My wife is an avid crafter. She frequently gets burns from hot glue guns when assembling things. Years ago, I used to get a comparable item at Daiso, but they no longer do. Naturally, I had a small supply, but soon I was down to just 2. I spent a long time looking online for anything comparable before discovering Griply rubber finger tips. Yours were the only brand that came in a small size and wasn't outrageously pricey, and I have small fingers. They arrived just in time because my previous Daiso one had worn out. Since I've been using the Griply finger tips, I'm really happy with them.

I don't exactly work in an office, but I do use these times multiple times each day. I've discovered these to be helpful for both knitting and sewing. I first used them as a knitter and found that they are excellent finger guards against needle tips (and I have used them against lace needles). I then learned that if you cut the tip off, you can place them on your finger (for me, it's halfway down my pinky) where you tighten the thread when hand sewing. I use the mediums for my fingertip because I am a somewhat petite woman (not tiny), and I clip the tip off of the smalls to use them for stitching. I had previously tried a different brand of a comparable product, but they required constant adjusting or were challenging to remove. These are uniform all around, so it is irrelevant if they swivel (and I couldn't tell you if they did because I can concentrate fully on my knitting), but they are still simple enough to take off if you need to stand up to do something. I forget I'm wearing them because they are so comfy, so I keep them on when I'm done. Naturally, they do eventually wear out, but I'm telling you, I use them constantly and can go months and months without needing a new box.

I purchased them after reading a hand-quilting guide that suggested using them to help the needle go through the challenging layers. The sizing is really challenging. I wish there was some kind of reference, such as ring size or something similar. I guess I could have used my finger as a gauge. Sincerely, I never thought of that before now, hehe. I assumed these would fit well because my fingers are large, but they are too loose to be useful. I'm not certain if I want to purchase another box. However, they do seem like they might work great if they fit properly.

bought these to use in hand quilting. I've mastered a number of different grips for guiding the needle through the various batting and fabric layers. I'm happy with the grip these give me so far. I've given them to a number of women with all levels of experience and talent in hand quilting, and with a little tweaking to the number of stitches they place on the needle, all have been happy. I tried the finger tip moisteners and discovered they didn't perform very well. My company offers another type of product similar to this, but the large, medium, and tiny were all too big and unpleasant. My coworkers and I go through hundreds of pages each day. These are the best I could find! Because we all adore them, we typically leave them on all day. I discovered that I could type with them on since they were so comfortable and effective. I have used Swingline Rubber Tips for years, so I am giving this product five stars. However, my hands must have changed, as the small size is too little even after I tried many different ones right out of the box, and the medium is too large and falls off my fingers. I think I need a size in the middle. I used to exclusively use the little ones. However, the item is beautifully built and highly practical for gripping the paper when rummaging through a stack. Additionally, the price/value is good. Maybe Swingline should provide a box with different sizes in it?
