For the price, this glue gun is excellent! The glue sticks don't run out as quickly as they have with other glue guns we've used in the past because there are so many of them. We have owned it for nearly a year and use it frequently, however the glue sticks are still half-used. Additionally, it heats up incredibly quickly—typically in about a minute. The glue emerges pretty quickly once it heats up, but you can still manage how much you get, which is convenient. We particularly appreciate the on/off switch because it makes it simple to regulate the heat. I can't believe it took me so long to obtain a hot glue gun because this is my first time using one! I really got this in order to use the automobile dent puller I had previously ordered, which was missing one. This becomes hot quite quickly. It was thinner and lighter than I had anticipated, in my opinion. (You can see a few views in my images.) Even though I have quite small hands, I still feel as though my hand can hold everything. The glue gun has a tiny metal stand that helps hold it upright and prevents the metal nozzle from lying on surfaces, however it only raises the glue gun by about 1/4" from the surface. The "kickstand" is also quite sensitive to movement and will easily topple over if your table or surface isn't completely stable and still because it is only about as thick as a paperclip. Since I use silicone hot glue gun mats to shield my surfaces, I personally don't mind. so that while I'm working swiftly, I can put down my glue guns.For comparison, I've also attached a picture of one of my other glue guns. When I let a buddy use my more robust blue one on the right side of the photo, I took my smaller $3 pink one off the craft store cashier's counter.The fact that package includes 25 glue sticks is fantastic. Without reading any directions, I was able to use this glue gun despite never having used one before. It is extremely simple to use. However, in my opinion, you nearly always need to use two glue sticks at once because one stick is not long enough once it is inserted into the glue gun device. However, it's quite simple to use and flawless! I believe it is a waste of money to pay extra for a glue gun. I just need to find more things to glue since the gun feels like it will last for a very long time!

I adore using this tiny gun for small tasks. It works fantastically for my paper roses, and I can't even tell where the adhesive is peeking through. When working with smaller laces, this gun's tip allows you to apply a very little hot glue bead, which is fantastic. I have two Surebonder glue guns because the tip cannot be changed. The larger Surebonder PRO2-100 and this one. Each one has a spot in my craft space. This gun is so light that it does have a tendency to fall over. I would advise getting a glue gun holder for it.If you do not use Surebonder glue sticks, this glue gun will leak. I have no idea why. They are not all the same, despite what you would think. I initially used ad tech because that's what I had on hand for the mini glue sticks. They had zero effect. However, as soon as I inserted a surebonder glue stick and gave it time to reach the tip and set in, all leaking stopped.

I got this to replace my old gun since it was becoming to be a hot, stringy mess anytime I used it. That is awesome!In accordance with the task I'm working on and how much time I need before the glue cools down, I also enjoy that I can vary the temperature with the high/low preset. The best solution I've found for maintaining charts and posters on painted brick walls in my classroom is this! At the end of the year, I used Gorilla glue sticks with it, and they came off easily without removing the paint. Because it is portable, this glue gun is simple to use anyplace. I can use it up up the ladder without having to worry about tripping over a cord, hang things in the corridor without using an extension cable, and carry it to another room to assist another teacher without having to carry a cord. I LOVE the drip plate! I unintentionally left this on for the entire weekend, and when I checked on it again, the plate had glue drips on it.
