I ultimately had to get a second because I lost the first one. I recently purchased the identical one because I loved my first one so much. It is quite nicely crafted and has several pockets. I particularly enjoy the pen loop because I don't want to mistakenly give away my beautiful pen to customers.

A tiny bit shorter than the usual Amex books that my employer provides, but I was aware of this when I made the purchase because I had measured the Amex one. The size and sleekness appeal to me. There is a small area of peeling on the top edge, but I don't mind because I'm working less hours and am hoping that the damage won't be too severe. This is the first book I've bought for myself, so I can only really compare it to the Amex ones (which are bulkier due to the binding). This one could be folded back, which is something I frequently do with the Amex ones, but after repeatedly doing so, the cover may start peeling; when that happens, I wouldn't mind replacing it because the price is reasonable, and the main reason I bought my own was because I was tired of taking care of my little coin purse (which I also stuff with cash for later I was worried it wouldn't fit because writing pads at my business are wider (4 inches wide) than typical guest check writing pads, but happily it did.

I needed something for my sporadic serving. We all use personal banks, so I needed a better system than the guest check holders we were all using to keep track of my money. This was my favorite out of a few that I purchased from Amazon.PROS: I adore that the side edges are curled because it makes it SO much simpler to put your hands in and take them out of your pockets. I was quite happy to find these curved books because other books' straight edges simply catch when you try to put them back in your pocket. The magnetic cash pocket closure is genius. This allows it to expand to carry an absurd amount of cash, but it also ensures that even if you start the day with just a few bills, they stay in place and don't fall out. For preserving receipts and your order book, there are various compartments within. Full transparency I have not utilized this book with my order pad since I prefer to have my order book free so I can simply flip pages back and forth as I frequently have numerous pages happening at once. Though utilized that manner, I'm sure it's still fantastic, if a little bigger.CONS: I wish they would make a shorter version of this exact design with the magnetic currency pocket. The book is long, so whenever I have to bend over, it usually gets in the way uncomfortably and restricts your ability to move, which is exactly what I wanted to avoid because the guest check books were also long and inconvenient. The only other aspect of this book that I don't like is the coin purse, which is really stiff and difficult to reach into to get the change you need. The coin compartment on the second one I bought was far better, more adaptable, and simpler to use. I kind of have to open the zipper, flip the book over, and let coins fall out and hope I grab some of the proper ones instead of being able to reach in.

Overall, this publication fulfills its function as a server book for BASIC. It is stylish and well fits the server notepad. I've been using it everyday for the past several weeks and have not encountered any manufacturing concerns, so I give the product a rating of 4 stars; however, I do wish there was a little more space for receipts and a loop to hold a pen inside.

Great value for the money. Since they were less expensive than everyone else, I had assumed. the holders would be made in a subpar manner. Evidently, this is not the case. We've used several holders in the past, but they were much worse than this. We operate a busy restaurant. Consequently, our presenters are beaten.They offer excellent value for the money. Particularly for smaller companies that might not have the resources to purchase the check presenters, which cost between $8 and $10 per unit.In the future, we'll purchase more of these.

Cheap and of high quality! I went to Amazon in search of something quickly because I didn't want to spend a lot of money on something I assumed my job would cover. This package bargain satisfied my needs. The only thing is that I like to tie my apron in the front, therefore I wish the apron string was just an inch or two longer. I informed my coworkers that aside from that minor detail, I was impressed.
