Bear KompleX 2 and 3 Hole Carbon Hand Grips for Gymnastics, Crossfit, Pull-ups, Weightlifting. WODs with Wrist Straps, Comfort and Support, Hand Protection from Rips and Blisters for Men and Women Review:

I adore these grips myself! I previously used Bear Complex's ordinary material leather 2 hole grips, and I was blown away by the comfort of these carbon 3 hole grips. On a daily basis for my workout, I utilize them. Despite only having them for a short while, I did already damage some of the material on one of the grips, which was unfortunate. However, this did not alter my opinion of the grip at all. Since I weigh 220 pounds, I put these things through a lot of volume bar and ring muscle ups, and they have held up well. They are also really comfortable for bar work, thruster, and volume snatch. I wish I had more grips because I love them.

Bear KompleX 3 Hole Leather Hand Grips for Gymnastics, Crossfit, Pull-ups, Weightlifting, WODs with Wrist Straps, Comfort and Support, Hand Protection from Rips and Blisters for Men and Women. Review:

3 hole hand grips and gymnastics grips by Bear KompleX Excellent for pullups, weightlifting, chin-ups, cross-training, workout, kettlebell, and other activities. Avoid getting rips on your palms! 3hole MED BLKI bought these since the CrossFit Open 18.1 exercise involved toes-to-bar and I tore my hands up. The 3-finger grips were suggested by another gym patron since they provide excellent coverage. I first wore them to a Cindy workout (20 minutes of pullups, pushups and air squats). My hands, which were still recovering, were well-protected by the grips. They were also adaptable enough to avoid getting in the way of my pushups. For any workouts requiring the pullup bar or rings, I'll be using these grips. They offer excellent coverage and good grip-maintaining friction against the bar.Because I normally dislike needing a lot of training accoutrements, I was hesitant to get these. However, I'm now persuaded that these are necessary for CrossFitters who don't want to damage their hands while performing pullups or other gymnastic exercises.

Bear KompleX 2 Hole Leather Hand Grips for Gymnastics, Crossfit, Pull-ups, Weightlifting, WODs with Wrist Straps, Comfort and Support, Hand Protection from Rips and Blisters Review:

I've been practicing CrossFit for four years, and while I like doing pull-ups, T2Bs, muscle ups, and other similar workouts, I frequently shred my hands doing them. I spent roughly $20 for a pair of white gymnastic hand wraps, and I used them for Metcons around a year and a half ago. They took a while to break in, but once they did, they were great—at least until the flimsy straps started to wear down along the wrist. I didn't experience the cheap velcro causing pain in my wrists like some people did; I believe that's a result of losing hold and then pulling on the straps. Having said that, the velcro straps ultimately failed and disintegrated.I decided to purchase these Bear Komplex grips because they appeared to be of higher quality construction than other gymnastic grips. When I started using these grips, I noticed two primary differences: the leather is significantly thicker than it is with generic grips, and the wrist strap structure is far superior. After just a few uses, the grips have exceeded my expectations and have far beyond my initial concerns about the increased thickness and the space between my hand and the bar. The trick is that the Komplex leather is more pliable and quickly molds to your fingertips than the inexpensive ones do. I am now as comfortable with the Komplex grips after ten usage as I was with the inexpensive ones after six months. Do a lot of T2Bs and kettle bell swings for a few weeks prior to a class to break in the grips; however, do not panic at this time because the Komplex grips may feel extremely thick and difficult to hold onto the bar. After they break in, the sensation goes gone, and you may use the bar effectively without risking skin abrasion.

AEOLOS Leather Gymnastics Hand Grips-Great for Gymnastics,Pull up,Weight Lifting,Kettlebells and Cross Training Review:

I had just finished the Crossfit 2020 OPEN when I knew I needed to advance to grips. Before choosing grips from one of your well-known competitors, I did some research to discover what the pros were using, including asking Google about a couple brand names and watching a YouTube video. I put the items in my workout bag as soon as it arrived with the intention of breaking them in. I didn't know how to put them on when I got to the gym. When I eventually sorted it out, the leather was on the thin side and they just didn't "feel right" (may have been the wrong size). When I saw my coach's grips, I inquired about mine. He was sporting an AEOLOS outfit. The substantial wrist strap caught my attention right away. I questioned him about his grips, and he pulled one off so I could look at it. It had thicker leather, a better fit, and a sturdy strap. Mine had something the size of a tight rope. I gave in. He provided me all the details, and I then placed the order. The item came just as promised and on schedule. The grips were a great fit when I removed them from the packaging and put them on. Your product was a success thanks to the sturdy straps, thick leather, and Velcro. My only regret is that I didn't buy AEOLOS first, especially considering I paid $45 for the widely recognized, professionally endorsed brand. Under $20, AEOLOS is a STEAL. Superb Product

Reisport Ladies Hook and Loop Uneven Bar Grips, XX-Small Review:

These grips will be a lifesaver for my 11-year-old daughter's Level 5-level calloused and blistered hands. Her trainers felt that we should wait until my daughter has a bit more upper body strength to have her kip with STRAIGHT arms, despite the fact that we were told to go ahead and get these grips a couple of months ago. I am rating the product right away because I did not want to wait until my daughter was stronger to write it. In comparison to grips my other daughter has worn, it is not only perfectly tailored and manufactured, but also of high-quality materials. Like other grips, they may require some breaking-in before being used on a regular basis, but after my daughter begins using them regularly, we will return to this vendor to purchase more sets of these grips because they were priced reasonably and shipped quickly.

Reisport Women's Uneven Double Buckle Bar Grips Review:

Currently in level 4, my 9-year-old daughter has been doing gymnastics for one and a half years. She has gone through four sets of grips in total. She claimed that among the four, these are the most comfortable. She also appreciates the support provided by the double buckle.

WOD Nation Leather Barbell Gymnastics Grips Perfect for Pull-up Training, Kettlebells, Gymnastic Rings Review:

I've experimented with many grips in an effort to find the ideal ones for crossfit. My problem is more that it kills my hands to grasp onto the bar because they feel so tender, rather than that I rip occasionally. Finally, I figured out how to utilize grips properly; they should have a little give so that when you grab the bar, the grip will fold over on top of itself rather than being snug against your palm. IF YOU DID THIS RIGHT, YOU'LL KNOW IT. It appears as though the grips are supporting you solely on their own. And a covering that has been doubled over protects the delicate area of my palm. I adore them. The wrist wrap won't irritate your wrists because it is gentle. However, I continue to wear my wrist wraps underneath them out of habit. They enter quite quickly. It's awesome to use red grips in crossfit instead of white or black because they come in hues that aren't as common in gyms. The wrist wrap can't be wrapped tightly enough around my wrist, which is the only thing I can fault it for. I wish I could tighten it a little bit more since it becomes very tight (when I have my wrist wraps underneath it is a perfect fit though). I hooked so many members of my gym on these. There is no excuse not to try these, especially given the price! And if you despise them, Amazon is there! You have nothing to lose if you return them:)

PUSH Athletic Gymnastics Youth Hand Grips Review:

A medium was my purchase for my 8-year-old. They appear to fit together well. She adores the vivid color, and I adore how distinctive they are from everyone else's. Since they seem short, she feels they are a little uncomfortable for her (this is her first pair). I think they fit perfectly; next would be too long. She's only had them for two weeks, so I'm sure they just need to be broken down. The leather on each of them is distinct, which is the only aspect I find unusual. Instead of utilizing a mirror image, they cut all the leather pieces in the same direction but turned some of them inside out to create the other hand (I hope that makes sense). The top of one hand is smoother than the bottom of the other. Since she doesn't use them much, it doesn't affect them right now, but I'd be interested to see how they look once they've been thoroughly worn in.

Gymnastics Hand Grips - Youth Sizes, Soft Genuine Leather - Measure the Right Hand From the Base of the Palm (Where Palm Meets the Wrist) to the Base of the Middle Finger (Where Middle Finger and Palm Meet.)! Review:

Let me start by saying that I have never bought grips or even seen them in person before. We adore these, in my absolutely inexperienced opinion. They are not as stiff as I had anticipated. They are excellent starter grips, according to my daughter's instructor, who I questioned about it. Since my five-year-old daughter insists on licking her hands to make them "slick," she has multiple rips on her palms, but these grips cover them all, allowing my daughter's hands to heal without interfering with her training. I can't comment on how long it takes or whether we've actually broken hers in yet because I still don't understand the distinction between a fresh pair and a pair that has been broken in. If my daughter is wearing short sleeves, the wrist bands do leave traces on her wrists. The wristbands we bought have not yet arrived. Her coach promised to show her how to chalk her wrists to ease the pain. I think they fit her properly after using the size chart. I was concerned that the finger holes would be too small for her thick fingers, but they fit perfectly and have room to enlarge if necessary. Hope this was useful. I have never used grips before, as I already stated, so I have no experience on which to base this.
