After washing and parking my riding mower, I didn't want the green water to leak on the floor of my garage. This accomplishes precisely that; it is big enough so that I can comfortably drag my riding mower over it while using the hefty bagging attachment without any of the mower protruding over the edge.It seems like it should cost $15 to $20 less because it is thin. The blower won't remain in place, and even then the edges will flap, if you try to use it in the garage without the mower on it. However, when I push my lawnmower over it, it hasn't moved.

When I park in the garage, as I had planned, it traps the winter snow and slush underneath my car. I definitely should have purchased a floor guard that was a size or two larger, but it will work. One that my wife purchased last year functions great. Our main issue is that the slush would melt from underneath, causing pools of water to form in the garage by morning and push up against the plaster and sheet rock walls, which made us afraid of mold. Instead of the water lying and rolling around on the cement floor and flowing anywhere it pleases, the lips around the edges of the mat capture the water and keep it on the mat so that you may broom sweep off the water. Not to mention that the garage has already been severely damaged by the snow and salt. These AutoFloorGuard Mats will ultimately protect your garage and house. The mat is made of a sturdy, thick vinyl or rubber that is simple to lay down and roll up in the spring. Since we purchased the first mat three years ago, it has not peeled or ripped at all and is holding up extremely well. I hope that will continue for a very long time. The creases in the first picture are from the first time we placed it down on the floor; they will gradually disappear. The second image is one we purchased many years ago and it is still in good condition. I'm not sure why one mat had the URL and the other did not. They seem to be made of the same mat. The mat can be simply swept clean of the water, snow, slush, and salt without tearing.

I purchased this since my old truck need frequent maintenance. The motor was recently replaced, and it was working smoothly until last week, when I heard a dreadful noise coming from it. It was towed home, and the transmission was removed. Although not a dreadful experience because I am accustomed to the work, the fact that I had to wrestle with heavy objects in confined spaces while lying on the concrete of the garage gave me the willies. I was sore for a few days after, and my wife kept nagging me to put a towel down or something when I was ready to reinstall it (don't they realize we're going to complain regardless of what? ), so I secretly started looking for mats like these after telling her she doesn't know what she's talking about and making other demeaning comments (just messing).The way this Pro-Lift mat rolls up is what first drew my attention. This function is fantastic! Seriously, when you are locked in one position for a while tightening those difficult-to-reach nuts or anything, you may fold it once or twice to support your neck. Definitely made the purchase worthwhile. This is much more useful for my purposes because it folds up out of the way and can be used for a lot more things. I used to have a creeper for this kind of stuff, but I sold it when I had to move last year. The creeper's only advantage over this mat was its ability to roll around, but I don't care about that.Anyway, I should have treated myself to this $22 mat a long time ago. It is just big enough to support both shoulder blades without taking up too much room and wipes off effortlessly. The carrying handle cutout is also quite well done and doesn't feel at all like it will come off.When fully collapsed, it offers a comfortable seat with space for tools on either side, if necessary. ideal for repairing my motorcycles. I am aware that this is a straightforward product, but it is an excellent one. It's the little things in life that can make a bad job like pulling or installing a transmission a little less bad (aside from getting so wasted that you don't care anyway, if you're still reading this, I apologize), so if you're still here, I'll apologize for droning on for so long about a garage mat. Not the getting wasted drunk part when working on crucial auto parts, but this stuff, I'd recommend it without a doubt.

Actually, absorbing a liquid is not difficult. It can be challenging to absorb the oil or liquid while maintaining a flat mat with no rolled-up edges. Additionally, to confine the leak or spill to prevent it from seeping through the material being utilized to catch or absorb the leak.These criteria are satisfied by this. I use it to collect a tiny leak coming from my SUV's power steering pump. Although it doesn't happen often or spill a lot, the loss of power steering fluid can make the floor slick and hazardous. This mat appeals to me more than floor drying or other leak containment techniques.The mat is quite absorbent and not very heavy. This is good, and I'll order more as necessary. I'm hoping I won't experience any more leaks. But if it does, this mat is a terrific method to keep the spill or leak contained. Would I repurchase it? I already have it as a present for another person, whose car is already delineating its zone.

Fortunately, it features four reinforced screw holes that you can use to drill into your concrete floor if you're handy (suggest using an impact drill, mason bit and concrete screws). It is made of a durable substance and is built to last. Not because they break, but because they got dirty, I had to replace them. The two bump system is really convenient; after driving over the first, smaller bump, you feel the second one; then, you put the car in neutral and allow it rock to a stop before putting it in park. I always park perfectly. The color yellow is advantageous since it is simple to see when entering the garage. You'll understand what I'm talking about if you've ever caught your toe on a floor stop.

Recently, my wife and I self-epoxied our garage floor; it was a lot of labor, but well worth it! Even the greatest epoxies eventually begin to become yellow where the tires travel, leaving those spots where the tires traveled in the garage. I got this mat to help me with it. The items were removed from the box and laid out before the photographs were taken. In several reviews, customers complain about the corners not laying flat, the need for double-sided tape, the corners being too thin, etc. I didn't experience any of these problems, nor do I believe that it is too thin for the use I bought it for. The mat will stay in place as long as you don't try to move your steering wheel around excessively. I truly appreciate how thin it is since it makes it simple to handle and arrange as you like. The rubber backing is good, and it seems to hold the epoxy in place well. Time will tell how this holds up through winters, but once again, the protection of the epoxy from direct tire contact is what I'm truly after. If it lasts, I'll buy another one for the garage's other side. I'll also update this review at that time.UPDATE: I bought a second one for the other side of the garage after using the first one all summer. As you can see from the photo I attached, when the first mat I bought is lifted up to reveal the bare floor, I thought it did an excellent job protecting the epoxy finish. The mat can be power washed out as claimed; I did this just this morning, and it cleaned up beautifully. You can detect the difference between the mat I had during the summer and the one I just got because the former has faded slightly; however, this is not a deal-breaker. The real test will be how well these perform during the winter. When I clean them out in the spring, I'll publish another update. My advice is still valid.I still adore these mats, second update. Although they do absorb a lot of water, after two winters I found it difficult to remove all the midwest salt from them with my power washer. The mat appeared to become worn out with use and repeated washings, and it didn't appear as lovely as it did when it was brand new. It will take extra effort to maintain these mats for anyone who has to deal with significant municipal salt in the winter. You'll get a lot more life out of it if you live somewhere where it rains a lot. I recently bought a replacement since I still like them. In the end, the mat withstands abrasion and aids in protecting the epoxy, which is what I eventually desired.
