10" Selfie Ring Light with Tripod Stand & Cell Phone Holder for Live Stream/Makeup, Dimmable Led Camera Beuty Ringlight for YouTube Video/Photography Compatible for iPhone and Android Phone (UPGRADED) Review:

Although this item has various uses and purposes, my main motivation for buying it was to utilize it as a makeup light. I have pain in my SI joint from a previous accident, making it challenging for me to stand for extended periods of time. I can sit on the side of my bed without having to rush to put on makeup so I won't hurt myself with this light. Additionally, the fact that it can be adjusted to three various height levels gives me the flexibility to utilize it elsewhere besides only at the edge of my bed. I also chose this item above others since I can change the illumination. I'm glad that I DON'T have this issue with this light because a lot of makeup lights have this strange and rather artificial LED hue that can completely throw off colors, shading, and appropriate blending.

8" Ring Light with Tripod Stand - Dimmable Selfie Ring Light LED Camera Ringlight with Tripod and Phone Holder for Live Stream/Makeup/YouTube Video, Compatible for iPhone Android, Remote(Upgraded) Review:

Do you know a particular someone in your life who enjoys taking selfies but doesn't want them to be shared publicly? The 8" Selfie Ring Light with Tripod Stand from VIEWOW is fantastic! It gives off the impression that you're taking part in a small-scale picture shoot. You simply cannot match the pricing at less than $30.She didn't want her photos posted online, so Love Bug Bear and Santa Claus are standing in for her. The selfies are being taken on her Samsung Galaxy S8 phone. As you can see from photo #6, the big button is for iOS phones, while the small button is for Android phones. If you have an Android phone, you're not being taken advantage of because both the large and small buttons function on these devices. The VIEWOW 8" Selfie Ring Light is fully extended to 4 feet 6 inches as seen in picture #7.The tripod base is shown in images #8 and #9 at various levels of stability that can be achieved. The tripod's widest and steadiest base is shown in image #8. I used a $5 bill as a size reference. When the Selfie Ring Light is fully extended, the base is ideal because it is so wide. It can be seen in image #9 that the base is thinner and easier to place on your beauty counter. As can be seen from photos #10, #13, and #17, they were all taken using the Selfie Ring Light's "Cool Light" option. The "Warm Light" setting was used to take photos #11, #14, and #18, respectively. And from Photo #12, Photo #15, and Photo #19, they were all captured in "Natural Light."Pictures #16 through #21 were an obvious addition. These behind-the-scenes shoots were enjoyable.PROS: Excellent value for money• Selfie remote control with battery; three different light modes, each with ten brightness levelsIt is simple to operate, requires no apps, and simply connects via Bluetooth on your phone. It fully extends to 4'6".Excellent setup, almost gives you the impression of being a professional. It articulates extremely well to grip your phone and provides the ideal lighting angle.CONS: Wish it came with a lapel microphone to provide that extra professional video producing. Setting up the tripod might be tricky due to the expanding/shorting of the poles.VIEWOW 8" Selfie Ring Light with Tripod Stand is a great buy all around. And using it is a lot of fun!

Emart Full Spectrum Light Bulb, 2 x 105W 5500K CFL Daylight for Photography Photo Video Studio Lighting Review:

In Seattle, I use them to grow tropical plants indoors (literally, under my stairs in my apartment). I use the simple IKEA hanging sockets for fixtures because I haven't been able to find a shade that will fit them. I've so far grown lush, content plants with bigger leaves than ever; the only issue is that they keep turning as they grow toward the light. I'm reviewing because I want to come back and buy two more sets.

Neewer 2 Packs Dimmable Bi-Color 480 LED Video Light and Stand Lighting Kit Includes: 3200-5600K CRI 96+ LED Panel with U Bracket, 75 inches Light Stand for YouTube Studio Photography, Video Shooting Review:

Excellent lights for the money. These have worked flawlessly every time I've taken them apart and set them up at various locations.Positives -Easy to set up and take downMobile photography is made easier by the device's battery-powered capabilities. It is also completely silent and very cool. It packs up well and is portable.Cons: The tabs that the filters are contained in may use some improvement. They should use a 90 degree style connector to reduce tension. They are very simple to unintentionally shove in. The power wires are far too short. When completely extended, they don't touch the ground. -The power wire brick doesn't fit snugly inside the casing.

Godox SL-60W 60W CRI95+ Qa>90 5600±300K Bowens Mount Led Continuous Video Light with BD-04 Barn Door,Wirelessly Adjust Brightness, 433MHz Grouping System, for Video Recording,Wedding,Outdoor Shooting Review:

Before I purchased this, I had no knowledge of the bowens mount mechanism and had assumed it was only for small flash units. If you want a light that is very portable, this one is actually quite huge in shape. Its total size is similar to an American football and has a diameter of around 5" (125mm). Despite being constructed of plastic, the body feels really sturdy and is expertly formed to resemble a genuine piece of photography equipment. The plastic body of the light is appropriate because it is an LED mounted on an aluminum heat sink and is not exposed to heat. Most likely, I'll purchase a tool bag to carry it in.It actually is as bright as advertised, and based on the fact that it is daylight balanced, it performs better than a 650W tungsten studio light (tungsten becomes very dim when using CTB to make it daylight balanced). It feels similar to looking at the sun when you face it directly. I used a kill-a-watt to measure power usage and found that it was closer to 75W than 60W, but part of it could be due to losses during power conversion. I'm happy because I believe it to be a little bit brighter than I anticipated for a 60W LED. I don't know how reliable it is over the long run, but I've had it on for a few hours with no issues.I received all the promised accessories in nice packing. It appears secure and like a good mount since the barn doors clip into the bowl reflector, lock into place, and must be released by pulling back a spring pin. The barn doors have a recess where the honeycomb is placed. The gels are held in place by magnets in a slit in the barn doors. You can use both the honeycomb and gel holders at once. I think I could attach some nice CTO (tungsten Color Temperature Orange) in one of the color gels to use with mixed practicals even if they seem to be largely worthless.

Emart Photography LED Continuous Light Lamp 5500K Portable Camera Photo Lighting for Table Top Studio - 2 Sets Review:

I'm switching from shooting outdoor vistas to inside tabletop photography. I came upon these while looking for some starter lights that were incredibly cheap.Very simple to install and use.Outstanding value for the money. The only thing I would change is that I wish they had provided some solid white or diffusing caps because I had to use men's hankies to tame the brightness. Some Dollar Tree led headlamps were used to achieve the beer bottle's backlighting.Would advise any aspiring tabletop photographer.Update: I've added two more pictures in which I used side lighting and a softbox as background.

Neewer 18-inch SMD LED Ring Light Dimmable Lighting Kit with 78.7-inch Light Stand, Filter and Hot Shoe Adapter for Camera Photo Studio LED Lighting Portrait YouTube Video Shooting (No Carrying Bag) Review:

Love this light so much. however, after lengthy use, might become rather warm. Cord must be used relatively close to an outlet due to its short length. The other coverings, which I haven't used, were quick and simple to assemble. It took a single lady ten minutes to assemble. Quick and simple user manual. Although not particularly thorough, the instructions are nonetheless simple to follow. I like the dimming choices. I can't wait to utilize this to improve my photos and on my YouTube channel. bendable foramy angles extremely well holds my Canon T6i. I haven't used the phone attachment, but it seems like a good substitute for those who do for photos and videos. Would repurchase.

Elgato Key Light/ Professional Studio LED Panel with 2800 Lumens, Color Adjustable, App-Enabled, for PC and Mac, Metal Desk Mount Review:

To direct the light in one direction, I used lights with daylight LED bulbs and some canvas. It was a hassle, but it worked. I searched the area for a better option and discovered the Elgato Key Light. The light appeared to be ideal for what I required—high-quality lighting for Twitch streaming. The majority will likely consider them to be pricey, but in my honest view, they are so because they are so nicely constructed. Metal in construction, they don't appear to heat up when in use so far. They are almost blindingly bright at maximum brightness, thus I really operate them at 3% and 6% brightness levels for streaming. The brightness in the image I'm including with this review is set to that level. They produce very even lighting that is diffuse and doesn't cast angular shadows. The color spectrum can be changed between 2900K and 7000K. Although I'm not sure of the minimum brightness requirement, 2,500 at 100% is an astounding amount of light. They do provide sturdy vertical desk mounts, which are also included. They lock down quickly and securely, and the top ball mount is made of metal. You can see in my photo that I have the two side lights turned 90 degrees each. They work seamlessly with the Elgato Stream Deck, which is fantastic because it allows me to quickly turn on all three lights and adjust the settings for streaming. When I press another button, they all stop working. I also made a folder with additional buttons to independently regulate the lights' on/off, brightness, color, etc.If you don't have a stream deck, you may quickly turn them on and off, as well as change the brightness and color, from the task bar in Windows. There will also be an iOS app for controlling them, however it is not yet available as of the writing of this review. I'll update this review to reflect its availability and make any necessary comments.Setup was simple. I did put them up using my iPhone as well; I simply connected to my 2.4 GHz network and then found a setting in the Wifi part of my phone to configure the Key Lights. When I turned on the key light and tapped "configure," the light was connected to the wifi.As long as they can be accessed through your network, you *do not* require wifi on your computer to use these. If your computer has WiFi, you can configure them from there, however I did use my iPhone and the process was rather straightforward. The setup in iOS could have used a bit more clarity in the documentation, but it was still easy enough for me to figure out.Although costly, I'm quite pleased with them. They are exactly what I needed to stream while equally lighting both my green screen and myself. It's astonishing how quickly I can adjust their hue and brightness to suit my needs.

Yesker 10.2" Selfie Ring Light Dimmable with Tripod Stand & Cell Phone Holder, Mini Led Camera Ringlight for Live Streaming/Makeup/YouTube Video/Photography, Remote Control Review:

We required a good light source for our video purposes, so I purchased this. The wrapping is excellent, and I'm delighted it arrived in good condition. There isn't any broken glass or anything because the object itself has ample padding. See image. It's a nice size because it's neither too big nor too little. I appreciate that the device powers the light with a USB cord. As I can power it with an outlet or an external battery, this offers improved portability. I successfully recorded one of my video sessions utilizing an external battery. For ideal shooting, the adjustable tripod stretches from 17.7 inches to 63 inches. The tripod stand itself doubles as a selfie stick and smartphone tripod, making it convenient to bring on trips. It offers you three different forms of light—Natural, Warm, and Cool—as well as four or five different brightness levels. I adore the alternatives this product offers. Each lighting option has an 11-level brightness range that may be adjusted to suit your needs in various situations. The ideal daytime lighting that may be dimmed eliminates all the unattractive shadows!Additionally, a cellphone arm holder for holding your camera is provided, which was incredibly helpful when I was filming my video because it eliminated the need for me to hold the camera and cast unneeded shadows. If you need another tripod to support your camera, they also included a cellphone holder. Very good addition. Overall, I endorse this item! As always, I'll keep using this and report back if anything changes in my experience.

MOUNTDOG 18" Ring Light Kit 55W Bluetooth LED Ringlight Lighting with Tripod Stand Dimmable 3200K/5500K YouTube Circle Lighting Ringlights for Makeup Video Photography Blogging Portrait Review:

One thing I discovered after placing this order is why I had not previously ordered LED lighting. Since I needed this for indoor photography and it was one of Amazon's best sellers, I chose it after researching at several LED lighting options for quite some time. I was torn between getting a battery-operated (quite pricey) or an AC-powered light. After using it for about a week, I can say that everybody who takes inside photos on any occasion needs this. With my Canon 5D, even at a high ISO, it was always difficult to acquire sharp shots and focus (High ISO=High Noise). People move a lot, thus I like to always use a faster shutter speed and an ISO setting of 100 or even L1. This equipment has made it possible for me to accomplish that. I did see some reviews that complained about the light not being steady; perhaps you need to tighten the connections more, but I'll say that I wouldn't move this light with the stand. I would take it apart and move it. Although I'm not sure if the light was upgraded, I've had few issues with mine.I was able to shoot images at 1/500 sec., f/4, and ISO 100 while fully illuminating a space of about 500 square feet when the brightness was at its maximum. Additionally, the item included a phone holder and several accessories (Tripod Head, Daylight diffusor, 3200k diffusor, a carrying case, and not to forget, a extendable stand which is essential). The included 15V adaptor is used to power the light. I don't know if I will use the 3200K diffusor in this as I use daylight a lot, but it is definitely a useful supplementary item to have in your backpack. I've also used the light in both ways, mounting the camera in the center of a rather large circle and also using it to light the room and remove the camera from the stand, and I can't really complain in either case. The fact that I have to disassemble the light every time I want to move it to a different location since it is so large is something I didn't like about the light. A folding stand, in my opinion, would significantly improve the model.Only time will tell how long this will endure, but based on the construction quality and the cost I paid, I anticipate a positive return on my investment. There is a 12-month warranty, so I can always contact them if something goes wrong in that time. Without a doubt, I'd suggest this item.
