What are CRV bits?

CRV stands for "cyclic redundancy check," and CRV bits are used to verify the accuracy of data transmissions. The sender and receiver of a data transmission first agree on a set of CRV bits, which are then appended to the data before it is sent. The receiver then recalculates the CRV bits based on the received data, and compares the results to the original CRV bits. If the two sets of CRV bits match, the data is considered to be accurate.

MegaPro FD4-6-C S2 Steel Hex Shank Double-Ended Flat Slotted Bit, 4mm x 6mm Point Size, 1/4" Hex Shank, 2" Length Review:

I've owned a screwdriver from them for more than 11 years. used it on the US West Coast, the Bering Sea, the Gulf of Alaska, and the Sea of Okhotsk. until I let it down and lost the flat head tip, it never let me down. I had to get a new one since I couldn't live without my faithful companion; it is of the same high caliber as the old one, with the exception of the surface rust. With these screwdrivers, you cannot win. They are also ideal for hose clamps, which is nice. Buy quality only once or cheaply several times. These screwdrivers are of high quality.

IRWIN Tools 1870988 Impact Performance Series Double-Ended Screwdriver Number-2 Phillips Power Bit, 2 3/8-Inch, 2-Pack Review:

When both types of fasteners are present on the working site, it works quite effectively. I hope more businesses would use this tactic to attract customers in a less invasive manner. I've driven roughly 250 square-tipped screws, half of which are 2 1/2" into studs and half of which are 1 1/2" into 3/4-inch Melamine. The square bit hasn't slipped yet. The phillips side strips out toggler plastic anchors a lot easier than any other brand's #2 phillips bit, which is my only concern. I'll be a lifelong client if I can use this bit to fasten 250 further screws.

DEWALT DW2024B6 No. 2 Phillips/No. 8 Slotted Double Ended Bit, 6-Pack Review:

DeWalt manufactures high-quality goods itself or through subcontractors. These are things I adore. They are unquestionably no softer than the ones that came with my Porter-Cable drivers and appear to be a little bit tougher than the ones that came with my DeWalt drill. The Phillips head end of this item wears out due to heavy use and abuse. Although I seldom ever use the straight-slot end of these bits, I decided to purchase them with the double-ended Phillips since I prefer it. I would make the alteration if I were constantly working with drywall or another material where a straight-slot was never necessary. The flip-flop bits I use in my cordless drivers are currently worn out, but these serve as a good replacement. For the price, you can't go wrong. You'll regret it if you shop at the discount stores for the less expensive items — ask me how I know!

IRWIN Tools IMPACT Performance Series Double-Ended Screwdriver Power Bit, 6-8 Slotted / #2 Phillips, 2 3/8-inch length, 2-Pack (1899978) Review:

The "locking hole" on many (many!) tips with a bit on each end is positioned incorrectly. It can escape because my B

Syntus 63 in 1 Precision Screwdriver Set with 57 Bit Magnetic Screwdriver Kit Electronics Repair Tool Kit for iPhone, Tablet, Macbook, Xbox, Cellphone, PC, Game Console, Black Review:

I read through a ton of Amazon reviews, all of which bemoaned the cheap parts stripping after only one use. I was almost in shock that this could happen so frequently. In compared to other products I was considering, this one had MORE positive reviews and LESS negative reviews referencing stripped portions.Much to my dismay, my T6 immediately stripped after the first use with little resistance. For reference, I was using this on a pocket clip from a folding knife.Review update as of 9/7/18Simply because of their outstanding customer service, I am updating this product's rating to four stars. Shortly after my review, Syntus contacted me and offered to refund my initial price, send me a new replacement set, and allow me keep the old set.Obviously, I have little use for either set, but on the basis of the company's commitment to stand behind their goods in the event of a failure, I think this product deserves a good grade.

Kingsdun 4 in 1 Repair Tool Kit for Iphone 7 with Y000 Tripoint Screwdriver,P2 Pentalobe & PH0000 Phillips Screwdriver for iPhone 7/7Plus,X/8/8 Plus,iPod and iWatch Review:

So, although liking the product overall, I had a number of issues. For what it is supposed to do, it is bulky. This would not be a problem in and of itself, but it made it challenging to see the tiny slot in the screw. A narrower shank would provide sufficient strength to turn the screw while also making the screw head easier to see. The tool's size made it more challenging to maintain it centered in the slot. Also, after removing and replacing six tiny screws, the black paint (?) on the screwdriver bit began to deteriorate. I couldn't tell if the screwdriver's metal was harmed. However, I thought the screwdriver's shape was appealing and that it would be great for larger screws. It features a tiny magnet on one end, which I thought was a nice touch. The next time I need to work with triwing 0000 screws, I'm acquiring a driver with a smaller shank.

Makita B-39584 Impact Gold #2 (2-1/2") Phillips Double-Ended Power Bit, 3/Pk Review:

My first test involved some long, hardened steel screws with fine threads and a #1 Phillips head that had been waiting for their arrival. I had already used all of my available swear words and destroyed my last four (bulk bin) bits on them. The first of these succeeded in finishing my project but also resulted in the Makita bit's end becoming notched. I'm rather impressed because I had never been able to remove even one of the 12 screws before. For what it's worth, the pieces are undoubtedly attractive as well. The narrow portions of the shaft, which are thinner than my other "quick change" components and have a tendency to wobble slightly in my driver's Irwin "Lock
