These twist ties are of good quality, but they don't hold their position after only a few twists. They help me distinguish between my homemade chocolate and vanilla cake pops. When I opened the manilla envelope that they were packaged in, they were all over. They are simply packaged in a small baggie with a fold-over cover and a thin sticky strip. It's not a big deal, but getting them all organized and sorted through can be annoying. I am pleased with this buy overall because you get a lot for a low price.

My life has been saved by these cable ties. I use these around the house and in my home office because I'm so organized. I've tried everything, and I must say that the Velcro ones irritate me to no end. I eventually used the black zip cable ties for a very long time, but my husband would grumble about them because he enjoys moving our electrical devices and they were constantly in the way. I'm a home organic grower, and this product is fantastic.I was familiar with using garder's twine to secure plants to their stakes, etc., while working in my parent's garden as a child and now in my. However, I was never a fan of the fact that, occasionally, as the plant grew, the twine may cut through the plant stems and harm the plant.I came upon this product during the previous growing season and cautiously tested it on a few plants. I was completely mistaken in my judgment! The side of the velcro that is in contact with the plants is significantly wider and extremely soft. I used it on tomatoes, cucumbers, and green and yellow squash with no problems, and it had no negative effects on the plants' ability to grow. Another advantage is that this may be relocated to a new part of the plant if necessary, unlike twine, which can be challenging to untie once tied. Although it is removable, it has performed admirably and prevented my plants from being blown over while being exposed to Tropical Storm force winds here in the South.Overall, a fantastic product with a content customer! (I even sent a few spools of this as a present at the beginning of the growing season for my parents.)

I have used larger ones as hooks to hang light goods from wire shelving in a bathroom closet and the smaller ones to keep little doors closed on a repurposed locker cabinet where ordinarily padlocks would have held the doors securely shut. In addition, I have phone cable ties, which are like these but include a rubber loop that slips over the cable to keep it secured and prevent loss (smart!). They truly are brilliant. I have a 10 foot charging cable that I use in my kitchen. When I'm done for the evening, I simply fold it up into a figure eight, tie it with the twist tie that is already attached, and bend the end of the tie to hang over the handle on a cabinet near the outlet - up and out of the way without having to tuck it away in a drawer. In almost every area, I have charging cables, and now each cable or pair of cables has its own tie. These are the kinds of technologies that you actually use and discover numerous, sometimes unexpected uses for, making you wonder "why didn't I think of that while I was designing it?" (unlike other clever but ultimately useless gadgety devices that get tossed aside and eventually thrown out or sold at a garage sale). After reading the negative reviews about how this product didn't work well on gnarly trees, didn't stay up, or was like toilet paper, I was a little concerned about it. However, because it was so inexpensive, I decided to take a chance. All I can say is that those people must have simply been having a bad day if they had a bad encounter with this thing. This thing really works! It is a sturdy textile that holds up well in Minnesota winters. It wraps nicely around my little, gnarly trees, and if a gnarl puckers the cloth in any place, just fold it back up against the tree, wrap over it, and continue. (For God's sake, it's not shrink-wrap tubing!) Wrap it tightly enough to be flush against the trunk because it is elastic enough for a tree. In order to complete it, I threaded the tag end through the final loop as instructed, and then I tied a knot in the tag end just above the loop. The wrap remained in place. (I have a picture of a tree that is prepared for this winter.)Any varmint with the intention of chewing through it won't be deterred by this material. However, it effectively shields a tree from a sunny, "warm" Minnesota winter day and the ensuing, unavoidably chilly night.

Before I had a chance to use it for a long, I gave this thing my initial review. It received a five-star rating at the time and still does today, although my initial appreciation was insufficient. I don't say it much, but I really enjoy this stuff. I have tried everything I can think of to assist tie down branches, and this is by far the finest I have ever used.I utilize a scrog net that is erected to help bend and tie branches down so that my canopy is always the same height. My ladies adore this material because it's very simple to cut and use and is also quite soft. Both short and long lengths are used by me. It can be twisted to cling more firmly on larger, stronger branches or used with just a little hook on either end to gently bend a light branch. Additionally, it's quite simple to take out and alter as necessary. Nothing else will ever be used by me to tie branches.I'll soon find out how reusable it is, but I can't think of any reason why it wouldn't be. I'll most certainly be purchasing more of this item. For what you receive, the price is quite fair. I adore it, love it, love it.

excellent for managing cables. These are SO MUCH BETTER than the zip ties I used to use to manage my connections. Zip ties are a real hassle. They only function in one way, are impossible to loosen, need the use of scissors to cut off the excess, and are extremely difficult to get rid of. I also have a large barrel of zip ties that are completely useless because after 5–10 years, they all started to become brittle and snap.
