Okay, I had just completed a week-long liver and intestinal cleanse. But I didn't believe I was going to the bathroom regularly. The main line is fine with Miralax and Metamucil, Pure for Men and Quinoa, oatmeal and bran muffins, yogurt, and apple cider vinegar, but if you're pressed for time, this will help you out! I avoid using metal tips. You won't need another valve because the water diverter attachment will function as a throttle valve. It simply slows down the shower flow while increasing the enema flow. The hose is just a little bit too short, in my opinion. You should also purchase the 100-inch hose, in my opinion. The Clean Stream Universal Enema Attachment 3 Piece Set complements this well. The one with the two lobes is my favorite. Do not forget to put water through the metal hose to warm it up. then use your wrist to gauge the water's temperature. You will require some lube. Insert the tip when a little, gradual water flow has been established. Never alter the water flow after inserting the tip. One might injure oneself. To keep the floor dry and to aid in cleaning up unintentional expulsions, spread out an old towel that has been doubled over between the shower and the toilet.
