Soymerica Non-GMO Black Soybeans - 7 Lbs (Newest Crop). Identity Preserved (IP). Great for Soy Milk and Tofu. 100% Product of USA Review:

We used to purchase Eden's black soy beans in cans, but as the price has increased, we have moved to dried black soy beans. The beans are ready for chili or any other bean-loving meal after soaking for at least 20 hours, draining, and cooking in fresh water for 8 to 10 hours. They have been used to produce baked beans and chili. They never become tender, it seems. A pressure cooker could shorten the process. Excellent; I'll buy again. When using these beans, patience and preparation are key.

Butler Soy Curls, 8 oz. Bags (Pack of 3) Review:

We have mastered creating the tastiest curls ever with only a little practice! [NOTE: The cost of the six 8-ounce bags on this page and the Butler Curl website ($29; all prices include shipping) is the same. The 12lb bulk box is, however, far less expensive on their website ($99 here against $62 at Butler's, including shipping)!]I soak them a little bit longer than recommended on the packaging because they are in the freezer. DO NOT, however, soak them till they are squishy! I assure you that is excessive. You want them to be just a little bit firm and squeezable. Squeeze and sieve the remaining water. To give your curls more time to marinade, you can complete this step in advance. Add some water to the marinade to make it a little runnier, then squeeze it many times. Let it sit, sit, squeeze out, and sit, sit, squeeze out until you're ready. After one final squeeze, drain off the extra liquid. Voila! As an illustration, placing squeezed curls in a glass container is a simple marinating technique. Pour soy sauce, vegan Worcestershire sauce, spicy sauce, a tiny bit of agave, and lots of spices on top. Until you are ready to cook, close, shake, and set aside. (Try any taste pairing you like! These have been seasoned in a wide variety of ways. Don't be hesitant to try new things.)Place ingredients in a cast iron skillet in a single layer to cook. If your pan is seasoned, you can use a little oil, but it's not necessary. There's no need to act erratically or turn around numerous times. They're practically the kind of cuisine you can just slap on your cast iron skillet and forget about. While you prepare the remainder of your meal, just let it brown on one side. To brown all sides, flip once or twice. I'm done now!Wow. So simple and tasty. Seriously.. You don't need to eat any dead animals, and you'll never want to eat another brand of plant-based protein products. These magic curls are incredibly tasty, satisfying, and protein-packed. They are always readily available with us. (Now we buy the huge box! Store only in a frigid, dark cabinet.)

Soymerica Non-GMO Soybeans - 7 Lbs (Newest Crop). Identity Preserved (IP). Great for Soy Milk and Tofu. 100% Product of USA Review:

These soybeans were used to manufacture a variety of tofu products, including soy milk. I'm on my third 7 pound bag right now, so I can vouch to their reliability. Although they weren't horrible, I've also used several other soybeans that are sold here on Amazon, so staying with the Soyamerica soy was a no-brainer. These have a pleasant, pure flavor that is slightly green and pleasantly sweet. The best option is to purchase soy directly from producers like Soyamerica. I picked me some soy at an Asian food market without really thinking about it the first time I tried to create soy milk. The more I learned about soy, the more I realized how far they had come and that they had undoubtedly crossed the Pacific Ocean twice. That makes no logic at all! These are considerably fresher, and it is better in many ways to purchase more locally. Particularly considering how much more difficult the present political climate is making life for Midwest soy farmers.

Sincerely Nuts Roasted Soybeans Unsalted (5 LB) Gluten-Free - Vegan & Kosher-Powerful Vegetarian Protein Source Review:

I had never eaten roasted soybeans. I was told by a farmer acquaintance that he consumed some while he was at a location where soybeans were being roasted for cattle feed. They were excellent, he claimed. I tried some, and I must say that they are delicious and packed with protein. Sincerely Nuts is the brand I choose since they are produced and farmed in the United States, and Sincerely Nuts has a solid reputation. Most likely, I'll purchase some more of these in the future.

Japanese Natto Starter Spores (Nattomoto) - 3g (enough to make 30kg of natto). 100% Product of Japan Review:

I've been making natto for a while, but I've never used this brand before, and I have to tell that it was a really good experience. The English instructions were really helpful because they are simple to understand and follow. The key is to carefully follow the directions, and everything should work out just well. The good news is that this bottle of natto spore can actually produce many pounds of natto; as a result, if it doesn't turn out the first time, don't give up hope and just give it another shot; I can tell you that the results will be encouraging. I've saved a ton of money by making my own natto rather than purchasing it already produced. Excellent bargain and a top-notch product.

Laura Soybeans, Newest Crop and Non-GMO - Directly from The Chambers Family Farm in Iowa. Makes Best Soy Milk, Tofu, or Tempeh. Review:

These were bought to produce soy milk. We began consuming soy milk every day, and the store-bought variety was becoming more and more expensive. Hunza Organic Soybeans (2 lbs) Review:

Soybeans were ordered and delivered right away. My initial sprouting attempt considerably exceeded my expectations. I think every bean germinated. I gave the beans a quick soak for around five minutes and took off any floating or loose husks. Beans that had been sprouted in a glass jar were no thicker than 1-2 inches. The key to sprouting soy is to rearrange the beans and rinse the seeds often (3-5 times each day). I prefer sprouts that are a little longer than others. They taste great baked as a snack, cold in a salad, or at the very end of a sauté. Yum. rich in protein.
