While all of my coworkers have been helping the earth by using reusable straws, I have been using plastic straws at work since forever. These straws are gorgeous. I recently bought a few Bubba tumblers, and the silicone straws that came with them required cleaning. Everything about this product, including the package, is aesthetically beautiful. Your teeth won't make contact with the metal straw thanks to the rubber tip. The straw's telescoping feature increases its application flexibility. They have a good appearance, however in my experience, the case lids are difficult to unscrew without making a loud scraping sound. Nearly all of the cleaning brush fits inside the brush. If the case had ventilation holes, cleaning while on the go would be more simpler and feasible; nonetheless, the absence of such holes makes me concerned about potential mold growth. If you leave it out to dry, it becomes more difficult to transport, especially if you don't have much spare time for maintenance.I got this item for myself and three college pals. We don't have a lot of time to spare while our straws are drying. Although they are portable and small, maintaining their hygienic standards can be a real burden.

My wife has started using a straw when consuming beverages from huge glasses. Straws from store-bought bags are scattered across the kitchen. I got it so that the extra-long straws will be organized and simple to find. It looks nice on our kitchen counter as well.There is a small tray at the bottom that is attached to the pull-up knob at the top if you have never used these before. When you pull up on the pull-up knob, the tray lifts and the straws under the lid spread out, making it simple to select the one you want. The remaining straws are then neatly gathered back into the dispenser when the knob is released, and the lid secures the dispenser. These have all but vanished from the soda fountain counters where they were formerly prevalent.The dispenser can carry a sizable number of straws, and it also includes a number that are still wrapped in paper. I was able to comfortably accommodate the longest straws I could find in this dispenser on Amazon. There might be longer straws available, but ones that are under 10.5 inches suit perfectly. Smaller straws work similarly; all one needs to do is raise the lid slightly. We currently have a mixed batch of straws in ours, some of which I purchased under the impression that they would be long enough (barely were), some of which she had purchased, some of which were provided with the dispenser (and work perfectly), and some of which were the extra-long ones I found here. We can pick which straw we want when one of us turns the knob.

I'm giving these five stars with caution because I haven't yet really dropped one to the ground. One did fall on the countertop, but it was unharmed. I picked up on a couple things fairly quickly: By the time it reaches my tongue, my smoothie feels significantly cooler. Although drinking via glass straws makes it appear much colder than it actually is, which is a benefit, I never thought that plastic could possibly lower the temperature. Additionally, giving up the straw took some getting accustomed to. Although I'm accustomed to holding the plastic straw between my teeth, I don't suggest doing so when using the glass straws. I had broken that habit after the third use. Finally, not all cups with lids with holes can accommodate them. No big surprise there; I anticipated it. I hope none of my "green" friends or family are reading this, but overall, I would get these again and would probably give them as Christmas presents this year.

Since I was genuinely not requesting for a replacement, the vendor kindly replaced my initial order without my asking for it (whether intentionally or subliminally). The replacement order is wonderful, and it's even better now that the straw cases are colored. I purchased the "Rainbow" straw for my girlfriend to demonstrate how happy I am with these ridiculous items; she is over the moon with it because it is utterly awesome and totally her. As a first-hand observer of the destruction that plastic straws and other materials do on the beaches of Belize and elsewhere, I believe that everything we can do to stop the absurd misuse of the planet for our callous whims is worthwhile.First of all, I truly enjoy this straw. Everything about it, from its portability to its simplicity of usage, is excellent for guys without purses. In spite of this, one of the telescoping sections won't stay fully extended and keeps slipping back inside my drink, which is the one bothersome thing that occurs to me. When I contacted the seller, they advised pulling this little guy open all the way to see if it would help, but that didn't work either. Instead, you just need to be extremely conscious that it will slide down and work to keep it under control. I've considered slightly "crimping" the part to add some needed friction, but I'm afraid of ruining the whole thing, so I simply cope. I'm simply sharing my experience in case it applies to anyone else, even though it probably only applies to my specific unit.

These straws work great with our thermos containers. Since the rubber component is the one that need replacement the most, I wish it were possible to buy only that. If so, the cost might be less. These straws are more affordable than most I found in terms of price. Although it isn't awful, spending $3–4 to replace a straw on a $12 container seems excessive. However, they function perfectly, and I'm relieved that I don't need to buy a new bottle.

I thought I would try this straw that collapsed when I saw it. I adore it! The straw is constructed of sturdy material and may be fixed into a case that fits comfortably in a purse. Alternatively, you may use the case as a key chain. If you want, you can clean the straw immediately after usage with the included retractable brush. This is a fantastic substitute for single-use plastic straws! I've participated in beach clean-up events as a volunteer in the past, and I saw how many plastic straws ended up on the beach or in the water. Sadly, the plastic rubbish on the beach has harmed a lot of the birds and aquatic life. In addition to being more hygienic, using reusable straws also helps cut down on the overall use of plastic. Anybody would benefit greatly from using this straw.
