Copper Chef 12" Removable Electric Use as a Skillet, Buffet Server and in The Oven Review:

The best nonstick skillet yet. Despite my best efforts, washing the entire contraption is challenging. Additionally, one-piece electric skillets frequently burn a ring and do not stay together for very long. My ceramic-infused Wal Mart one wore out rather quickly and lost its nonstick coating after approximately two weeks. This one cooks evenly, maintains its nonstick properties, and is simple to clean. In contrast to previous evaluations, I don't think the heat is too low. I'm thrilled with my decision and relieved that, if I so desired, I could use the pan both on the stove and in the oven. I'm glad it's working out well and that it's a wise decision.

Presto 06852 16-Inch Electric Skillet with Glass Cover Review:

The sturdy glass top on this Presto 16-inch electric skillet seals well, and the temperature dial functions as intended. It is of very high quality. UPS delivered this item in 3 days through Amazon Prime, on schedule, and in brand-new condition. Compared to the skillet I bought from Walmart three years ago, which had a temperature dial that was constantly out of alignment and a Teflon coating that lasted only two and a half years before things started adhering to it, this one is far superior. Buy from Amazon instead than Walmart since they sell authentic products with authentic SKU numbers. Not restricted to Walmart; available elsewhere.

Presto 06857 16-inch Electric Foldaway Skillet, Black Review:

Electric pans have never really been my thing. I have used some, but not a lot, over the years. I purchased this pan because I have an ancient stove with broken burners. I must admit that I was hesitant to buy this. When I opened the pan after obtaining it, the instruction manual was missing. No issue. When I called Presto, they sent me a manual and a web URL where I could download it. To put it mildly, their customer service was fantastic. They went through every page of the manual with me, warning me about potential hazards and providing me cleaning tips and other information. I must admit that their attention to detail impressed me much.I cleaned it, plugged it in, and decided to test it out with stovetop lasagna, a meal that requires careful attention to prevent burning. WOW! Never before have I made it so simple. When I made this dish, I couldn't believe how much cleaning I had done over the years because this pan worked like a dream and cleanup was so easy. No soaking, no scrubbing—I'm not kidding. I finished with a single swipe.I've been using this pan almost daily and I couldn't be happier. It appears to cook uniformly and requires little to no oil, if any at all. anything, including steaks and grilled cheese. made mac and cheese even. This is an excellent item. Although there may be others that are just as good or better, this one is the best in my opinion because I haven't used this kind of pan very often.suggest it? Yes, do your best to stop me.

Elite Platinum EG-6203 Non-stick Deep Dish Heavy Duty Electric Skillet with Tempered Glass Vented Lid and Easy-Pour Spout, Dishwasher Safe, 1500W, 16” x 13” x 3.15” - 8 Quart, Black Review:

For frying big quantities of chicken parm or shrimp scampi, I needed a large pan. My Rival electric skillet would not heat to a sufficient temperature, causing the food to take an excessively long time to cook, soak up grease, and cook unevenly. I gave it away out of frustration and sought on Amazon for another choice. After reading numerous reviews and explanations of all the possibilities, I ultimately chose the Elite Platinum EG-6203 Skillet. This is a good size, is light for its weight, heats up quickly, and cleans up beautifully. adore it The heating element being incorporated within the pan, in my opinion, makes a huge impact. On top of the heating element on the old one I had was a pan. I'm overjoyed to have a big skillet that actually does what I need it to do!I cannot comment on that since I DO NOT put any of it in the dishwasher (by choice). It's a fantastic product, and using it has been enjoyable. I don't have a problem with storage space because I put it in a large drawer under my stovetop, but I can see how its size would be an issue for certain people. Otherwise, I wholeheartedly endorse!

Nesco ES-08, Electric Skillet, Black, 8 inch, 800 watts Review:

———————-Updates: Nov 2017 - After 6 months, still works perfectly. Mummy adores them (got her two). bought one for me. We now have three. All is wonderful as of March 2018. Totally intact non-stick on every side. We virtually always use.———————A portable, manageable electric skillet was what I needed. I chose this one because it had the best reviews. This was a benefit because I've owned numerous Nesco goods throughout the years. It arrived in flawless shape. I carefully examined the internal coating in the light and found no imperfections, bubbles, or damage. To the touch, the finish was completely smooth. Before using it, I gave it a good cleaning and oiling.Uneven heating is a problem with many electric skillets. They develop heated zones near the location of the heating element socket. I checked the temperatures as it warmed up using a scanning thermometer. As anticipated, the section closest to the plug warmed up quickest, but by the time the pan reached its intended temperature, the temperatures were pretty even throughout. I was happy because I anticipated this to happen for a smaller pan.The egg test: I used vegetable oil to wipe the inside, then a soft paper towel to remove most of it. Fried eggs done particularly well over low to medium heat. nothing sticking at all. I also found it simple to make pan toast. For an elderly parent, this pan works great. It is neither too big nor too heavy to clean. Most of the time, a gentle paper towel will suffice to clean it. The glass cover is simple to handle and clean. In fact, it appears that using two of them rather than one heavy unit is the better course of action. Additionally helpful has been a countertop oven. This pan has performed admirably thus far.

Presto National IND 06856 16" Ceramic Electric Skillet, Inch Review:

My future daughter-in-law saw how frequently I use mine—which is several times a week—and decided to put a Presto electric skillet on her wedding registry. Of course, I immediately purchased it along with several other gifts. The convenience of having everything in one pan makes cleanup a breeze. If you're considering purchasing an electric frying pan, this is the one to get. You can't go wrong. While I'm sure you can fry in some of the modern Crock pots and pressure cookers, I think food tastes much better when it's fried or cooked in a frying pan as opposed to a deep pot. My son's favorite food is pepper steak, which tastes fantastic when cooked in this Presto frying pan. I've fried my meatballs in it and they have a great crust. I brown the pork strips, then after they are properly seared and all the ingredients are added, I reduce the heat to 250 degrees and let it stew for a few hours, stirring occasionally, until the meat is tender.Fast shipping and excellent wrapping!

BELLA 14606 Copper Titanium Coated Non-Stick electric-griddles, 10.5 x 20 INCH, Review:

Fantastic product! These negative reviews of the product are somewhat unfounded. This pan has to be seasoned, per the instruction handbook and my personal expertise as a cook. The instruction handbook advises washing the pan with mild soap before use and carefully drying it because it is copper after all. After heating it (dry and empty) for 5 minutes at 450 degrees, turn it off and allow it to cool for at least 15 minutes. This will remove the burn mark that some people have claimed exists and aid to maintain the non-stick surface non-stick. When seasoned, the pan does become a much darker copper color. A high-quality electric skillet with actual temperature degrees on the element rather of just low, medium, or high was what I was looking for. The dial on this skillet displays the degrees. Cleanup is simple, it's accurate, it looks fantastic, and it heats up quickly. Worth every penny of the $20. At Macy's, this same model costs more than $30. Superb value! Purchase this!

Dash DRG214AQ Family Size Rapid Heat Electric Skillet + Hot Oven Cooker with with 14 inch Nonstick Surface + Recipe Book for Pizza, Burgers, Cookies, Fajitas, Breakfast & More, 20 Cup Capacity, Aqua Review:

I adore this skillet for the most part. It warms up quickly and uniformly, has a sizable cooking surface, and is simple to maintain. The only concern I have is that the product description expressly states that you can bake with it, yet the temperature dial only ranges from low to high. There are no temps, so I'll have to experiment a lot and possibly waste food.Additionally, there are no baking recipes in the cookbook, which is unfortunate. But this one is the best I've tried so far in this price range if you're seeking for a nice pan to fry, sauté, and other cooking tasks.

Proctor Silex 38526 Electric Skillet Review:

Oh my goodness, this affordable pan works so well! After more than 20 years, my Faberware stainless electric skillet broke. I got a stainless skillet from another brand since I couldn't find a Faberware replacement. I detest it! It is not submersible, which is my fault for not reading the description well. Things stick. Can't go back because it's been more than 30 days. I chose this since I didn't want to spend a lot of money trying something else. Every time I use it, I remark on how well a cheap skillet functions. It is lightweight and simple to clean. Even if it just lasts a few years, I will still have received my money's worth considering the price. It perfectly satisfies my requirements for the tasks an electric skillet does.
