I was looking for something adorable to put in the bathrooms for my artificial succulents, so I ordered this set of owl planters. I choose to purchase these. The product is of good quality, and it even includes a little rectangle of screening to cover the drainage hole, which is a thoughtful addition. But the pots turned out a little smaller than I had anticipated; I should have paid more attention. Although I had anticipated 2.75", the apertures are actually somewhat less than the pot's overall diameter. It just so happens that my succulents arrive a little bit smaller than I anticipated as well, so everything works out. amazing pot. I wanted white and needed a certain kind for my money tree, water reservoir, and self-watering plants. Initially, I didn't like plastic, but I had to have a practical pot, and I couldn't find that in ceramic pots. I buy it despite the price being a bit high for plastic because of its utility. I enjoy the tree so far, but I can't yet predict how it will do over time because it was just planted. A modern, minimalistic appearance. White, albeit not a dazzling white, is present. Mine arrived in plastic-wrapped packaging and was in excellent condition. The watering lip attachment was present in mine as well. It is in the reservoir at the bottom. These tiny owl planters are of good quality and are very adorable (without being overly cutesy). But they are tiny. The top opening measures between 1.5 and 1.75 inches. It is the perfect size for little succulents. Additionally, they have that crucial drainage hole. I've grown 20 seedlings in them to this point.excellent moisture retention and portability. The roots have little trouble escaping from these.What I found to be a helpful hint:Place a seed into each of the four quarters of a square after cutting it into four pieces. I'm incredibly happy with these. Although I'm not a gardener and don't like dirt, etc., I really wanted something little and alive to add some charm. With these pots, I'm quite happy.I bought some succulents and put them in pots right away. Again, I'm not a gardener, so I had no idea what I was doing. Work with some pots proved to be simpler. The ones with fewer apertures to the pot's body were the harder ones. Problem was, the succulent's pot had a form that was broader than the mouth of the pot, so I wasn't sure how to put them in since I figure they need most of that dirt. It only took a little while.I also had a little issue with plants that are low to the ground and had leaves that are at container level.I won't blame the pots because I'm fairly certain that everything here was user mistake. They are very adorable!
