My one of my two German Shepherd dogs has been scratching and itching for roughly four weeks. This 3-6-9 Omega supplement is what I wanted for my dogs after doing some research. This was purchased for my boyfriend's cat, who is the grumpiest old man cat I have ever met and is 13 or 14 years old. He rants at everyone while practically stomping about. Some would say he is cruel and dislikes everyone, with the exception of his father, whom he adores dearly. I developed a strong affection for this creature for some reason, and after giving him a ton of cat treats and wet food, I managed to win him over. Regarding his coat now. Although I wouldn't have called him "mangy," his fur was matted, dandruffy, and not at all lustrous. My boyfriend claimed that although he consumes premium cat food and drinks a lot of water from a cat fountain, he has always had that appearance. I became fixated on finding a solution for his issue and did some research before deciding to try this experiment with salmon oil because it was cheap and simple. Let me tell you, his tail was glossy after a week of adding this product twice daily in his diet! After around two or three weeks, his entire coat changed. My boyfriend claimed that he no longer sheds as much and expressed surprise at the appearance of the old boy's coat, which is lustrous and less dandruffy. Although he still likes to stomp about and yell at people, I'm also confident that his attitude has improved. Do it if you're thinking about giving this stuff a try. My pitbull puppy was so itchy and dry! He was developing bald spots, ulcers, and a ton of dandruff; he almost appeared to have mange! Baths in oatmeal weren't working either.I took him to the doctor, who ruled that out and speculated that he might be allergic to fleas. He didn't, however, appear to be covered in fleas. I have to say, I'm really glad I did! His wounds healed, his fur returned, and he now has very little to no dandruff. This is incredible stuff! This product is excellent. I regularly gave my two dogs—a border collie and a small Australian shepherd—fish oil. I came across this while searching Amazon and it was offered at an amazing price, so I decided to give it a try because of the price and because I liked the notion of a tablet rather than fish oil caplets, which occasionally have a fishy smell and/or carry it. I can honestly state that there are a number of reasons why I'm delighted I came across this. The product is first-rate. My dogs' coats look gorgeous, and the cost is reasonable. Since they had no prior "symptoms" of joint difficulties, I also believe that the formula is advantageous to their joints and other body parts, but I am unable to provide any specifics. Since purchasing this, I've had two foster dogs in addition to my two own dogs, and all three of them have appreciated the taste and will accept it as a treat if given that way (although I typically just add it to their food). There is also no mess or foul odor, as claimed. But the outstanding customer service definitely jumps out. The co-founder sent me a thank-you email after I purchased the tabs. A month later, I got another letter asking how my dogs were doing, whether they were benefiting from the product, etc. Not a chain letter, but a genuine email sent by a real person When I replied, he almost immediately responded, which made me glad to see such attention, and he even sent along a generous voucher for a future purchase. Licking and scratching are common behaviors in dogs with thick coats. Jonah eventually developed a rash. At the time, he was nine. But I would have used this product much sooner if I had known about it and its advantages. With the understanding that it would be a supplement to medications if things worsened, my veterinarian suggested this. I never had to give him medicines because of this and a particular shampoo. For it to be successful, the veterinarian advised taking a double dose for size. Because the caps would be difficult for a little dog to swallow, I use a pin to push two caps onto his food each day. He's 20#'s. Since he is not a chow hound, I apply it at dinnertime and always combine about a teaspoon of soft food with his dry food. He doesn't get twice as good at night if he skips breakfast in the morning, but he always eats his supper. Despite the fact that it contains so many minerals, it actually causes their coat to grow more quickly. Excellent no. However, starting from inside is a wise decision. On your fingertips, it does smell like fish, but you can wash it off.
