I wish I could say something about how quickly and unambiguously these strips produce a positive effect, but I am only able to say that, thus far ;)In fact, I find that negative findings have one bright, sharp control line and a completely lily-white test region with no sign of an evaporation line. I have not encountered any problems with evaporation lines. Do it at noon (it need not even be the same time every day). I disagree that daily testing should be done twice. Positive results will eventually appear, and they will be rather evident.Don't worry about the test line's advancement. One day it will be quite light, the next it will be a little bit dark. But when it's good, you'll recognize it right away.

These test strips are AMAZING. I purchased them with the hope that maybe they would be clearer and I could quit overanalyzing the qualitative strip's obscurity. I became quite tired of seeing a low LH level of 5 throughout my daily tests from CD 10 to CD 17. I stopped conducting tests and only used the qualitative strips. Then, on CD 27, I thought I noticed a slightly darker line on the qualitative strip. I pulled them out, and WOW, I experienced a significant increase in my LH level, which was more obviously reflected on these strips. I observed my LH level rise from 25 to 40 to 65, when it peaked! So that I could determine when my surge had ended, I kept testing up to the very end.Once more, I appreciated these strips since they eliminated the uncertainty about "how positive" or "how negative" the other strips were.

I'd want to start by saying that the instructions included with this kit are really detailed, and the software virtually guarantees success. Having said that, I did had a difficulty, but YO's customer service absolutely blew me away!After our first test, I emailed YO late at night and stated the following:"Tonight was the first time my husband and I had utilized the YO sperm test. We encountered a problem despite carefully following the instructions. I double-checked to make sure the slide wouldn't push in any further, but it appears that it wasn't completely in. We didn't realize this till after the exam was ended and we used my iPhone's selfie video mode to record our own video. It was now obvious that there was an issue. When I pushed the slide again, it slid in more. Unfortunately, we were unable to rescan the slide without beginning a new test because the program would not let us. As a result, there was a 14 minute gap between the first test and the second test where the same slide was really scanned. On the same slide, tests 1 and 2 were conducted. Because the slide wasn't put all the way, test 1 was obviously invalid. Are the results of the second test reliable now that the slide is still inside the phone and being tested?"The following morning, YO replied: "Let's retest after taking these 2 results with a grain of salt. Please email me your address and the type of gadget you are using so I may send you a complimentary kit."Wow! Having said that, the instructions are fairly detailed, and technically a user error caused it. I'd describe that as AMAZING customer service!
