The most of the negative reviews appeared to be from foolish people who made the wrong purchases; as a result, their review was either a result of their own mistake or an Amazon delivery problem; in either case, it doesn't/shouldn't reflect the product.Some of the legitimate worries voiced alarmed me, which led me to consider my options carefully before placing an order. The biggest one concerned the leather's quality. I decided to take the risk and order one anyhow, reasoning that I could easily return it if it didn't live up to my standards of quality.I could see right away when I opened the package that the poor assessments of the leather's quality were untrue. The holster's $39 price tag is more than justified by the excellent quality of the leather. People shouldn't expect it to be of the caliber of a Galco or Bianchi, but it's also not that expensive either ($85-$130). Furthermore, the belt clip is made of a very durable steel that won't be coming undone from the holster any time soon, and the stitching is quite strong and beautifully done.The holster also comes with a few cool extras, like stickers, a bracelet, and a statement from the creators outlining some general guidelines for using and caring for the holster. In particular, it provides information about the lifetime warranty, which is always a sincere demonstration of a craftsman's belief in his goods and his devotion to his customers.For a holster that costs $39, it is incredible. Over the course of my more than 25 years in law enforcement, I've tried a lot of holsters. I have a variety of holsters for various guns, uses, and outfits. I now own two of these Concealment Express IWB Kydex holsters, one for my G43 and one for this (that fits most of my other Glocks). These two have grown to be my favorites out of all my holsters. Why is this;1: It is safe. There is simply no possibility that it could happen by mistake. Some holsters feature fussy thumb snaps that make you wonder whether your holster just came undone when you bump anywhere near it. There are no problems because it is impossible to "bounce" the retention open.One reviewer claimed that it was "very hard" to draw his weapon, which is why he didn't like the game. But I believe you want some retention, unless you're Jerry Miculek. The holster has a tension adjustment screw, and perhaps he tightened his while believing it should be loose because he didn't realize it was a retention adjustment screw.I don't know, but my memory is flawless. It is undoubtedly necessary to grab hold of the grip and draw it out, but not in such a way that you need to be concerned about snapping the item off your belt or breaking the clip. It's just right for me, like the oatmeal Little Red Riding Hood ate.I should remark that I have the wrong hand while we're on the subject of security. Another left-handed person claimed that in some postures, the holster was activating his mag release. I attempted to duplicate his issue using my setup but was unable. Most of my holsters, even those for work, show the mag release. I enjoy that because I like to be able to take my magazine out while it's still holstered when I'm doing exercises at the range. That's what this does.Anyway, it appears that the company's response was to have a holster made specifically for him that covered the entire mag release. Although that is something I personally would never want, it was a solution that worked for him. It's not a problem for all lefties, and this company's customer service is unmatched, I just wanted to make that clear.2 - The comfort level. I'm not sure whether you can tell from the photographs, but the holster's maker rounded off the entire outside edge. It's a tiny issue, but when it cuts into your skin, it becomes significant. Not this one, though.It was described as being "ridiculously bulky" by another critic. I found none of that. I shared a shot of the conclusion, which clearly demonstrates how flat it is. No matter which IWB holster you use, there is no getting around the fact that you are packing a weapon into your waistband, which will add some bulk.3. It can be adjusted. I like that depending on whether I'm using the Appendix or Side location, I can somewhat alter the cant. When you are leaning over and carrying your appendix, that slight angle appears to matter a lot. Additionally, I enjoy that I can easily slide the belt clip around my waist in two seconds if I need to shift the complete holster.4. It is compact and minimalistic, covering only what is necessary. Nothing metal touches your flesh except than the very rear of the slide. No perpetual sweaty salt that corrodes your slide.5 - It is simple to transfer or take away. Between the clip and the holster are two fairly large, rubber grommets. It is far more difficult to take out the clip far enough to remove it from your belt or slide it over belt loops to move it from appendix to side with other, comparable holsters I have since they either have a thinner grommet (likely an O-ring) or none at all. Or it breaks off. Although it seems to retain it quite tightly until you actually tug on it, this one pulls out fairly easy. The clip's end is also shaped like a barb so that it will stay attached to your belt. There haven't been any issues with it slipping off when I sketch so far.6 - Has an open muzzle end and ample area for sights at suppressor height. see photos This version is entirely open compared to the 43 version, which is partly closed. If you remove it off, you can use the holster with the remaining sights and the threaded barrel can poke through, but you won't be able to fit a can through it.7 - I can re-holster without having to look down at it because it doesn't collapse when I draw it, unlike a fabric one. I decided this was the one after watching all the videos and reading endless reviews. I'm happy I acquired it. I decided to snap some images with a tape measure to help you out because I wasn't sure of something, namely the size. Now that you know, everything appears larger on the internet.The materials were top-notch in my opinion (but not carbon fiber as some claim). It fits just about everyone well because it can canter in various directions. Due to my thin frame, I have it slightly slanted up to maintain the grip closer to my torso. The button lock is exceptional. When utilized correctly, your finger remains in the exact same position immediately above the trigger. With this holster, shootings will only occur negligently as a result of abuse. Although the belt harness is very effective, I find the paddle to be the most useful.Also a great price.

I really enjoy Clipdraw. I've read many of the bad reviews and completely disagree. This is not a holster, to start with. Do not purchase this item if you're looking for a standard holster. The Clipdraw, on the other hand, is a great option if you want something that is lightweight and discreet. You won't be winning any quick draw competitions from now on. You will be disappointed if you anticipate being able to reach around with your other hand, lift your shirt, and then effortlessly draw your weapon in a matter of seconds. Please refrain from purchasing this item and then complaining about it failing to fulfill a purpose for which it was not created or intended. The Clipdraw makes it simple for the weapon to rest inside the waist and lower than necessary so that it doesn't stick out excessively. Although getting the firearm does require some work, this isn't the American frontier. There is always some give and take with any product.Oh, and installation was simple. The only instrument that was needed but was not included in the kit was a little punch or screwdriver. I installed and removed it twice and discovered that using a punch was simpler simply because it seemed more powerful. If you've never taken off the slide cover plate, watch a tutorial on YouTube.

This holster seems like an excellent buy given the price.It is adjustable in many places, features a spare magazine pouch, allows you to drop your hip or leg, and seems durable enough to last. For my Ruger SR9 (full size) with a 4in barrel, I purchased the brown variant. A straightforward plastic bag containing only the product served as the packaging. It took some work to set it up, not because it was difficult, but rather because I'm OCD. Since the flaps' real folds are somewhat rigid, it took me some time to fold or relax the fabric such that it would securely conform to my own arm. There is a movable strap inside that I utilized as a "bottom" to fix the precise height of my rifle so that I could draw with good grip. As long as the tension strap stays out of the way, the draw really goes much more smoothly than I anticipated. Okay, the upper tension strap is not intended for fast draws. This is not a carry holster that you can simply quick-release and leave with. The second strap double-secures the snap belt, which is not elastic and won't move. Therefore, your pistol is safe and won't fall out, but on the other hand, you're not drawing it quickly. You see, I wasn't seeking for a holster for daily use; instead, I wanted something inexpensive and durable that I could abuse while carrying my primary weapon in the desert. Even though I haven't had a chance to put it through all of its paces and tests, I have no doubt that it will work out just fine.To have a better understanding of what you're getting and the sizes available, I tried to measure anything I was uncertain about before purchasing and took a lot of pictures.-Any belt up to 2" in width should fit comfortably because the belt loop is over 2" high.-Leg straps can only be as wide as 24 inches. To obtain an idea, you can wrap a thread around your high thigh and measure it (be sure to take into account what you would wear, as it would probably be thick material pants).-Although the cloth isn't particularly stretchy, the little ends of the thigh straps ARE, which is convenient.-The whole height is 18 inches from tip to belt top. Many gun enthusiasts would advise you against getting a drop because the draw is too far, and they are not mistaken, but you can estimate how far you'll be reaching.-The gun's tendency to bounce and move about is another frequent complaint about drops. Again, they are correct; that area of your body is very movable compared to your hip; yet, I was amazed by how securely the straps kept the bag to my thigh and how firmly it clutched my pistol.-The top thigh strap and belt attach are both simply removable (bottom strap a bit more work). This makes it simpler to store and gives you the option to wear it closer to your hip (I assume, as it creates an empty loop inside).-Due to the open bottom of the holster, the interior is deeper than 7 inches (if you don't use the interior strap to set a bottom limit).Although I don't wear any attachments, I'm rather certain that a torch or bottom rail accessory would work.-My magazine fits perfectly in the pouch. The strap may be adjusted; I simply raised it above its standard position.The stiffness of the folds to achieve a perfectly centered fit and the loose threads that will pop up everywhere are my only problems thus far (pro tip: insert an empty magazine into the pouch before unfolding and refolding it all together; this will keep your center clear and defined).I'm hoping that this evaluation and the images may aid others in making a choice. I can't wait to use it on a few journeys and see how it performs.

Like the majority of reviewers, I think the materials, craftsmanship, sewing, and fitting are excellent. Just so you know, it firmly fits my Glock 20 (full size) together with a rail-mounted DefendTec M1C tactical LED light. However, the biggest feature of this holster is its adjustability, which I found to be incredibly unpleasant due to the weight of my Glock and spare magazine hanging/rubbing on my outside knee joint. It looks like a conventional belt-attached holster now that the upper leg restraint and some superfluous belt attachments have been removed, and I've modified the lower leg restraint to function as a "tie-down" instead of the upper leg restraint. It works great. I disagree with one Reviewer criticizing the lack of Instructions because of these changes. I may not have tried the aforementioned reconfiguration if there had been instructions. Two warnings: 1 - I concur with one reviewer that the snap over the pistol is poorly designed or situated, however HUABOLA CALYN was kind enough to include a Velcro-ed replacement.2 - The belt-attaching sleeve may have been bigger to enable attachment to a wider than 1 1/2 inch strap as a replacement "belt. As opposed to a more expensive, less flexible leather version, I would heartily recommend this all-weather holster. Aside from that, HUABOLA CALYN and AMAZON Customer Service were outstanding in their help and patience with my search for a reliable holster.EDIT JULY 27: Belay my Caveat #2 from earlier: I was able to enlarge the belt loop to suitably fit a 2 1/4 after taking another look at the "belt. Perhaps you could cure stupid! To prevent the Velcro from slipping, I would advise carefully applying some friction tape to the loop to ensure its integrity.
