This is a great kit for my daughter, good quality for the price and perfect for a beginner. All pieces nicely finished and fit well together, is perfect for my daughter as a beginner in band.

Silverstar Professional Glockenspiel 25 note Xylophone kids musical instrument Percussion instruments Xylophone Instruments Review:

We really like this glockenspiel, it's loads of fun! My 8 and 6 year olds find the color-coded notes extremely helpful as they are still learning the basics in reading music. The notes are perfectly pitched, the keys are secure, and the case is nice for transporting to school, grandma's house, the back yard, or wherever. The mallets are a little flimsy, but they're holding up. I tend to give my 2 year old different mallets though, as I'm worried he would bend or break these by hitting too hard. Overall, it was a great value and we love it!

CB Percussion 6854 Bell Kit Review:

I was really surprised at the quality of these bells, given the really reasonable price. It's very well made and sounds great. I expected to need to purchase new mallets like some people suggested, but my daughter was really happy with how they felt. She's a percussionist in her school's band, so I bought this for practice during the summer. Everything is nice and tight and sturdy. The only issue we had was the clasps on the case were hard to close, so she closed just one. The case is so sturdy that the other closed clasp is more than enough to secure it properly. I have a feeling her drum instructor will be very pleased.

20 Note Chromatic Glockenspiel - Metal Xylophone - Sheet Music Cards with Songs Review:

We bought this glockenspiel to play a duet with a ukulele for a friend’s wedding. As this was a one-time gig, we didn’t want to spend a lot of money. This instrument has great tones and was loud enough to be heard in the ceremony hall without a microphone. The color was a fun touch! The keys are engraved with each note, but they are difficult to read in low light so we added labels to the notes we needed for our song. This would be fine for a child, but also good for enough for the amateur musician.

Xylophone 25 Note Chromatic Glockenspiel in Case - Card Set with 23 Songs Review:

Bought this instrument to introduce my granddaughter to a musical instrument that's both easy to use and sturdy enough to be handled by a toddler. Although she's way to young to produce music, I've encouraged her to use it. I play the simple melodies that come with the instrument and we sing together for a short time when she visits. I'm no musician, but I've enjoyed figuring out how to play simple melodies on it by ear. Finally, I like that it folds up neatly into a case that's easily stored.

Glockenspiel 25 Note Chromatic C-C Tuned Xylophone Black Soft Bag 4 Mallets Review:

I bought this product used and was worried what the quality might be like. However, it arrived in perfect condition and everything works great with it! So glad we decided to save money and buy used. The product itself works very well - my son just started playing percussion and its grateful that the keys are marked so it's easier for him to know which notes to play. This also came with a set of songs to learn, so that has been a fun challenge for him also.

Mr.Power Foldable Glockenspiel Xylophone Vibraphone Percussion Instrument 30NOTES Review:

I would call this an 'intermediate' quality glock/xylophone at a bargain price. The materials and build quality exceeded my expectations.

The tone, tuning, and sustain seem to be of reasonable quality. Took me about 1/2 hour with a Philips screwdriver to adjust the sustain on each bar.

The folding option makes it very compact for storage/transport. Probably excludes this model from being rack mounted to a drum kit, but I spose with some simple mods it could be done.

Good overall value. I'd recommend it.
