For two years, I battled toenail fungus before someone suggested that I try applying mentholatum at night. (I used a variety of pricey products that, when applied to your toenails for a month, were supposed to eliminate toenail fungus. Things only slightly slowed it down; it didn't work.) My toenails grew bigger, darker, and more crumbly. Twice, my big toe's nail came off. I saw a difference after applying mentholatum (I covered it with gauze or socks), and after a month, the color completely returned to normal. Since I was a child, I've been a devoted user of Vick's Vapo Rub. You must be careful to keep it out of your eyes because it is a topical analgesic in addition to being a nasal decongestant. However, it might provide you with some short-term relief from neck or head pain. I'm pleased that Amazon has prices that are on par with or lower than what I can get from neighborhood shops. I purchase a new jar as soon as I open one. I would never want to be without this product. I wouldn't use it if I was traveling because it's so powerful. Vick's is the greatest brand when compared to other or generic alternatives.

I've used Vick's Vapo Rub for a very long time. Let me start by mentioning that I only use Vick's varieties. I've tried generics and various other brands. But Vick's is where I always end up. I was therefore intrigued by this formula containing "lavender." I've tried different products with lavender and eucalyptus in them since I enjoy their scents and find that they work well for headaches. To sum up, I liked this product and would probably buy it again, but I'll also make sure to always keep a jar of the original formula on hand as well.

My entire life, I've only ever used Vicks. I only used Vicks on my daughter, who is also 60 years old and I only have one. We have also used a lot of it because she has had pneumonia 13 times in her 35 years, all of which occurred before the age of 13. One day, for whatever reason I cannot recall, I was reading the contents when I saw that it contains Turpentine oil. I literally tossed away all of my Vicks the same day and ordered this since I don't want that on my skin. I wasn't sure it would be enough when I got it because I couldn't really smell anything, but I was quite mistaken. Without all of that stench, it provides the same effect as Vicks. Your nasal and bronchial airways are extremely well opened up, and you may quickly resume normal breathing. While I really enjoy the scent of Vicks, I absolutely ADORE this one. It must be the lavender because it is not overpowering but still lovely and calming. It helps that one of my favorite scents is lavender. It smells delicately, not strongly. I find it works best when I add a little under my nose!

To avoid getting this greasy goo on your hands, use a nice applicator! However, the product doesn't seem to be as robust as its leading rival. But I'm still satisfied with my buy. To get the best coverage while using this kind of applicator, always apply in a single direction. (Just an advice)

Although I actually bought it for myself (or rather, my kid), I do believe it would make a wonderful gift. I had no idea what I was doing as a new mom. Actually, I still am, but not to the same extent as those first few weeks or months. While we dealt with my daughter's first round of the "daycare sniffles," I appreciated knowing that I was giving her something natural rather than dousing her in chemicals. I really tasted the cough medicine, and—don't worry—it doesn't taste like honey at all. She ultimately wore the majority of it because, in my opinion, she had trouble swallowing the thick consistency—she was only used to breastmilk—but what she did manage to consume appeared to cover her throat and reduce some discomfort.Overall, I would strongly suggest. These have been on my search list for years! I always bring one with me when I travel because my mum gave it to me a while back. I can now have one in my office, along with my purse and travel bag. Just in case I get sick or things get nasty (I occasionally work odd jobs where things get incredibly unpleasant). Not having to carry around the bulky vicks container is pretty wonderful. This size is appropriate. I wish I didn't have to buy five of these, but even while it's good to have a few more on hand for when I use them, I'm not disappointed that I do. Overall, once I've read through all 5, which will take some time, I'll definitely buy again.
There are a few things you can do to calm a chesty cough at night. First, try drinking a warm cup of tea or honey before bed. You can also prop yourself up on pillows to help ease congestion. If your cough is keeping you up, try taking a steamy shower or using a humidifier in your room. Lastly, avoid smoking and staying up late as this can make your cough worse.
To make a homemade chest rub, you will need: 1/2 cup of coconut oil 1/2 cup of beeswax 1/2 teaspoon of vitamin E oil 10 drops of eucalyptus essential oil 10 drops of peppermint essential oil 10 drops of rosemary essential oil 10 drops of tea tree essential oil To make the chest rub, simply melt the coconut oil and beeswax together in a double boiler. Once melted, remove from heat and stir in the vitamin E oil and essential oils
