Sometimes my usual soaking or cleaning solutions are insufficient for my gas permeable contact lenses. I've loved this stuff since I discovered it many years ago. There have been many pleasant and sad memories lately because so many members of our family have passed away. tears and my regular remedies are simply insufficient, so I end up with the tear-related residue on the lenses. That residue is protein, and this product, in my experience, works just well. All I have to do to see is use one of these vials, put two drops in each container, and clean as usual in the morning with my regular solution added to my contact lens case. Without this solution, it would be as uncomfortable as gazing through a fog. I heartily advise purchasing this item.

I had just begun using new contacts that I had bought when I regrettably had pinkeye within a week (they are monthly contacts, but I wear them for two months). Everyone advises to throw away contacts if you develop pinkeye, but because my contacts are expensive and because my pinkeye was only light, I chose to look for a disinfectant that was more potent than Biotrue.Even though it's a bit pricy for a single use, it properly cleaned my contacts (I let them soak in it overnight), allowing me to re-wear them without worry. Dispute settled!Although the instructions state that it is not essential, I had to rinse them off with Biotrue several times after removing them from the solution because they burnt when I first placed them in.But if you subject the contacts to an excessive amount of bacteria, this solution is ultimately worthwhile! These really do save your lenses. Twelve years after having Lasik, I hadn't worn contacts, and now I only need one. I had a lot of things regarding care that I had forgotten, but I couldn't find anything more than the most straightforward answers on websites devoted to Lynn's care. I went to Amazon to buy a cleaning/soaking solution and while browsing I stumbled upon this. When using this, a lens seems to be brand-new. I never put in the following month's lenses because for some reason I always save last month's. I completed both of the tablets since they are for two lenses. The next day, I unintentionally wore the old lens and it felt great. This suggests that if the lenses remain comfortable, I can wear them for more than a month.
