There are a few different ways that you can create a file folder. One way is to right-click on your desktop and select "New > Folder." Overall, the product is excellent. I believe it was a smart investment, and I would purchase it again. The only thing the design needs is more robustness to be excellent. The lower half of the folders release the A4-sized papers. This means that the plastic sections are not completely closed in the lower part and allow the A4 page corners to double or deteriorate.Beyond that, the archiver expands and operates as described.

Update: These folders continued to hold a ton of paper throughout the school year. I regret not remembering to take a photo, but I was pleasantly surprised by how much longer these folders endure than three ring binders. I maintain all of our personal files, including a handful for my full-time employment, in a file system on my desk. It has a very sturdy structure and holds up nicely to everyday wear and tear. It is one of only high-quality expanding folders with limited storage available (it has only 6 pockets). The only issue I have with the folder is that even though it has six pockets, you can only place five labels on them because the front plastic doesn't have a label slot. The folders are well made and strengthened aside from this tiny defect. The two pen compartments on the front are a great touch, and the locking mechanism is safe and simple to use. There are a few ways to mass add folders. One way is to use a file management program like Mover to automate the process. Another way is to use a script or macro.
If you want to move everything into a folder, you can either select all of the items and drag them into the folder, or you can use the "Move to Folder" command.
