You might not expect a circular blending tool to perform so much better than a rectangular one, but it does, particularly for edges. The pads on this tiny tool are velcro-fastened, making replacement quick and simple. You may also wash and reuse them. Personally, I apply a drop of light liquid soap to the pad, rub it in, and then rinse with water. DO NOT first rinse with water. The majority of the ink will be removed by working it into the soap (any mild liquid soap), then rinsing. Be aware that while there will be staining, there will be no ink transfer to subsequent projects. This ensures that the product lasts as long as possible.

Since 2012, I have started using alcohol inks, and I adore the premium inks Jaquard creates with their Pinata ink line. The Pinata inks are also available in the.5 ounce size, as are most other lines, but Jaquard's sale of the Pinata inks in the 4 ounce size at such a fantastic price can't be outdone! A tiny funnel and a vial with a needle tip were also included in this order. They'll greatly reduce the messiness of the ink transfer.

Martin's inks are AMAZING.Once any sediment has been thoroughly mixed up and suspended, the colors are true to how they seem in the bottle, really waterproof, and non-fading.The ink doesn't smear or bleed, it works with practically every paper I've tried with a wide variety of nibs, including nearly every modern speedball and every modern leonardt (anything your nib scratches to bits is obviously out of the question). It runs nicely, smoothly, and without pauses, but you shouldn't, for example, leave it in a roundhand nib with a reservoir unattended for ten minutes. It is thicker than many other inks you might discover. It's inked. It'll dry out.But that only serves to highlight another benefit: it's simple to wipe out. If you don't count the unpleasant grooves, it flakes off nibs after it has dried at the touch of a fingernail. When wet (again, excepting grooves where any ink would get caught), it wipes right off with paper and responds nicely to nib cleaning solution. However, don't go spilling it on your carpet or favorite white shirt and expect it to come out. I've also discovered that it comes out of my scrap fabric with no effort. I simply mean that there are no black or obvious stains on the material I use for cleaning.They are also excellent for painting, and since they are waterproof, you can do things like soak a drawing in tea to make it look old without having to worry about losing the picture.

Since I've purchased them, I haven't had to go back into any ink to remix settled pigment, thus my suspicion is that they need to be entirely undisturbed for some time in order to require rod mixing as opposed to merely shaking.

This ink is wonderful. It writes easily, dries rapidly, and yet has a wonderful, fine, bold appearance.I've bought numerous Noodler's inks in a variety of colors. Although black isn't particularly fancy, this ink nonetheless looks lovely on paper and can be distinguished from basic black ink for rollerball pens.The speed at which the ink dries is crucial to me. I spend the entire day doing math and calculating equations. I've tried several Noodler inks, and of course the drying time varies depending on the ink. The dry time won't necessarily matter as much if you're writing something that you'll be carefully or deliberately taking your time on for neatness or beauty, art, etc.; nevertheless, with mathematics and other university subjects like note taking, etc., this ink is ideal for speedy writers. One of the very few inks I own that gives me the confidence to write rapidly and scan my hands over the page as soon as I pick up my pen without leaving any trace of ink on my hands or fingers is this one. Do not smudge!Even on the most inexpensive paper, this ink doesn't bleed through the page, which is another really wonderful feature. Because I can use both the front and back pages of the cheap paper to complete my task, I can save time, money, space, and the environment.Strongly Recommended!

arrived two days earlier than anticipated. The ink is spreading and blending like it should. It does have an eyedropper, however due to its small size, it can be a little challenging to use. But it has no negative effects on the final result. The ink has a faint smell, but if you use it in a well-ventilated place, you won't even notice it. I apologise for the blurry photos. Cheap canvas boards respond beautifully to the ink.

I opened the package as soon as it arrived and was glad to see that each item had been well packaged and sealed. I slowly unwrapped it and used a pin to open each hole. (I really enjoy how big the hole is; it allows me to better regulate how much ink comes out.) To test the brilliance and drying, I put the inks on yupo paper with blending solution and 99% alcohol. I have observed that using too many inks will make something sticky. That's because the ink is highly saturated. So before playing with the yupo, I advise thoroughly mixing the inks with the 99% alcohol in a cup. What it would look like in resin is beyond my imagination. posting images of my findings I adore the inks.
