They taste fantastic when I use them on sushi.If you want them on sushi, first crisp them up on a baking sheet in the oven for two to three minutes. It's probably okay to have 400 degrees. Alternately, you may also cook them for a few minutes in a dry pan. Enjoy!

After enjoying them several times at a restaurant, the husband bought these. He cooked them for me, and both my friend, who had never had them before, and I absolutely adored them. When roasting sweet peppers with some coarse sea salt, the flavour is nice. Out of the entire group, just a few had a tiny kick. Even though I absolutely cannot handle spice, the ones that were hot were bearable. Fresh peppers arrived. Delicious fruit all around!

We have placed a couple orders for them, and each time they are delivered flawlessly. One time, I can remember, one pepper came with a ding, but we used it straight away and didn't worry about it. These organic bell peppers are, oddly enough, less expensive than their conventionally grown counterparts. Given that they frequently appear on "Dirty Dozen" (pesticide-heavy) lists, it's fortunate that they are reasonably priced.I am aware that bell peppers can be found in a variety of sizes and shapes, but these are comparable in size to those found in supermarkets. We absolutely like these, therefore my wife and I will keep buying them.

It has a peppery flavour. as a red pepper ought to. It cuts well, has a slight crunch, and is awesomely curvy. You can cook, roast, slice, and dice it! This red pepper is what you want if you're seeking for a tasty red pepper! (Avoid the seeds unless you are preparing for a colonoscopy; in that case, go ahead and shoot away!)

Delicious and perfect.Imagine my astonishment when I discovered that I could buy a Dirty Dozen-listed organic bell pepper for one-third less than I would have paid at our neighborhood Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, or Safeway.These have been ordered by my wife and me several times, and each time they are wonderful when they arrive. The top of a bell pepper may have occasionally arrived with a slight crunch, but that was probably due to shipment and was easily fixed. (We consumed it) These peppers are always crisp, fresh, and ideal; they are free of worm holes, sunburn, pruny skin, bruises, or other damage. We adore them and they are the same size as bell peppers that one would typically get at the grocery store.Cheaper and organic. I'll buy it again.

Almost every Fresh order I place is mine. They are quite fresh and firm about half the time and not so much. Obviously, peppers are not in season during the winter, but wouldn't that suggest a greater variety in size and flavor? I recently acquired some that were a little mushy and wrinkled. I usually eat my bell peppers fresh, so it's not a big deal if I'm cooking it.

Wow! I was apprehensive about purchasing vegetables that I hadn't chosen myself, but I'm thrilled with my selection! These peppers are superior to the ones I purchased the last time I went to the grocery shop. flawlessly fresh and unshrively. These are also enormous (more like the ones I get at Costco). Because I'm cooking stuffed bell peppers, I didn't want to pay this premium and end up with undersized or awkwardly shaped peppers, but these were worth it! Mine had good bottoms and a good shape, making them ideal for stuffed peppers. I also got a red, yellow, and orange, and they were all very good and large!
