Before purchasing this model, I did A LOT of research, and I'll be honest—I was a little concerned that it wouldn't be a high-quality item at this price. I make it a rule never to give a product a review until I've had it for at least five months, especially anything motorized. I don't think reviewing a product you've only owned for a few weeks is helpful to anyone. Therefore, I purchased his on 1/4/18 (8 months ago), and it has been put to good use. I have a huge, thick-coated GSD that I own. I would need to dry my dog for at least an hour before I would have ordered this (and that was after REALLY towel-drying her as good as I could). She would still be "damp dry" even then. This tiny miracle reduced our time by two thirds. My lady can be dried off with one of her excellent Mugzy's Mutt towels, and after 20 minutes of being heated on high, she is completely dry and appears to have just left the groomer. Warnings that I shouldn't have to mention but will anyway: 1. PLEASE don't blow this item in your dog's ears or eyes unless you want to cause early eye problems or blindness. This item has POWER! I never apply anything to my dog's body without testing it first. So that you can understand what I mean, kindly turn this thing up high and point it at yourself. Additionally, if the heat is on, PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM YOUR DOG AND KEEP IT MOVING OR YOU WILL BURN IT. Test it on yourself once more when it has warmed up with the heat option on (approximately 2 mins) and see how long you can maintain it in close proximity to your skin before it becomes uncomfortable — it won't take long. I actually prefer to turn the heat on, let it warm up, and then (unless it's extremely cold outside) turn the heat off because the air is usually warm but not hot at that point. That greatly reduces the likelihood of burning your child. If you are not extremely careful, it is simple to become sidetracked and leave the dryer in one place for an extended period of time. Simply use it without the heater if you are concerned (a great option for this little powerhouse). I'll admit that I only ever used the tip I liked the best. The complimentary grooming mitt, on the other hand, has been put to good use by me. By the way, if you are doing your duty as a dog owner and brushing your dog at LEAST every other day, you shouldn't be seeing masses of hair flying off them. This should not be used to "de-hair" your dog; soft dog brushes are meant for that purpose, and brushing has many more health benefits than simply removing hair. My only regret is that I could have saved myself countless hours of drying time for my daughter if only I had discovered this small wonder years ago. This appears to be well-made. Considering that I swim with my dog 4-6 times a week for therapy, my pool has been used at least four times per week since May. Therefore, I believe that throughout the eight months I have owned it, I have really put it to the test. I hope you find this material useful.

Recently, my poor dog developed skin/coat concerns, and I now need to bathe him once a week (he says, "NO BATH EVER"). I just had a little advantage in this harrowing contest of power and wills between us. Nothing, in my opinion, is more depressing than a 125-pound dog sitting in the bathtub with a look of complete resignation.The real bathing portion then begins. Due to its hand held shower head and short hose, I was using the master bathroom from my bedroom. In essence, the hose was long enough for me to wash him from one side at a time. We only scrubbed one side of the tub since he flatly refused to turn around (his butt had to ALWAYS remain firmly planted in the tub's corner, "NO STICK HEAD IN CORNER EVER," he said). As a result, I searched for a better choice and stumbled onto this Lighting Deal. I put it in my cart, quickly did some research, thought it looked fantastic, read some positive reviews, and then for some reason opted against buying it.Fast forward after two baths...I've used every towel in the house, he's not even wet but still coated in shampoo, the bathroom floor is completely flooded, and there is water leaking from the ceiling. I made the error of turning a little too soon, leaving him with a 2" space between me and the tub wall. He jumped out of the tub with all 125 pounds of him in a matter of seconds and landed on the linoleum. Of course, this caused him to quickly extend his doggie nails and slide wildly spread eagle across the floor until crashing into a pile against the other wall. I was completely defeated. There is no way this could be any worse. He then shook violently while standing up and sprayed dog shampoo directly into my wide mouth. There has to be a change.I went back to Amazon, added this plus a shower mat to my order, and quickly completed the checkout process. Installation only took a few minutes. The next time he had a shower, the shower mat helped him enter the tub without engaging in a protracted struggle. And it took me such little effort to soak him down completely. When I wasn't using the wand, it was simple to suspend it from the suction cup. The water pressure from the entire spray was strong enough to dampen the dense downy fur on his back. I was able to use the narrow spray and low water pressure to gently wet up beneath his legs and around his stomach. I ultimately mastered one-handed operation, but it was first a little challenging. The hose was long enough to reach his rear side at the opposite end of the tub, which was the cherry on top. I'm genuinely astonished at how well it worked considering how many dog accessories and toys I thought would be fantastic but never used are jammed into my closets.My only criticism is that there never seems to be more than a trickle of water; I wish you could turn the wand's dial all the way off. The architecture of my bathroom plus the fact that it was hanging on a suction cup caused that tiny dribble to ricochet off the tub's wall and directly into my face. Finally, I just dropped it into the tub's water.In conclusion, if you are a dog parent, this is a fantastic purchase that will greatly simplify your life when giving your dog a bath. It would work just as well on my 10-pound short-haired dog. And with the $10 Waterpik rebate, the cost is really affordable. I'm thinking about getting a second one to keep outside for cleaning my lab's dirty paws after her escapades in the woods, the ocean, and mud puddles.

What I required for Daisy, my tiny girl! I've been grooming my Shih-Poo, who weighs about 10.5 lbs, on the top of my washing machine. Given how difficult it is to retain a good groomer and the fact that our favorite groomer departed the facility where we had been sending her, I made the decision to try doing ALL of her grooming myself. You require EVERY piece of equipment to work as a groomer. This table is the ideal height and width, however if you suffer from back pain like I do, get a chair that "rolls" and can be adjusted in height. Daisy was SO much more calmer getting groomed on our new table than on top of the washing machine today when I did it for the first time! There are several benefits to using and possessing the appropriate tools. Perfect table for tiny dogs and do-it-yourself home groomers!

Love how well this works. Those that worry about having enough pressure obviously have other problems since this stuff is awesome! From a very moderate flow all the way up to "jet-pack" pressure, you can control it! I was certain that all of the dirt and soap suds had been removed. The arrangement of the spray pattern makes it function like a water "comb."My standard poodle doesn't mind taking baths, but she also doesn't particularly enjoy them. With this, he was at ease even as I washed his ears and top knot. Normally, he's simply waiting for his chance to flee. It was incredible to watch the dirt continue to flow out of his foot and leg poofs long after I would have stopped rinsing if I were using the traditional "pitcher" technique. With this, you may prevent him from getting water spray on his face, something he detests. He even leaned into it while sitting down and appeared to really enjoy his warm, pleasant "massage." The cleanest he has ever been in his life, for sure!The plastic screw on fittings are deducted one star. Making them out of metal would have been far less expensive and would have made them more resistant to breakage or cross-threading while screwing it on and off the shower. MERRY CHRISTMAS to All of Our Furry Friends!In Washington State, there are many days with rain, and our pets don't like being wet any more than most people do. Maggie here is not an exception.Maggie despises being wet genuinely. She ventures outside in the rain and returns wet. She waits patiently to be dried off as she stands at the door barely inside. This particular brand of towel, which is composed of microfiber, was available in a nearby store.After purchasing it, I went home to look it up on Amazon and discovered that it was actually cheaper. There are numerous hues and a substantial size.When Maggie gets back from her trip outside, she immediately grabs her lovely red towel and completely dries off, leaving the towel only slightly damp from absorbing her moisture. The size is about the same as a typical bath towel, but it performs much better! Since Maggie is no longer cold and wet, we now keep a pink one in our automobiles. And I adore this item. I wasn't sure it would make much of a difference at first. We have a 65-pound Rough Collie with a very thick undercoat and the rough outer coat of long hair (like Lassie). They probably herd sheep in the damp moors of Scotland, where the undercoat keeps them dry. In any case, this indicates that water has a difficult time penetrating their coat to reach the skin. So, spraying our dog with the hose didn't actually achieve much. Water would flow off the outside. But with the Aquapaw, I can thoroughly saturate the undercoat and apply shampoo to the dog's skin and coat. As a result, I am much more certain that he is genuinely getting sober. I can now turn the water on and off with one hand because the aquapaw's on/off switch is now just a tap away from my palm. I apply this to a faucet outside. This frees up the other hand so you can massage the soap into the dog's skin or hold on so the dog doesn't wriggle away. Although I'm sure the dog didn't enjoy it, this was actually his Christmas present. Nevertheless, I find it to be a huge aid when cleaning a big, tall, hairy dog. The cost was reasonable as well. I bought another one for my boss, who has three dogs, because I liked it so much.

This made the previously tedious procedure of cleaning my basset hound quick and simple. Bassets are adorable but smelly dogs. Mine requires frequent baths. I can use this to control the water's temperature to his liking, lift him into the tub, swiftly spray him to get him wet, then shampoo and rinse him off. It takes ten minutes or so. It's simpler for me, and it's also much more enjoyable for him.He doesn't like bathing, so it's still difficult to get him to use the restroom. I've enticed him with sweets, which typically works, but occasionally I've had to drag him. A basset hound has a reputation for being obstinate.I can use the sprayer to clean the shower/tub after I've finished washing him, which makes that job much simpler. I can easily access every area of the shower and tub thanks to the sprayer.A three-way attachment is placed between the shower head and connector during installation. This only took me a short while. Leave it in place once it's finished. The shower functions as a shower when the dog sprayer is unplugged. When the sprayer is connected, water instead shoots out of the dog sprayer when you turn on the faucet and choose the shower.The sprayer hose twists onto the three-way attachment. On the sprayer head, there is a spinning dial with multiple options for various sprays. When you're finished using the dog sprayer, turn off the water, twist the hose off, and the shower will resume its normal function.

UPDATED REVIEW: Following my initial two-star rating, the vendor gave me two replacement nooses and informed me that the broken ones had already been replaced. The vendor sent me two more nooses, including a nylon soft noose, which I much like, as well as a five-piece grooming kit because I neglected to update my rating. Very kind of you!I'm happy with the grooming arm and nooses right now.The grooming kit is a very thoughtful addition! I'm grateful.We bought this for our 28-pound puppy, original review. It was used by being fastened to the picnic table. After placing the rope around his neck and starting to brush him, it broke after only a minute! Immediately, one side was released from the noose's clamp. We then used the other noose that was included, but it broke just as quickly! The device snapped in less than two minutes despite our dog simply acting like a dog and not actively struggling or fighting.We just need to locate a noose to attach to the arm because it is in good condition overall. Instead of a closed circle, a hook for the noose would be more useful. In the end, we used his leash to wrap the top of the arm numerous times before reaching the table clamp. Not optimal. Why the nooses were fashioned so poorly and fell apart so quickly is beyond me. so disappointed
