To effortlessly modify either one, simply use the up/down buttons. When the temperature is attained, the oven displays it. Simply put, you can't use it for anything else. The first night, we used it to make nachos on our Correlle plates. The cheese, beans, and garnishes only needed to be warmed up for 5 minutes each at 350 degrees.Overall, I would absolutely buy this again. It does the function we wanted it to perform perfectly, and my mother adores it.

There was a small learning curve for me because I have never owned an air fryer or a toaster oven. To put it briefly, I really like this equipment. Even though it can't handle everything, I adore the fact that it uses less time than a conventional freestanding oven and is healthier than a microwave. In this case, browned food is preferable to bland microwave cooking.I've had my eye on a Wolf convection toaster oven for a while, but spending up to $650 on something I'm not sure will be everything I want it to be is not really what I want to do. Additionally, I wanted to test out an air fryer. As far as I'm aware, Wolf doesn't have this choice.My folks bought a countertop convection oven/roaster in Asia 30 years ago; it's one of those big round ones with the motor on top. I base my expectations on that machine because, yes, it's still operating effectively. I can confirm that this Cheman meets standards for convection baking.Here is what I have discovered so far in my experiments:- 2 lb. of air-fried chicken drumettes that were thoroughly cooked, golden on the exterior and moist on the inside after 20 minutes at 400°F.- Convection baked corn dogs three times (from frozen): 350°F for 10 minutes (package suggests 18 minutes), evenly heated and perfectly cooked inside. Initially, I attempted to cook these in the air, but they broke and the wooden skewers almost burned.- A full size Cinnabon bun can be reheated using convection baking at 300°F for 5 minutes on a toasting rack with parchment paper, adding a little water in the lower baking pan to prevent drying out. Oh, mom! Ooey, gooey, delicious- Seasoned almonds air-fried for 20 minutes at 400°F; this is way too long. I tried to strike a balance between recipes for smaller, circular air fryers that called for 10 minutes and the Crunchy Spiced Chickpeas recipe in the accompanying book that calls for 35 minutes. Not good. The nuts' interiors were overdone and their skins were burned. I'll give it another go in 10 minutes, which should be ideal.Ironically, toast with two pieces was the most difficult. This was the first thing I did, and I thought I would want to protect the elements from any food falling, so I had the crumb tray put over the bottom element and slid inside the bottom shelf guides. The bottom didn't brown; only the top did. I corrected my ignorance and shifted the crumb tray out of the way. Then I neglected to set the temperature dial to "Toast/Broil" in its entirety. only sad, lifeless white bread. On the third try, I managed to get the crumb tray underneath the element, toast/broil selected on the temperature dial, toast selected on the mode dial, and toast selected on the toast timer dial. Lovely! least to gaze upon. The bottom had the coveted "grill" marks, and the top had a gorgeous browning. But it was quite stiff, almost like rusks for teething. My go-to KitchenAid toaster took almost three times as long. I believe that because the bread is not directly over the heat sources and because of the size of the oven, it takes longer and ends up drying the toast out needlessly. I particularly enjoy my toast with a quick sear-like crisp exterior and tender interior. No tender toast is provided with this oven.We have therefore sent our microwave to my husband's workplace so that he can replace his old one. I've been looking for something to take its place in our home kitchen, and this Chefman Air Fryer Toaster Oven is great! However, I find it difficult to give up my toaster. The opinion of this oven's toasting capabilities is shared by my husband as well. Even while we discover that even the little things, like tender toast, can be a gourmet affair, I believe that at this moment we are not compromising here. It only illuminates while you're cooking; it has a wire holder or handle that you can use to remove hot plates without getting burned; There is usable room and a relatively compact footprint. According to the description, the interior measures 15.5" x 12.2". This is untrue. My Pampered Chef medium bar pan, which is an older model with handles, would not fit within. However, it perfectly fits my metal round and square cake pans, so they will serve two purposes. Actual sizes? Here it is:You won't be able to fit a 12-inch pizza in this as stated without it pressing up against the door because the interior is just 12.5" wide by 11" deep and 7.75" tall (useable horizontal measurements). Aim for a square, rectangle, or tiny round stone or tray with no protruding handles. It is a little tight for 6 slices of rectangle toast, but it will fit 6 slices of square toast with ease. The included baking tray, whose dimensions are shown in the images, maximizes the cooking area.Exterior dimensions are 15.75" wide by 13.25" deep by 14" tall (I appreciate that the dials are located on top rather than the sides as it saves a lot of room in comparison to other models.)I found this one to be quite a beast when it comes to baking and air frying, even if it is only rated for 1500 watts of electricity, which is less than some of the higher end ones. Overall, I truly appreciate having this in my kitchen and no longer needing my microwave because I love the convection feature the most!

This fantastic countertop micro oven is excellent. Although it runs a touch hot, it's fine once you get used to the temperature settings. The top knob is used to control the oven's temperature, the center knob is used to set the convection oven's timing, and the bottom knob is used to set the toaster's timer. Turn the top knob all the way to the left until it clicks to toast something, and then use the bottom knob to set the timer. Usually 10 minutes is sufficient, but monitor it carefully to prevent burning until you get used to how hot it runs. Turn the top knob to the required temperature to utilize the convection oven option. Then, turn the second knob to set the timer. Don't walk away from the broiler setting because it's also very hot; if you set the timer, it might burn. Because I don't have a lot of counter space in my kitchen, I keep mine in the corner beneath my cabinets. I think this BLACK AND DECKER 8 slice extra wide toaster oven is a fantastic product, and I adore it.

So far, so good. Purchased to replace an outdated toaster oven from a different manufacturer. Though I still wanted the option to cook a small pizza inside, I wanted something a little smaller than what I had. The rounded extension on the back of this particular model makes room for a 12-inch pizza. Their small roll-top model, which I use in my camper, was really well made and has held up well to use in a jolting camper. Consequently, I decided to choose a Hamilton Beach for the house as well. Fish was cooked the first night. appeared to function perfectly. Perhaps not quite as hot as my previous one. Cooking was still excellent.items I enjoy.– looks good. It looks excellent with stainless steel and the red paint color. Sitting on the counter, it looks lovely.It appears to be well constructed. I also enjoy the stainless flat. A nice spot to keep things warm, it seems.She looks to be a good cook. Generally even cooking- The timing function is nice.Having mechanical knobs is nice to me. The electronic buttons on my old toaster oven were worn out.- although my cabinets have a metal heat barrier, it becomes pretty hot to the touch. 3 inches are above the shield. Shield warms up. However, it isn't unbearably hot. The wood above keeps its coolness. But take care.- $40 was a fairly affordable price. For a respectable toaster oven, not bad. The item it is replacing cost between $60 and $70. Therefore, the $40 pricing was fairly fair.alterations that could be made.shelf appears to be somewhat flexible. With heavier objects, it sags a little. Another horizontal support that crosses the middle rightward has to be welded in.- Shelves have a few loose slots. Therefore, the shelf can only be pulled out about 3 inches until it is tilted down sufficiently due to the huge slots that it simply falls out.- The rope is a few inches short of 3 feet in length. Therefore, it must be somewhat close to a socket.- they demand that you turn it off while not in use. My plug connects to a switched outlet, therefore no issue. But if you have to unplug it and replug it in, what a hassle. But this is most likely a fire code issue.- I don't like the knob indications too much. It's difficult to know what temperature it's set for or which setting you're using. They require a sharper line on each knob.- I wish they had the tiny brackets like my other Hamilton Beach toaster oven does under the shelf to hold the baking sheet. Keeping it under the shelf is such a good idea. But that's not present in this one. It's just a standard Bake/Broil pan, and because the back is curled out, it will fit a 12-inch round pizza. However, a pizza stone that is 12 inches square will not fit. The rear is not square; it is rounded.Overall, I absolutely enjoy it.

When not needed, you can put it away quickly.-Heating. It will undoubtedly heat up quickly, much like a toaster oven. I enjoy turning it on and placing a sandwich in the middle. It's way too long to have 4 minutes as the default. Cheese will melt and bread will toast at a maximum distance of 2 from entirely off.CON:s-Awkward. It's frequently an odd fumbling to take food out because it's so little and light. To slide out my sandwich rather than holding the (hot) tray, plate, and sandwich while negotiating the hot door/sides, some form of "tray lock" would be wonderful. Ah, too little. Now that I stop to consider it. Kind of too little. The door's partial opening would be the primary problem. Similar to an 85° opening, A flat 90° angle would be preferable. However, it's risky that I almost burned myself when removing something off the glass door. (-1 Star due to all of my culinary blunders)-Warm areas. Using the pizza settings, I made a pizza. It had more cooking on one side than the other (aka. the back was more burnt than the front). They are fairly simple to operate. As you can see, the settings are manual rather than digital, which I really enjoy. Less prone to experience issues with it. The temperature is between 150 and 450 degrees. There are three function options marked by icons: bake, broil, and toast. By setting the knob to the Stay On position, you can use the timer without a timer for up to 30 minutes. I made toast to dedicate the toaster/oven! I set the timer to Darker and the Function knob to the Toast icon while increasing the temperature to its maximum level. Although I was testing it, it took longer than a typical toaster and I will have to modify. Additionally, I used it to bake biscuits, which turned out fantastically and saved all the electricity I would have used to pre-heat and bake in my range. The instruction manual also includes a temperature guide for various food types. I couldn't be happier with this buy. The Mueller oven is multifunctional, stylish, and incredibly simple to use.
