When I was a young child many years ago, I can recall my Dad using these. Like the majority of people in today's society, I have virtually everything electronic. The amount of paperwork we produce is now supposed to be reduced by computers, yet I seem to be having the reverse effect. I get emails, computer-generated faxes, billing information, and payment receipts every day. Some of information is crucial, while other portions aren't even worth printing and storing. I store the information that I consider significant enough to print and save in these Pendaflex folders. The two I ordered are replacements for previous folders that, after being used and mistreated for ten or more years, finally wore out. They are quite helpful to me for things besides daily paperwork. I have one for warranty and instruction manuals for appliances. I have another for research and cuttings. I have one specifically for everything required in the event of my passing, including a will, a detailed account breakdown, account numbers, vehicle forms, pre-paid burial arrangements, a living will, medical data, and powers of attorney. My wife used to save the recipes she ripped out of newspapers and magazines. All of my daughter's school art from elementary school through college was retained. My grandchild now has a folder specifically for her crucial documents. I suppose I could continue, but I think you get the point.There are several robust dividers available at reasonable prices. Some of the ones I have are older than 35 years old. They endure really well. I rated these four stars for two relatively unimportant reasons. These new folders appear to be slightly smaller when compared to my older folders. They weigh a little bit, too. I recall using a folder like this in school. Some of the instructors carried them. I particularly recall the librarian who, in the perspective of a young me, appeared to be quite important because she had an armload of them. I get a lot of papers that I don't want to sort through and destroy just by making daily recordings of the things I uncover on my home computer. My mess has been made better by these folders. They are now inside a U Brands gold metal wire desk file organizer that I bought on Amazon. Despite the fact that it hangs on my desktop, I like it. I currently have 4 folders in it, but there is room for more, obviously, depending on how full the folders are. — For so many folders, these pocket folders were incredibly affordable. They appear good, and the only aspect I might want to change is the color. I have a thing for linen. These in a linen/oatmeal color would be ideal. But I'm not complaining because I'm thrilled with these.

For my child who has high functioning autism and ADHD, I ordered this. She has trouble with executive functioning, including planning ahead and remembering to complete and submit assignments. High school has been the ideal setting for this merchandise. My child keeps only homework assignments in each tab for each subject. She completes the work when she gets home and puts the documents back in the folder. As they are broken down by class, she won't forget any assignments this way and will know when to turn them in. It is portable and lightweight.This is ideal for maintaining organization. Unfortunately, it hasn't even gotten it halfway through the year before the spiral binding starts to come undone from regular use. We'll just buy a few more to help her finish the school year since I'm sure it wasn't meant for so much use. It would be excellent if we could obtain this product in a more robust and long-lasting design. My youngster, however, does not appreciate stiff three-ring binders. Thus, this works best.

I bought this product because I wanted something more lightweight but still reliable for all of my crucial documents.Unexpectedly robust for a portable file folder, this product. The outside features an intriguing texture that grips surfaces well to prevent slipping but is also quite simple to clean. The zippers are of a very heavy gauge and zip effortlessly even if they are not made by the renowned "YKK" brand. There are two of them, so if needed, a minor lock might be added to increase the folder's security. Should one need to connect keys or whatever else to the folder, a substantial loop that is bound to the top of the folder is long enough to fold inside and secure between the two zippers.This file folder is heavier overall than the brands I've seen in stores, and the internal material dividing each compartment appears to be at least twice as thick as other file folders I've seen. It appears that each compartment may accommodate between 1/4" and 1/2" of documents. It does hold a flat shape better when loaded with more papers, but even when empty, it keeps its shape very well because it is not too flexible to forfeit durability.I received a call from the business a few days after making my purchase asking if I was satisfied with the product and if I also received a sleeve of tab-dividers, which I did. It made them stand out to me that they followed up on orders and spoke with clients, which was a pleasant surprise.This firm and its goods have really impressed me, and I plan to buy a second folder for my husband's paperwork.

This multi-folder or extending file is practical, portable, and strong. Each of the twelve file slots on the inside is big enough to hold an A4 piece of paper without it hanging over the edge. Since I've had one of these folders for almost two years, I've had just minor issues.The string that is used to keep the folder closed is the only issue I have encountered with this multi-folder.
