This bike was fantastic from the beginning. It took around 40 minutes to put it together and unpack it. As it breaks in, adjustments have been simple. I reside in a hilly part of town. With 24 speeds, the Raleigh is not too heavy for a hybrid bike and allows for riding up and down slopes. Since it serves as my "daily vehicle," it goes almost wherever I need to go, including shopping and eating out. On clean pavement, it feels great and offers a smooth ride for city streets. After much consideration and investigation, I decided to focus my search on only two businesses: Schwinn and SixThreeZero. A bike that met my needs had to be one that I could comfortably ride (either upright or somewhat hunched over), have an aluminum frame, hybrid tires, front and seatpost shocks, a good to excellent flywheel, derailleur, and shifter, and not cost too much money. I talked to a few friends who had recently purchased SixThreeZero cycles, and their enthusiasm encouraged me to consider doing so myself.I'm overjoyed that I did. I bought the Navy Blue Body Ease 7-speed model. Because of the hilly but not particularly steep terrain where I reside, I purchased a 7-speed. This bike will primarily be used for quick rides to the nearby Loop Trail and into town. The following components have to be added: reflectors, the front wheel, the pedals, the handlebar and post, and the seatpost (the seat was already attached to the post). We put the bike together with a friend's assistance in approximately one hour. Then I had a bike mechanic adjust the brakes and shifter/rear derailleur. The procedure was painless, and we discovered that the bike only required minor adjustments during the fine tuning.The true test then began. I mounted the bike and started to move. This bike, whether I was shifting gears, braking, peddling, or coasting downhill, was remarkably quiet, in my opinion. I've been riding it for a few days, and the bike has performed well both on pavement and on gravel roads.So why only four stars?a few unimportant things. One, a chainguard was supposed to be included with the bike. My bicycle didn't. When I contacted customer service, I received one right away. Customer support gave Anne a thumbs up. The seat is the second item. difficult for me. I'll buy a new seat that has more "cush" in it.Overall, SixThreeZero has been a fantastic experience for me. It appears that this business is well-placed to create waves in the comfort/hybrid/cruiser bicycle market. This bike makes me very pleased, and I think it will be a good investment in the future. For 45 years, I have been a passionate cyclist. I am a skilled bike technician in addition to being an engineer. I've had bikes for $200 and $3,000. I've built, fixed, and adjusted 40 or 50 bikes as a father throughout the years. I am more adept at tire truing than any bike shop I have ever used.If you know what to look for once it arrives, this is the best offer on a high-quality comfort bike on Amazon right now, both in terms of price and (particularly) weight.My spouse adores it. The frame quality, the AMAZING adjustable quill stem, and the cable routing through the frame have all surpassed my expectations. The grips and seat—both of which bear the Diamondback logo—are just superb. The bike was delivered in EXCELLENT condition, with all painted surfaces well guarded. For a bike at this price, the bike is remarkably lightweight. The instructions are quite good (with one small oversight, below).Sadly...- The front derailleur was installed at an awkward position, roughly seven degrees away from the chainwheel. Shifting was noisy, and the adjustments were ineffective. Because you essentially need to start the alignment/adjustment process from scratch, this is not as simple a remedy as you may assume. Not simple if you don't have the tiny plastic alignment block that a new derailleur comes with. This is such a pain in the neck!- Two essential components were missing from one of the four brake pads, which had come loose during delivery, fallen off the bike, and been discovered at the bottom of the package. In order to put it together and make it work, I had to cannibalize another bike.- The 6mm spacer/washers were fitted on the inside (shoe-side) rather than the outside of each of the four brake pads, which is the improper location for this frame/fork.- The front wheel developed a 3mm "bump" and required re-truing after the first test ride and first inspection revealed that both wheels spun true. Any time you true a bicycle wheel, you must follow up by fully inflating the tire, applying weight to the wheel, and then performing a second inspection. Alternatively, use a specialized tool to assess the spoke tension. Before this bike shipped, neither of these tasks was completed.- The cable for the rear brakes is rather stiff. TOO rigid This cable features numerous snake-turns and is fairly lengthy. Unfortunately, Diamondback used a cheap cable in this location, making it far too difficult for the smaller female riders and smaller hands this bike is built for to use the rear brake. I can install a decent replacement cable in ten minutes for a few dollars.- The reach of the shift lever was designed for larger (men's) hands. Although most riders are unaware that this modification even exists, it is crucial for those with smaller hands. It ought to be covered in the assembly manual.Worse, I have never seen a bicycle with the front brake cabled to the right hand brake lever in all my years of riding. For safety and comfort, but especially for safety, the right-hand brake lever should ALWAYS be cabled to the REAR brake. Why? (A) The left hand cannot be utilized for braking because it is employed for signaling. (c) The front brake must never be applied on its own. (c) The majority of the braking effort should always be applied to the REAR, not the FRONT, because the right hand is normally stronger than the left (even for lefties). Riders EXPECT the right hand to use the rear brake, according to (d). As far back as I can recall, the industry has always adhered to the right-hand-rear norm. I didn't realize this until I nearly crashed the bike during my test ride; I had never even considered checking such a trivial issue.- The more I worked on the bike-building project, the more issues I discovered. The bearings on both wheels (axles) were overtightened. The hub's races were distorted due to the front's severe overtightening, and even after readjusting, the bearing still felt "rough" since the balls had left their imprints in the race. Although the front hub is still functional, I will need to keep an eye on it for the next year or so, and this component's lifespan is likely to be curtailed.I found so many poor assembly techniques while putting this bike together that I ended up having to double-check every screw, bolt, cable attachment, bearing, and assembly to make sure it would be safe for my wife to ride. It took me longer than four hours to complete what should have taken me 30 minutes, and I still need to re-true the front wheel.Hope you're reading this, Diamondback. For many years, Diamondback has been regarded as a reliable brand. My first Diamondback is this one. The bike itself is of extremely high quality, however I had high expectations for quality assurance and simple assembly. That I had to make so many repairs to get the bike where it was supposed to be when you shipped it is very disappointing.Over the years, I've purchased excellent bikes from bike shops and big-box stores. I completely anticipate finding and fixing a few minor issues, but what I discovered went much beyond what was expected. If you want to fix any of these issues in your assembly line, it is simple to do so.My current rating of five stars will stand. How your customer service handles getting me the replacement parts (and a better rear-brake cable) that this bike needs will determine whether or not I edit this. If Diamondback is the business I believe it to be, I hope you will find a way to reimburse me for the time I spent building and maintaining your product as well as the time I spent writing this review.My fellow Amazonians, if you want to purchase this bicycle and are NOT a bicycle technician, bring a copy of this review with you to a bicycle shop to have it thoroughly inspected. Because she liked the way the step-through design and upright riding position looked, my wife bought this bike. In 80 minutes, I put it together, adjusted the seat and handlebars to fit her, adjusted the brakes and derailleurs, and built it. Despite my prior bike care skills, the handbook only addressed the most fundamental assembly. For the price, this is a good bike, and most importantly, my wife enjoys riding it. The pedals, seat, and seat post are some of the lower-quality parts, and the wheels lack quick-release skewers. This is reasonable considering that the bike only costs around $300, and we can improve these components as needed. With the parts it came with, the bike runs smoothly. The X-small 14-inch frame fits my wife, who is 5' 1", well.

I've been looking for a bike that's practical, straightforward, and affordable for months now. You can get straightforward, practical bikes with a price tag of $700 and above in any city bike shop (even on clearance). Before I came upon the sixthreezero line of bicycles, that is. I am beyond impressed and pleased with my purchase! The customer service is unmatched, the quality is excellent, and installation is straightforward. Two days later, the bike arrived. took one day to put together, and then I was ready to go! The customer service staff was available and provided a prompt response to any questions I had on the assembly process. That's challenging to find with any business. I was surprised by the unexpected remarks I kept getting when I initially brought it out, especially with the color scheme and leather handles. On ANY bike now on the market, you won't find that level of attention to detail. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND this bike to anyone seeking the high-quality finishes of a beach cruiser. It is a terrific bike all around. extremely adaptable and pleasant. It contains features that would cost a lot more on devices from different brands.If you're not very experienced with bike building, the assembly instructions are not the most obvious. I didn't aware you needed to (a) pull out the brake line and (b) the front wheel bolts sit on the outside of the front-Y, not the inside, until I got upset after popping a brake cable crimp and went online to view a video of someone building a bike. When trying to release one of the nuts for the rear platform, it stripped.In conclusion, a superb bike that is excellent for both paved and dirt bike paths.

My first Relief bike, which I bought more than 15 years ago, has seen a lot of harm from being transported in our camper. I will still use my older bike because it is still a fantastic bike. I won't expose this newer bike to the hard conditions of the camper's back; instead, I'll use it at home. Regarding the bike's quality, the Reliegh brand is excellent; I anticipate that this new model will be my final one. The handlebars and seat may be adjusted up and down as well as back and forth. The shocks provide a smooth ride, and gear changes are simple. one and only. I believe Relief should have included the kick stand, and since there is nowhere to put a water bottle on this bike, I bought a zippered pouch to hold my phone, water, and other little items. Overall, it's a fantastic bike.

I was able to take advantage of one of Amazon's significant price reductions to purchase the Raleigh Circa 1 for $168. What a terrific offer! The bike is a fantastic comfort bike overall. The 27.5" Kenda tires are the perfect size for any easy-going route. Great for walking around the city, the trail, or the neighborhood.As long as you know what you're doing, assembling the bike is relatively straightforward. If not, visit your nearby bike store or YouTube. The headset cover was the only actual issue that caused the project to stall. The stem could not fit within the headset cover since it was manufactured incorrectly. When I called Raleigh, they informed me that they were out of stock for that component. They didn't want to suggest a solution or acknowledge that it was a widespread issue. On the other hand, Amazon gave me a discount so I could get an aftermarket component, and it was excellent. I've mounted the bike with both the new black Sunlite Cone Top Headset Cover and the silver original component seen in the picture.The bike is functional overall, with 7 speeds, and reliable brakes. I'm 5'9" and the bike's medium frame fits me well. It's a fantastic entry-level bike and does the job effectively. I give it five stars because I adore the bike and because Amazon was helpful in resolving any problems I had when I first got the bike.I've ridden the bike for more than 100 miles and it's still smooth after two months. It was such a comfortable ride that I took it for a 35-mile paved trail ride. I'm used to riding road bikes and mountain bikes, but I now think this bike is the most comfortable and simple to ride of all. However, 5 stars!

Excellent bike for my needs. Just now are my two boys old enough to ride a bike. I desired a good, reasonably priced bike for relaxed rides with my wife and children. I purchased the same bike for my wife, but with the girls' frame design. I wish I had purchased this bike over the winter when it was $30 less expensive. I sent back an other bike I had purchased from a different seller because it was garbage and I then bought this one. This bike appears to be adequate but not outstanding. Although the directions are terrible and cover numerous different bikes, the assembly is simple. The bike has a great overall size and is quite sturdy. I am 6' 2" and weigh 250 pounds, and this bike feels just right. The only problem is that when pedaling through extremely tight corners, the front tire will contact my foot (Hence 4 Star).I'd buy once more.

For my niece, a 14-year-old girl who is preparing for college life and must buy groceries and cook for herself, a tricycle was purchased. She won't be using this tricycle for about two years because she isn't old enough to drive. The pricing is reasonable and the quality is first-rate. The girl was eager to ride in the street, so we started to build it up this morning. Since a tool kit is not included, I advise others to prepare their own tools beforehand. I purchased the kit at Home Depot because my niece couldn't wait (extra cost). With the girl's assistance, it takes longer than an hour but less than two. She was happy and wanted to go shopping, but our refrigerator was already filled. My kid, who recently turned 4, can fit in the basket and is rather roomy. This tricycle, in my opinion, is intended for elderly folks who are unable to drive. It appears that people of all ages enjoy it, including my niece, but I still won't advise her to ride it to school because she risked getting teased if someone were unkind. By the way, because we're in Palo Alto, where most intersections have 4-way stop signs, I advised you to ride your tricycles there, especially if you're older or a teen.
