Fennel seeds are a good source of phytoestrogens, which are plant-based estrogens. These can bind to estrogen receptors in the body and potentially cause hormonal imbalance. However, there is no direct evidence that fennel seeds cause hormonal imbalance in humans.
Fennel seeds are a popular home remedy for many ailments, including belly fat. Some people believe that fennel seeds can help reduce belly fat by increasing metabolism and improving digestion. However, there is no scientific evidence to support these claims. While fennel seeds may have some health benefits, they are unlikely to help reduce belly fat.
Fennel seeds have long been used as a digestive aid and to help with weight loss. Chewing on a few fennel seeds after a meal can help to speed up digestion and prevent bloating. Fennel seeds are also a natural diuretic, so they can help to reduce water retention. For best results, chew on a handful of fennel seeds after eating.
There is no scientific evidence to suggest that fennel causes constipation. In fact, fennel is often used as a natural remedy for digestive issues like bloating, gas and indigestion. Wow. It tastes good. It has an enticing flavor that falls between between anise, licorice, and peppermint. It leaves a surprising hot aftertaste on the tongue, resembling a dash of cayenne or potent ginger. These are virtually like baking sprinkles in size and shape, and I'm inclined to utilize them that way. The fennel seeds within are crispier rather than chewy or fibrous, and they are smaller than the ones I purchase in the spice aisle.I don't believe I've ever consumed fennel candy. I purchased this because I had a sudden, strange fennel hunger. I was chewing normal fennel seeds from a container in my pantry prior to it arriving. I know, strange. These are perfect in every way. After I started eating them, I discovered a number of fennel's health advantages, including relief from digestion and menstruation pain. Interesting.I wish these weren't prepared with artificial colours or food coloring. The only information on the label is "permitted dyes," which is concerning. I tried to cancel my order after discovering a brand not offered on Amazon that uses only natural coloring, but it was too late and I still received the items. I'm pleased with the taste. But given the dye concentration, I doubt I'll buy again.

I am pleased with the quality of the Frontier Fennel Seeds that I got a week ago. A few times a day, I would order them to eat before or after meals. According to what I've read, the seeds are supposed to help with weight loss and have diuretic qualities. Although I haven't experienced any diuretic effects, I have noticed a significant improvement in my digestion after taking a handful of the seeds a few times each day. These are what are causing the rapid and noticeable improvement that I have never truly experienced before. They are doing something extremely beneficial in my stomach, and as a result, I feel better. I haven't yet made fennel tea and I'm only having a little bit. With daily use, 16 ounces of seeds are a substantial quantity that will last a very long time. They are great, and I would definitely order from them again.

This fennel is really amazing, in my opinion. Additionally, having a huge 1 pound container allows me to use it in more dishes and more frequently. I use it in two different ways: first, I ground the seeds into a powder in my coffee grinder or small food processor. The powder is kept in a vintage spice shaker jar. You can also use a salt or pepper shaker. With its distinct aniseed flavour, which gives many foods a new dimension, I adore dusting sandwiches, eggs, pasta, rice, burgers, and just about anything else. Fennel seeds are great on and in a lot of recipes. great on a pizza with sausage and onions! Yummy fennel, excellent value.

I'm very happy that I decided to try these out before buying a bigger bag of fennel seed. I'll be refilling the glass bottle after I finish this. I used to grow fennel, so I can attest to the fresh flavour. The bottle has a cardboard wrap around it to prevent breakage. The pour portion should either be left undone when the cap is screwed on, or the plastic shaker insert should be taken out. It is annoying to constantly having to open the tiny pour area since the seeds are too big to fit through the shaker portion.

Fennel has a flavor that I myself have never enjoyed, but the health advantages far outweigh that. I've had stomach problems for approximately a week and a half. I brewed some tea from the seeds and some rice water broth that day, and I instantly felt rejuvenated. I'm pumped up and prepared to take on the day. Amazing, and I'd absolutely purchase this item again.

Never imagined I'd need a pound of ground fennel, but now that I do, I've been much more motivated to use it—since I don't have to grind my own—than I ever was before. About 2 ounces of it were taken out, and I put them into a typical spice jar that is on my shelf. The remaining was kept in the original jar, which I sealed with a tight-fitting lid after double-wrapping in plastic wrap. This will last for a long time in my pantry's cool dry food storage. This is significant in Hawaii's hot and muggy climate. This method is MUCH less expensive.

I'll have plenty of fennel seeds left over from this bag of organic varieties. Fennel is a necessary ingredient in one of my favorite pizza sauce recipes, but I had trouble finding it in the grocery store when I wanted to buy extra. The larger bottles, which weighed about an ounce, cost about ten dollars. With a best buy date of April 2017 and being packaged in an accessible plastic bag, I discovered this bag of fennel to be fresh. I divided it into two parts, freezing the remainder to preserve freshness while transferring a tiny portion to an ancient spice jar for immediate use. I bit on a few of the seeds, and they were flavorful and fresh. I bought this bag when it was priced under $5 because I felt it was a great deal. Prices on Ammy change frequently, so before making my purchase, I kept an eye on this item on my shopping list for a price reduction.

These delicious Sugar Coated Fennel Seeds are sure to please
$234
In a restaurant, I tasted this variety of fennel seeds and enjoyed them. They are a fantastic after-dinner treat since they give you a sweet hit and the fennel aids in digestion. I then left to go get some for my house.Possibly due to faulty memory, but I believe these seeds to be sweeter than the ones I purchased at the restaurant. They seem excessively sweet to me because of the heavy sugar coating, which I wish wasn't there. But I don't consume a lot of sugar (you know the kind that scrapes frosting off of a cake).Nevertheless, they are delicious and have remained fresh for a very long time. Remark: I'm keeping them in a jar.
