I purchased this because it is the gel that most youtubers suggest using to secure lace fronts. It actually does work, but only for a day or two at most.The hold it has on the skin is fantastic. If you don't rub it, there won't be any flaking or peeling. Rub some conditioner or makeup remover into it, and it simply comes off.Cons: Because the lacefront does not adhere to hair very well, you must position yourself in front of the natural hairline. The dried gel does have a shiny appearance if you walk too much in front of the lace, which is difficult to conceal with makeup. Be careful since it will peel if you get hair stuck in it and let it to dry. Utilizing a hairdryer is advised because it takes a long for it to dry naturally.Overall, it performs admirably. If you intend to wear the wig for more than a day or two, I recommend investing in a more specialized wig adhesive. Otherwise, this material works wonderfully.

Although I had never tried it before and had some significant reservations about it, for only $4, how could I say no? You guys, this changes everything. My thick hair simply could not dry quickly enough, and I was hesitant to use a blow drier on my already-fragile curly hair because of how many times I had to leave the house with dreadfully chilly wet hair. I've been using this item for a while, and it's the best styling cream ever manufactured. Your hair will be under control and not fly around when you walk or stroll outside in a light breeze. The fact that you don't feel like you have anything in your hair is the nicest aspect of it. I've tried hair gels, but I won't use them or hair spray because you can feel them in your hair and they irritate. The best time to use this product is when your hair is still wet. Simply place a small quantity on your index and middle fingers, work it through your hair like shampoo, comb it out, and style it when finished. It can also be used on dry hair, however doing so requires more work and product. If you shampoo your hair every day, you will only need to use a small bit of this product, which will last you for at least a year.

I bought one at a Rite-Aid pharmacy for two reasons: #1, because it had an image of Elvis on it, and #2, because I had let my hair grow out somewhat (roughly 3-1/2") and wanted to control it better. I'm kicking over seventy, so I've tried...man...how many hair creams, oils, pomades, greasy, dry...yadda yadda yadda. The other item did help in certain cases, but I didn't like how it felt or that it had to be taken off every day because I'm lazy. All in all, it was expensive to purchase there, but it was really worth it in the end!My thick, luscious hair has been cut a little shorter, and it looks even better. After watching a YouTube video, I bought this. As for me with hot flashes, it doesn't hold. However, as a hair gel, it works just fine. To be honest, I'm not sure if I would buy it again, so I'm glad I bought a travel size to try out first. I wanted to use this to apply lace wigs, but maybe it works just great for a younger crowd that doesn't sweat. Therefore, I do not advise using this product to hold your wigs down if you reside in a humid region or get hot flashes.

This hair product is fantastic. Prior to switching to this, I used ONLY L'Oreal Mega Hold Gel. I use a lot less makeup than you do, and I don't appear greasy or overdone, but hey, that's the look you might be aiming for. I could be becoming old. The secret to this product, in my experience, is to first massage a nickel- to quarter-sized quantity between my palms before applying it to my hair and spreading as necessary. Simply dip your hands under warm water, shake them out, then run them through your hair to restyle if you need to correct or restyle your style. SIMPLE! Hope this is useful! Although I was dubious about such items, I reasoned that they were affordable enough to try. Thank goodness I did! No matter how many times I damp them down, the "fluh fluhs" that always come out of the part of my head stick straight up again. They are secured in place by this product and remain there. I would simply warn that there is a small learning curve for how firmly to press the wand against your hair. I discover that I need to use a very light touch, or I end up with too much product in my hair, which makes it appear slightly oily.
