Do you put plants directly into planters?

When it comes to plants and planters, there are a few things to consider. One is the size of the plant and the other is the drainage of the planter. Also, if the plant is in a pot with no drainage, be sure to put rocks or gravel in the bottom so the water can drain out and the plant won't sit in water.

Succulent Planter, Cute Ceramic Owl Planters with Drainage, 2.5 Inch Small Flower Pot, Set of 6 Pots for Plants Review:

I was looking for something adorable to put in the bathrooms for my artificial succulents, so I ordered this set of owl planters. I choose to purchase these. Excellent packaging that protects against rough package handling. Six different owls are included in the set, along with six filters for the bottom of the pots, six trays for the planters, and a watering can with a nozzle (if you're using real plants). They stand only 2.5 to 3 inches tall, but they are adorable. They will look wonderful arranged in a row on a windowsill or placed on little trays. Highly suggested.

B-Best Guardians of The Galaxy Groot Pen Pot Newest Version Tree Man Pens Holder or Flower Pot with Drainage Hole Perfect for a Tiny Succulents Plants and Best Christmas Gift Idea 6" Review:

I got it for my hubby because he like the Guardians of the Galaxy. He bemoaned the hue being different from the movie. I placed it in a vase with some stones and air plants for décor. When in a natural setting, it appears to look better. Strangely, this character reminds me of the X-files episode's little tree men. Those who could blend in with trees and go undetected.

T4U Small Ceramic Succulent Planter Pots with Drainage Hole Set of 6, Sagging Glazed Porcelain Handicraft as Gift for Mom Sister Aunt Best for Home Office Restaurant Table Desk Window Sill Decoration Review:

The product is of good quality, and it even includes a little rectangle of screening to cover the drainage hole, which is a thoughtful addition. But the pots turned out a little smaller than I had anticipated; I should have paid more attention. Although I had anticipated 2.75", the apertures are actually somewhat less than the pot's overall diameter. It just so happens that my succulents arrive a little bit smaller than I anticipated as well, so everything works out. However, they represent good value for the money; each one is unique but well-glazed and built.

6" Self Watering + Self Aerating High Drainage Deep Reservoir Round Planter Pot Prevents Mold, Root Rot & Soil Fungus In Herbs, Succulents, For Indoor & Outdoor & Windowsill Gardens (Black) Review:

amazing pot. I wanted white and needed a certain kind for my money tree, water reservoir, and self-watering plants. Initially, I didn't like plastic, but I had to have a practical pot, and I couldn't find that in ceramic pots. I buy it despite the price being a bit high for plastic because of its utility. I enjoy the tree so far, but I can't yet predict how it will do over time because it was just planted. A modern, minimalistic appearance. White, albeit not a dazzling white, is present. Mine arrived in plastic-wrapped packaging and was in excellent condition. The watering lip attachment was present in mine as well. It is in the reservoir at the bottom. It's also a fairly durable plastic! Overall, I'm happy with my purchase and would tell others to buy this item.

Sun-E 2.5 Inch Owl Pot Ceramic Flowing Glaze Base Serial Set Succulent Plant Pot Cactus Plant Pot Flower Pot Container Planter Bonsai Pots with A Hole Perfect Gift Idea 6 in Set Review:

These tiny owl planters are of good quality and are very adorable (without being overly cutesy). But they are tiny. The top opening measures between 1.5 and 1.75 inches. It is the perfect size for little succulents. Additionally, they have that crucial drainage hole. I may buy more to give as gifts because I adore them.Additionally, the green is a matte glaze that barely even has any green in it. Still, it's nice.

Set of 3 Small to Medium Sized Round Modern Ceramic Garden Flower Pots, White Review:

Three glazed ceramic pots are included in this set, and they ship nested inside one another. The shipping time was as anticipated, and my pots came undamaged and in good condition. They've been holding a succulent, a nerve plant, and a spider plant, which is the largest (the smallest one). The one thing I did not anticipate was the drainage plates being permanently affixed to the pots' bottoms. Everything is one large component.Since there are holes carved into the area where the plates and the pot connect, water can simply drain through, so for me, this is not a huge concern. That being said, it is important to know if you are used to a more conventional configuration in which the drainage is at the bottom of the pot and the drainage plate is separate.I'm satisfied with my buy overall. The pots' sleek, contemporary design blends seamlessly into any environment.

Metal Frame Raised Garden Bed Kit(Multi Sizes) - Elevated Planter Box for Growing Herbs, Vegetables, Greens, Strawberries, Flowers; Above Ground Galvanized Flower Bed kit 4 x 4 ft or 6 x 2 ft Review:

I've grown 20 seedlings in them to this point.excellent moisture retention and portability. The roots have little trouble escaping from these. What I found to be a helpful hint:Place a seed into each of the four quarters of a square after cutting it into four pieces. This gives you 4 times more in the long term and plenty of room to start the plant!I'll keep using it and would unquestionably suggest it for DWC hydroponic systems.

T4U Small Ceramic Succulent Planter Pots with Drainage Hole Set of 6, Snowflakes Glazed Porcelain Handicraft as Gift for Mom Sister Best for Home Office Restaurant Table Desk Window Sill Decoration Review:

I'm incredibly happy with these. Although I'm not a gardener and don't like dirt, etc., I really wanted something little and alive to add some charm. With these pots, I'm quite happy.I bought some succulents and put them in pots right away. Again, I'm not a gardener, so I had no idea what I was doing. Work with some pots proved to be simpler. The ones with fewer apertures to the pot's body were the harder ones. Problem was, the succulent's pot had a form that was broader than the mouth of the pot, so I wasn't sure how to put them in since I figure they need most of that dirt. It only took a little while.I also had a little issue with plants that are low to the ground and had leaves that are at container level.I won't blame the pots because I'm fairly certain that everything here was user mistake. They are very adorable!
