Americolor 4.5 Oz Chocolate Brown Soft Gel Paste Review:

The product is rated 5 out of 5. How concentrated this thing is is amazing. I barely need a tablespoon or two to color red velvet, not the entire bottle.Customer support receives a score of 2/5. Americolor's customer service is my only gripe with them. I contacted because my cupcakes were burning even though I had merely changed the dye paste I was using, and they were up open and said, "It's not our product's fault. According to the MSDS, it doesn't burn at all. No way could our paste have resulted in the burning of your cupcakes. Are you certain you haven't simply baked them for too long? "? That may be true regarding the lack of a burning issue, but gosh. Nothing was done to even try to debug or anything. just right away defensive.I was able to fix the problem of the scorched bottoms at last; I had to double pan. It's strange how nothing else was altered but the color paste.

Food Coloring AmeriColor Student Kit, 12 .75 Ounce Bottles Soft Gel Paste Colors Review:

I ordered it because the pink cake in the review, called Funchsia, was the color I was looking for. It is colorful and lovely. Although pink, it has a hint of purple. It needed very little time to develop and integrated perfectly into the buttercream. It worked well on fondant and buttercream when I tried it! Within a day, the entire bottle was gone. I used the color to create a LOL Surprise cake. I received a lot of praises, and my customers told me that many parents were inquiring about the cake and wanted to place an order with me.view the photo I've attached. It has a little lighter color because my phone never accurately displays color. However, I can assure you that this color performs better than Wilton!

Wilton Icing Colors, 12-Count Gel-Based Food Color Review:

The centerpiece of my first attempt at constructing a gourmet cake was this dye. It was used to color the fondant a combination of dark, light, and black. I colored my frosting yellow with that. It has a big impact. Use a toothpick to gently add color to the fondant and knead it in, adding more color as needed to achieve the desired shade. Oh, the icing. I managed to get it to be this gorgeous golden yellow, and it looked amazing. Absolutely tasteless and odorless. I can't wait to bake additional cakes so I can play around with the colors more and see how they look blended together and in different lighting. This set is incredibly versatile and will last me for a very long time.

McCormick Assorted Food Color, 0.25 Fl. Oz (4 Count) Review:

The brand MCCORMICK is one of excellent quality. I bought these so I could produce alcohol ink. I saw a video, and it showed that food coloring is used to create alcohol inks. I'm putting it to the test to see if it will benefit me. This kit yields four different colors. This food coloring works well to tint cake frosting. I prefer using red while making hummingbird nectar. Easter egg coloring is a fantastic idea as well. These can be used for a variety of crafts. When a specific color is required for cooking, having it on hand in the kitchen is a smart idea.

Wilton Neon Gel Food Color Set Review:

Excellent gel food coloring that served my purposes nicely. This food dye was used to color borax crystals, and the results were stunning. The colors remained vivid after being taken from the colored water. This was superior to other food colors when used in the same quantity. The effects were definitely superior to the other brands I used, however I'm not sure if that's because this is a gel and the others were a fluid liquid, if this is more concentrated than the other brands, or for some other reason. (In the pictures, the crystals on top were dyed with this gel food color, while the crystals on bottom were soaked in a different type. The hue from the other brand required eight more drops than this one did. In an effort to intensify the color, the bottom crystals were submerged in the colored water for twice as long as the top crystals. As you can see, not even the extra time or color was helpful.) If you desire vibrant shades of deep color, I'll buy these again and advise you to give them a try. I'm pleased with the outcomes.

McCormick Black Food Color, 1 Fl. Oz (Pack of 1) Review:

The bottle arrived with a cracked cap, so that should come first. It would have started evaporating through the tiny hole as soon as I broke the seal because the lid half was broken off from the rest of it, but I repaired that. The Coca-Cola bottle top just so happened to be nearby, and after cleaning it off, it just so happened to fit perfectly. However, without the smaller hole on the genuine cap, it was harder to precisely pour the coloring out. Therefore, if yours has a damaged cap, a Coca-Cola cap will typically restore it. Because Pepsi and Coca-Cola have such drastically different physical properties, Pepsi is probably not going to work.Anyway, I used this food coloring to make fountain pen ink, so what I'm about to say probably isn't applicable to cooks and other people who make food.It has a fantastic red color, a great flow, and didn't cause any major problems with any of my pens. The most costly pens I own are a Lamy Safari and a Hero 100, the latter of which was a gift. However, if it works for mine, which aren't REALLY high-end pens, it should work for a meisterstuck or something. Although it normally dries a little bit quicker than the ordinary genuine ink, Bernanke blue and other quick-dry inks are still faster.Food coloring is not waterproof in the slightest, it should be emphasized. I combined this hue with some other actual inks I had (primarily Noodler's, but only a handful were labeled "bulletproof") on a single sheet of paper and quickly removed the food coloring ink by running the paper under the faucet (well, not that fast, but you get the idea). If you're concerned about stains, this might be harmful or advantageous in some way.Comment below and I'll upload a writing sample using McCormick Red for you. Other than that, I'm just too lazy to upload a writing sample that nobody would ever want to read.

Food Coloring AmeriColor - Bright White Soft Gel Paste, .75 Ounce Review:

My Christmas cookies' frosting was colored using this. a superb job. Not much was required—just a few drops. very content. In my cabinet, I had an old bottle of the same substance that wasn't marked with an expiration date. I contacted the business. They were quite useful. According to what I've heard, they started labeling their bottles with expiration dates in 2015. Your bottle is older than 2015 if there isn't a date on it. I was also informed that each bottle had a number imprinted on the cap. The first three digits represent the precise calendar day on which the bottle was produced. The final digit of the year it was made is the fourth number. for instance, 1267C. On the 126th day of 2017, the bottle was produced. The bottle was manufactured on the 126th day of 2007, if there is no expiration date on it. The final letter is for internal usage only. Again, after 2015, expiration dates started to appear. If the bottle's top bears the number 2109C, it was manufactured on the 210th day of 2009. Typically, bottles last for 5 years before becoming sloppy and losing their potency. They are still functional. These are excellent food hues. Strong, vibrant, simple to use. No flavor.

Bakerpan Food Coloring Markers, Fine Tip, Black, Set of 3 (Black) Review:

My husband just finished last night decorating the cake for my daughter's birthday. These pens are sold in packs of three, and we followed the recommendation of several other reviews and kept them tip side down before using them. Despite the fact that my husband had to switch between two pens, I think the end result was fantastic! I had high hopes that cake pens could create this level of detail, but I was blown away by the outcome! You can tell from the image that it is rather good and ideal for intricate work. I'm a happy customer.

12 Color Cake Food Coloring Liqua-Gel Decorating Baking Set - U.S. Cake Supply .75 fl. Oz. (20ml) Bottles Primary Popular Colors - Made in the U.S.A. Review:

This is a significant improvement over the inexpensive food colors I've always bought from the grocery store. I came across several recommendations to use this type of gel colorings when viewing numerous YouTube videos on how to decorate Christmas cookies. I was pleasantly pleased when I checked here on Amazon because I had assumed they would be pricey. Thanks to Prime, I ordered these right away and got them within a few days. I baked my first batch of cookies yesterday, and WOW. I can't believe I've been missing out for so long. In a cup or two of icing, I used a few of the colors, only using 1-2 drops of each. These are so intense, I can't even! And the hues are so rich and beautiful! Although I am confident that they will last me a very long time, I will start buying this item instead if I ever run out. The quality and the fact that these didn't leave an unpleasant aftertaste like some colors did surprised my spouse as well. If you acquire these, you won't be sorry!

Americolor Soft Gel Paste Food Color, 6-Ounce, Bright White Review:

I can guarantee you won't regret using white food coloring to color white icing, even if it appears strange. I struggled with light and dark colors flowing onto one another until I figured out the secret of tinting my icing white when I originally made it. Additionally, using brown vanilla extract to flavor your icing may cause it to turn "dirty white," especially after it has been sitting for a few days. This keeps your frosting white by adding few drops to it. Simply get it.
