I have thus far been really pleased with the caliber, consistency, and clarity of this seller's offerings. There was far less damage compared with other sellers who only used a bag, even if some of them always managed to escape and were floating around in the package. On my first two orders, there were no damaged pieces; instead, I only had a few flaws and a few scrapes, which I have come to expect from all suppliers. I received 10 crushed and some scratched cabochons from my most recent two orders, which were loose in a bag like I've seen from other sellers and one bag was open with the cabochons loose in the box (I probably lost some in the shipment). Even though there are occasionally some bubbles and malformed cabochons, I'm generally extremely pleased with Acmer.
