Stainless Steel Double Boiler 600ML, Updated Melting Pot with Heat Resistant Handle for Melting Chocolate, Butter, Candy and Making Custards, Sauces - 18/8 Steel Universal Insert Review:

I had no idea such a fantastic tool existed! I always use a stainless steel dish set over a skillet when I bake and detest microwaving chocolate, but this tiny item is fantastic. The pour spouts are great, but the narrow depth is the real winner because it makes dipping my creations so simple!I owe you guys some shortbread biscuits drizzled in dark chocolate!

Double Boiler & Steam Pots for Melting Chocolate, Candle Making and more - Stainless Steel Steamer with Tempered Glass Lid for Clear View while Cooking, Dishwasher & Oven Safe - 3 Qts & 4 Pieces Review:

I was unsure about how to use a double boiler because I had never had one before. I had to estimate because there were sadly no directions on how much water to add. I was aware from watching videos that the water shouldn't come in contact with the pan's bottom, but did it also apply to the water bubbles that form as it boils? I'm not sure. But I was able to steam a couple of things, and they were both excellent. Though I haven't yet, I will ultimately melt chocolate in it. Only the stains that remained in the bottom pan after just two uses bothered me. I didn't remember to take photos of the stains, but I will update the review and include some if it happens again. Fortunately, I came across a video that instructed me to add vinegar (I used white vinegar, enough to fill the pan's bottom) and water to cover the stain line. The next day, I let it sit. The stains were gone when I cleaned it the following morning with a non-scratch pad! Overall, I'm quite pleased with the double boiler I bought for the first time.

Farberware Classic Stainless Series 2-Quart Covered Double Boiler Review:

When I bought it, I wasn't sure how much the upper part could support. I wasn't sure if the 2 quart section was for the water underneath, but it turns out that it is. It appears that there is more space above since it is seated in the lower pot. Five cups of liquid will fit in the top, but stirring it would risk spilling it outside. It can be excellent if you buy it as a separate pot that serves as a double boiler. In retrospect, getting one of these with a steamer part would have been a smarter choice since it could serve three purposes. It is dependable, bright, and effective in its function.

It works great for my purposes. I adore how simple it is to clean. In fact, all I had to do to clean it after pouring the hot wax out of it was wipe it down. There is no sophisticated cleanup formula. My work will move forward much more quickly as a result of this. I'm happy to have it in my inventory for future candle-making.

This is a charming little double boiler for small recipes, such sweets, candies, or even miniature candy apples. You may make candies and caramel apples with this tiny double boiler as long as you avoid purchasing the really large apples and instead get the smaller ones that are packaged in grocery store bags. Cook N Home NC-00313 Double Boiler Steamer, 4Qt, silver Review:

I used this to replace a double steamer because it is completely functional despite not being as sturdy (and the other steamer fits in for a double). It is a little tinny, the pieces don't fit as tightly, and the handles get hot when cooking on the stove, but it gets the job done. The steamer insert, which also fits into a smaller pot so it can be used that way with less water, and the solid bottom, double boiler are bonuses. The business that sells it fully stands by it, and when I had a problem, they fixed it right away.

Tebery 2 Pack Stainless Steel Universal Double Boiler, Baking Tools, Melting Pot for Butter Chocolate Cheese Caramel Bonus 1 Plastic Scraper Review:

a much smaller than anticipated. For size comparison, use a full-size bic lighter. I precisely measured out the 2 cup capacity. The included scraper WILL NOT WORK AT ALL on the pans. is, nonetheless, a useful addition to the kitchen. Steel is thicker than anticipated, which I enjoy because it's of much higher quality.

ExcelSteel 579 3 Piece Boiler, 2.5 quart, Stainless Steel Review:

A week before the scheduled delivery date, I got my broiler. I adore baking and cooking for my family. Let's face it: food plays a major role at family gatherings, social events, and parties. Double broiler is something I've never tasted. I got it for Christmas, and since December 25th, 2015, I've used it almost daily! It is not simply a total lifesaver for cheese dip. To dip delicious delicacies, I have melted chocolate. It's lighter than I anticipated, which makes it the simplest culinary device to use, and it cleans itself very well with just a hot water wash, an easy-wash rag, and dish soap. I'm overjoyed to have it! My favorite. I would unquestionably suggest this to everyone of my friends and family members! I've been looking for a double broiler for months, and some of the prices are outrageous! I'm so pleased I didn't choose the first one I came across since every time I did, they cost more than $150. I really like this one, and $20 is a great price considering the excellent quality.
