Gibson Home Casa Stella Dinnerware Set, Red, 16-piece Review:

This set was purchased since it was the only (mainly well-reviewed) option that offered Prime convenience and the look I was looking for.Several advantages: -Dishes delivered on schedule and undamaged -Balanced set with a decent selection of things-Everything is the right size; nothing is too big or little -Beautiful colors create a cozy atmosphereCons include: -If microwaved, it will burn the living daylights out of your hands (at least liquid in the mugs)-Differences in color amongst plates, bowls, and mugs -Red/orange hue and accent dots around edges that are somewhat faded in comparison to the photoThere you have it, then! I'll probably continue utilizing this package, and generally, I'm pleased with the value I received. This set will probably work for you if you like this look but are on a tight budget!

Corelle 18-Piece Service for 6, Chip Resistant, Black and White Dinnerware Set Review:

I adore these foods so much! I recalled them from when I was younger, and now that I'm 66, I wanted something that was exactly like what I remembered, but without the embellishments. The sizes are ideal, the basic white ones look classy but straightforward, and I adore how the glass is both light and sturdy. It's a truly amazing product, however I wish there were cups or mugs made of the same material since I don't want to buy the ones they include with this set since they are NOT made of the same material. I'll be the first to buy them if they ever figure it out and start making them! The bowls are ideal for cereal and ice cream, and I notice that because of their smaller size, I don't eat as much. Along with this, I also purchased split dishes, and I use them a lot! They work well for dips and snacks. The "pie plates," which I recently ordered, will be used for enormous salads because they are shallow enough to contain my ridiculously large salads. Overall, I think these are the greatest plates I've ever used. They go with everything, and I recently purchased some stylish hammered/textured flatware to match them. Following: DINNER PARTY!

AmazonBasics 16-Piece Kitchen Dinnerware Set, Plates, Bowls, Mugs, Service for 4, White Review:

I got these yesterday in the mail. Today, I looked at them after opening them. Indeed, the plates and cups are distorted. They don't fit together flush and are uneven.I suppose this is a fine set to start with. I had higher hopes for Amazon. If I can, I try to buy Amazon brands. They typically have decent products that, in terms of price, are competitive.I posted pictures online for anyone to see.Edit: After giving this review some attention, I decided to make some changes. Since receiving the dish set, I've used it numerous times. These perform perfectly. My capacity to use them is not hampered by their flaws. The plates function even if they cannot fit flush on top of one another. I don't care if my dishes are flawless because I'm only 25. I earn $45,000 a year, and a fifth of whiskey costs about $11. For me, these plates are ideal. I'm not having my managers over for dinner, and I'm not inviting my girlfriend's parents over to check out my dinnerware. These received a one star boost from me. College students and recent graduates would love this set. Even those of you who are first-time roommates with your better half will find it ideal. They look beautiful, are inexpensive, and you won't be too offended if he/she takes them if the relationship doesn't work out. The same is true of housemates. If Amazon presented this set as being created for folks in their 20s, I believe they could perform much better on them.

AmazonBasics 18-Piece Square Kitchen Dinnerware Set, Dishes, Bowls, Service for 6, Modern Beams Review:

Compared to Corelle, ceramic is tough, substantial, and weighty. exquisite tableware. Beautiful and understated design. I liked that they were just plates because I got them because my old tableware was missing a few plates and I didn't need cups, so I choose this style to go with the old tableware's cups. The dishes' sizes, in my opinion, are good; they are not ostentatious and are ideal for a balanced lunch. friendly to families.

AmazonBasics 18-Piece White Kitchen Dinnerware Set, Dishes, Bowls, Service for 6 Review:

For Christmas this year, I put these dishes on my wish list, and my mother used my credit card to purchase them. When I opened the boxes last night, I was blown away by how well-made these meals were. I read a lot of the critical reviews today, but it's crucial to keep in mind that they were published more than a year ago. I found no fault with my set at all, so Amazon must have been aware of the problems and worked to fix them. The dishes are not at all delicate or flimsy. They have a lovely weight to them, and they are suitable for the microwave and dishwasher (super important to me since I am not a good cook and mostly use the microwave). They are absolutely a set I would repurchase, and I would also suggest them to others searching for reliable everyday utensils.

Gibson Elite Althea 16 Piece Dinnerware Set, Red Review:

purchased three sets of 16 to have enough for 12 people. have been use for a few weeks. These stoneware items are well-made, durable, and dishwasher safe. The color gradients look amazing. Because of the thoughtful packaging, everything arrived in excellent shape. I washed them and put our old plates in the cabinet before presenting this set to my wife. She fell in love with them the moment she opened the cabinet. Although I'm overjoyed that I got the lightning deal, I must admit that they are worth it even at full price. The dinner and dessert plates fit into the cupboard flawlessly despite having far larger surfaces than their round counterparts. The high capacity bowls and mugs are already being used more frequently than our earlier shallow ones. They are pretty deep. Bowls stack up neatly. The handles on the mugs make it a little challenging to stack them, but I've found that if you flip the handles, two cups stack just fine. If only I could locate coordinating serving platters and bowls!

AmazonBasics 16-Piece Cafe Stripe Kitchen Dinnerware Set, Plates, Bowls, Mugs, Service for 4, Black Review:

Since I got them at a garage sale, I only had five of a set of heavy-duty, round, blue stoneware dishes. I also had a few green square plates in the Japanese design. They were worn out after three years of use and wear, and I was sick of not having a whole set. I needed two sets of the Rachel-Ray sets I adored, but I didn't have the money for them (8 settings total).I then made a mess of the AmazonBasics sets. I could chose from a wide range of colors, and they were also reasonably priced! The cost of two sets (for a total of eight place settings) is equal to that of one Rachel Ray daily set. I determined these were the best ones for my expanding family after reading the reviews. And I reasoned, "Hey, at least Amazon Prime returns are pretty straightforward if they don't work out."These dishes will ***NOT*** be returned by me. I had anticipated tableware that was thin, but NO, these are solid. The color match between the internet image and the actual product is quite good. Even though they are smaller than the ones I had previously, the bowls will be great for regulating soup and cereal quantities. I adore how big the salad platter is. They just *feel* correct in my palm at just one width of a woman's hand. They come in a respectable size. These won't be for you if you like a big cup of coffee in the morning. But chances are, you already have a favorite mug. However, these are the ideal size for entertaining or the sporadic tea/hot chocolate lover. Another benefit is that the handles are the kind you can rest your thumb on easily. This mother is overjoyed with her new dinnerware. I gave these five stars because I am RIDICULOUSLY eager to smear my meal all over them.

Gibson Home Zen Buffetware 12 Piece Dinnerware Set, White Review:

The extra parts (the salt/pepper shakers and sugar dish) and the item's appearance led me to initially order it. I tried to cancel the order after reading the unfavorable reviews, but it was too late (because of how quickly Amazon processed the order). When the item was arrived, I expected to reject it, but my postman instantly agreed. I resisted opening the box for a few days since it was too enormous and heavy to take back to the post office, and I felt it would cost a fortune to do so.Unwrapping each item with trepidation, I searched for cracks or defects but couldn't find any. I placed all the pieces away in the cabinets after washing them. Since they are off white, who cares, as other reviews have noted. They appear white if nothing else is white to contrast them with. After a few days, I began to really like them and get really attached to them, especially the bowls. Yes, the dinner plates are a little smaller than the typical size, but I don't mind. I especially appreciate how the supper and lunch plates are flat in the middle and gradually curve upwards, making it difficult for liquids to spill on them. The dishes aren't particularly light, but I've become accustomed to them. I adore the bowls; I've seen similar serving bowls in eateries. It's simple to suck from the bowls (when no one is around). Although the dish is less than anticipated, who cares? Food can still be served in it.The mugs have the same capacity as my other regular cups. I'm overjoyed that I retained them. Every day, I like them more and more.

Corelle 6-Piece Chip Resistant Dinnerware Set, 18, Portofino Review:

My all-time favorite Corelle pattern is this one. We use luncheon-sized plates for our meals, so I started out by buying a set of six of those. The pattern, the blue hues, and the rustic, old-world appearance and feel completely captured my heart. These look amazing in my Italian kitchen, which is blue. These were created for my family because we are from the Tuscan shore.I then purchased two dinner sets, as well as two additional sets of six luncheon plates. In roughly 1.5 months, the luncheon plates showed up. After the last two sets of luncheon plates arrived, the whole set took roughly 2 months to arrive. I'm still waiting for the second complete set to arrive in a few more weeks.I will never want to purchase another set of dishes after this one. I adore Corelle in general and this design in particular.I bought my dishes for the full price. If you have any queries, please contact me.* Oh bad, when my most recent set of complete tableware arrived, I saw that one little dish had been cracked in half and had some shards on it.* Returned the damaged set; was given a replacement set but just five bowls. Waiting to see if they would send out a fresh set after being returned.*I have contacted Corning using the URL provided to other questioners, but I have not received a response regarding the broken plate in weeks. I'll simply keep returning the entire dining set until one shows up undamaged and with all the parts present. It seems like sending out a replacement dish for the broken one would have been simpler.
