Given how long I've been following a ketogenic diet, I was really dubious when I first learned about these buns. Regarding the wonderful KETO lifestyle, I usually ask myself, "Okay, what's the catch?" anytime I see a "low carb" or "zero carb" item. When something has low or no carbs, it usually tastes awful, isn't filling, or uses so many chemicals that it might as well not even be considered food. As a result, I placed an order for these buns, thinking there could be hope for them because the ingredients were simple. I tried them and am happy to report that they taste precisely like regular buns (exactly what you want) and still have 0 carbs to not interfere with your KETO. I tested my pee with KETONE strips every day while I was on keto to see if food was affecting my state of ketosis, and I am happy to report that these are the real deal and won't cause you to exit keto. I'm relieved that wasn't a problem because I didn't have any intestinal problems at all. If I had thought logically, I might have deducted a star for the 38$ price tags for 24 buns, but if you go to a regular restaurant for a burger or even a place like Arby's for a sandwich, you're paying 3-5$ for a burger/sandwich. If they were sold separately, these would be roughly $1.55. For instance, a roast beef sandwich with cheese on a bun costs $5 to $7 at Arby's, but when it is broken down, the price is closer to $3 to $4 for the meat, 50 cents to $1 for the cheese, and $1 for the bun. Given that, the pricing of them is actually reasonable. You won't find a nicer KETO bun on the market, and especially not at the store right now, so I will be purchasing another batch of these.

I spent a lot of time researching foods online to help me with my goal to lose weight around my midsection, and several people suggested these buns, so I chose them.The two times I've tried these, they don't taste bad at all. Simply said, they aren't quite as soft as a typical hamburger bread. Additionally, when you initially open the bag, they look more like rolls than hamburger buns because they aren't split in half. Only the overall taste, the quality of the bun, and the delivery time caused me to waver between 4 and 5 stars for this one. Although not outstanding, the flavor is acceptable and serves as a passable substitute for regular white bread. Although the delivery took a bit longer than I had anticipated, I am aware that my timing near Christmas contributed to the minor delay. I'd love to see some variations on this bun, such as those used for subway sandwiches or onion loaf buns.Finally, if you're searching for a low-carb substitute for a burger bun of any kind, look no further and give these a shot. I just don't think you'll find a better option, but if you do, please let me know!
