These ink pads are a bargain but when you add in all the great stamps, it's a steal of a deal! The stamps DID take a good bit of effort to release from their plastic backers. (Soaked in hot soapy water and then pulled FIRMLY but slowly.) The one stamp was misspelled, tomerrow instead of tomorrow, but I'm not fussing, I'm tickled with all the other goodies! The inks are vibrant and have a good ink content/moisture load. not too soupy and not dried out. I am still searching for a good gold and good silver ink pad, sadly these did not meet my need for metallics. BUT, still worth buying and like I said, a GREAT DEAL!
Adding some photos, because of a question about bleed through. There was ZERO bleed through on my cheap sketch paper pad where I swatch out all my art media colors. No bleed through on cheap printer paper and none on my planner pages. There is ghosting visible on the printer and sketch papers but none on my light card stock planner pages. These won't transfer to pages beneath, but if you're using for bible weight paper, defintiley use a ground (clear gesso) first.

I love these blocks, especially the smaller one which is what I use often. I have a lot of stamps and though I don't use the larger block as often, it's good to have it on hand in case I do use larger/longer stamps. I also love that these have grids on them which help me a lot with straightening the stamps when I press them on my journal. I recommend this product for anyone who uses clear stamps!

I love these blocks! Great price (at $5) and they are very sturdy and have a great weight to them. I did ask my husband to use his sanding tool to round the corners a bit because they were pretty sharp, but that was an easy fix. They are about 1/2" thick and I love that because my fingers have something to hold on to that way and the blocks don't bend when I am stamping stuff.

I bought these to use for dungeons and dragons and it's working wonderfully so far. I just draw on the smooth side and being able to see the "battlemat" grid through these is great. Been using wet erase and haven't had any issues with ghosting or anything like that yet, but currently have a wagon drawn on one and am leaving it on there to see if there is any staining. At this price though I really wouldn't mind buying another set if they get stained/cloudy.

The stamps are great for the value so I bought the stamps again. The first time I received them the corners were more pointy the second time they were rounded. I prefer the rounded edge since I let my daughter use them. Overall I hope rounded edges are their new style because these are really good and cute blocks.

I bought this stamp set for use in cardmaking primarily. The card shown is a standard A2 size card. These stamps are extremely hard to get off the carrier sheet. They didn't tear, remarkably. The images stamp nicely and produce a crisp image. They don't want to cling as well as they should after working so hard to get them off the carrier sheet. But, all in all for the price, you can't beat it.
