercoat (lemme know if you find a good one). However, Americans are infamous for cutting corners and failing to take effective preventative steps when it comes to their health. I don't really hold somebody accountable for frequently putting their health last. After all, keeping excellent health and buying natural items, like, oh, Manuka Honey, may cost you more than usual. However, keep in mind that your health is a significant investment and that you CAN occasionally cut corners. Overall though, if you choose excessive stress above taking care of yourself, your mind AND body will suffer.I frequently have rhinitis, sinusitis, and other typical sinus infection symptoms. Antibiotics have always been recommended to me. My vowed foe. I couldn't breathe through my nose well for about two years, but it wasn't until recently. My body completely disintegrated after receiving a fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome diagnosis. I saw an ENT because I needed to be able to breathe through my nose in order to fall asleep. If you have persistent congestion and haven't seen one yet, you should. My ENT could detect a crooked deviated septum and a ton of edema up my nose. After getting CT scans, it was confirmed that my nose resembled pasta. There wasn't much I could do but get surgery.My breathing wasn't perfect after that, but it had gotten better. I put off seeing my ENT for a few weeks after developing unpleasant sinus infection symptoms before beginning to have them again a few months later. He quickly but painfully inserted a swab very deeply into my nasal canal and found that I had a sinus staph infection. I received antibiotics for a week, but they had little effect on the snot I was continually shooting out of my nose. Eventually, it also started to bleed. I should continue taking antibiotics for another week, the ENT doctor advised, but I strongly felt against it. Months before my operation, I received two rounds of antibiotics from my primary care physician. They had done nothing to help with my congestion, which was brought on by the swollen and deviated septum. I was about to begin my fourth unnecessary round of antibiotics. The doctor convinced me that there was no other option, so I was persuaded to go along with it. I bought it after seeing Mikey Chen use it on pizza on his Strictly Dumpling YouTube channel. I was unsure whether it would be too hot for me. In no way am I a wimp, but I'm also not a masochist either. For me, this is exactly where it should be.I've only used it on a few things so far. I added some to my chai tea and used it on some pork chops. On my pork chops, it went perfectly. Although it tasted excellent in my tea, I'll probably use half Mike's and half conventional honey the next time because it was a little too strong for that. Maybe using straight Mike's wouldn't be so horrible if I added some milk or cream to my tea.I already know that I enjoy having honey and red pepper flakes on my pizza. I can rate that with 5 stars without even testing it. I appreciate that they included it in a baggie so that, in the unlikely event that it spilled, nothing else in the bag would be ruined. This honey was squishy and came readily out of the bottle when I originally got it. I choose to get it again because I enjoyed it. When two further bottles that I had bought arrived, the honey had crystallized and was as hard as rock. I soaked the honey in hot water for a while, but that didn't do anything to assist. After I complained to Nature Nate's about the issue, they immediately sent me two free bottles of excellent, runny, easily poured honey. The quality of their customer service really impresses me.I've read a couple of the unfavorable comments here, and I think some of them include some errors. According to several reviews, the honey's excessive runniness indicates that it isn't organic and raw. Others claim that because it isn't runny enough, it can't be organic and raw. Others say that the crystallization indicates the presence of sugar. After conducting my own study, I learned that depending on the nectar source, raw, organic honey can have a variety of colorations and consistencies. All unprocessed, organic honey eventually crystallizes, but the speed at which it does so is influenced by the nectar (the quantity of natural sugar in the nectar) and the amount of time the honey spent on a shelf before it was brought to you. I assume that the honey that I purchased from Amazon lay on a shelf in their warehouse for some time because it has crystallized. I purchased my honey directly from Nature Nate's, and it was excellent. I think this is raw, organic honey of high quality, and I'm glad to have purchased it from a trustworthy, compassionate, Christian business. I'll continue to purchase this honey without a doubt.

Although expensive, this stuff is SO worth it. My persistent acne was cleared up within a week with the use of manuka honey applied once daily, and my skin has since become clearer and more moisturized. I apply it all over my face and neck for 20 to 30 minutes at least five days a week using about the size of a tablespoon. I massage any extra honey into my face and rinse with warm water to get rid of the stickiness when the allotted time has passed. I then continue with my usual skin care regimen. It could hurt or tickle at first, especially if you have open acne sores, but that's normal! Manuka honey simply cleans the wound and has antibacterial properties.
