I have never found a concealer better than THIS! Seriously.It has been a never-ending [frustrating] quest for me to find a great concealer that covers without caking up and settles in wrinkles because I have had permanent dark circles under my eyes my whole life (primarily due to heredity and partially due to allergies). Finding a good concealer at 53 (as of September 2019) is much more difficult, and boy, have I tried them all (from high end over-priced to dime-store dreck). This concealer is the concealer of my dreams!1. It is extremely pigmented, therefore you only need a small amount to cover a large area.2. There is no drying (but do use moisturizer before applying anyway)3. When you grin, IT STAYS PUT and DOEs NOT settle into lines or form new ones!4. It isn't SHINNY. When it dries, it blends in flawlessly with the rest of your skin and has no shiny transition effect.Finding the appropriate shade online isn't exactly simple, though. Finding the proper shade took two purchases for me, but once you do, you're set to go!If you're in the same situation as I was, try this anyhow; even if you have to make a few purchases to find the perfect hue for you, it will be well worth it.

There is no strange strobing effect to draw attention to flaws under the eyes, no sparkly mess, and no drying. In addition, following adequate application, it is not crusty or sticky. My typically stoic Japanese husband kept commenting, "Your makeup looks wonderful today," and "Your makeup looks like a professional did it," despite the fact that I was doubtful after applying it as instructed by a YouTuber who teaches cosmetic techniques for ladies over 40. The fact that I applied this product and he not only noticed my makeup for once but also expressed his admiration for it is a big thing because in Japanese culture compliments and expressions of affection are uncommon. Unlike other reviews, I found this product to be simple to use, durable, and free from cake-up, crinkling, or settling into my fine wrinkles. Although a tad overpriced, it's wonderful and well worth the money! I warm and blend a small amount between my thumb and forefinger before applying. This works fantastically well on my extremely irritated fine lines and dark circles.

I'll agree that it costs a lot of money for such a tiny tube, but a little really does help. I've been looking for a product that will completely conceal my under-eye circles, and this one did the trick. This will undoubtedly keep me busy for a while. This was in my Ipsy bag, and I absolutely adored it. After I ran out, I bought several brands from Walmart, but nothing will conceal my dark undereye circles. After doing my eyebrows, I also use this to outline them. There is ABSOLUTELY NO NEED TO USE MUCH, and the coverage is AMAZING! One last piece of advice: if you think you've used it all, cut the tube near the top and store it in a zip-top bag until you need more. After doing this, my tube is already lasting another two weeks.

I have Rosacea and extremely sensitive skin. The products from Jerome Alexander do not cause my skin to break out. I use a damp makeup sponge to apply the concealer, then I dust on the Jerome Alexander makeup powder. It barely conceals my rosacea, just enough to keep my face from seeming red. Since using this lotion, I've gotten many of compliments on my skin. It only appears to work on pale skin, though.
