Coconut Secret Coconut Aminos (2 Pack) - 8 fl oz - Low Sodium Soy Sauce Alternative, Low-Glycemic - Organic, Vegan, Non-GMO, Gluten-Free, Kosher - Keto, Paleo - 96 Total Servings Review:

I'm allergic to soy, however it's an ingredient in a lot of goods and dishes. I've decided to start a ketogenic diet, and several of the recipes call for stir-fries, which all contain soy sauce. Fortunately, one cookbook (which I naturally purchased from Amazon) stated that coconut aminos may be used in place of soy sauce. I was baffled as to how something produced from coconuts, which are so nutritious, could take the place of salty soy sauce. But I used the coconut aminos to make my first stir-fry that was somewhat Asian, and it DOES seem to be able to take the place of soy sauce. How happy I am! Despite the fact that we have some extremely good grocery stores, I like living outside a small town. However, I can always order from Amazon to make sure I receive everything I need because, up until this point, they have carried every single item I've ever desired, including coconut aminos.

Coconut Secret Aminos Coconut Packets, 5 Oz Review:

I always carry three of these in my purse. My favorite food is sushi, but I can't eat soy sauce because I'm gluten-free. Nothing goes better with salmon sushi than soy sauce, and Coconut Aminos is the ideal substitute. Years ago, I started keeping a bottle of Coconut Secret Coconut Aminos

Kevala Organic Coconut Aminos 8oz Review:

I've studied enough about soy to conclude that consuming it is not a good idea. As a result, we stopped using soy sauce and started using coconut aminos. Likewise, avoid any other soy-based goods. Although coconut aminos are very expensive, we can save money by buying this big jug rather than several smaller ones. Many people might benefit from switching to this product instead of soy sauce as it is one of many causes for autoimmune diseases.

Due to her CHF, my daughter is currently on a reduced salt diet.Finding new strategies to lower our sodium intake can be difficult for a family that currently uses very little salt when eating and cooking.Coconut aminos are quite useful, and this specific brand has the least sodium of any I've found.Fantastic flavor that is nearly indistinguishable from soy sauce. It nearly tastes sweeter than soy sauce, which has a very distinct salty flavor. For us, there isn't much difference because most of the recipes we use, such as teriyaki, korean kal-bi, and sesame salad dressing, also ask for sugar.Sushi is the only food where we can tell a difference. Even yet, getting a little of sweetness with a slice of sushi is not at all bad, especially if you also like a dab of wasabi in each bite.I purposefully chose to buy these 4 tiny bottles rather than the large gallon container because several unfavorable reviews mentioned mold. I've had one bottle for more than a month in the refrigerator, and it still looks brand new.I used to buy Big Tree Farms at Safeway before switching to the Coconut Secret brand from Amazon. Despite the fact that buying at Safeway is more convenient and the flavors of Big Tree Farms and Coconut Secret are comparable, I will still prefer the Coconut Secret brand because of its lower salt content.Even though we don't have a problem with soy, be aware that not all aminos products are soy free. For instance, Braggs produces both Coconut Aminos and Liquid Aminos. As a comparison of sodium content per teaspoon, from highest to lowest:Tamari with soy sauce (used Kikoman for this example) - 326mgTypical Soy Sauce (used Kikoman for this example) - 291mg320 mg of Bragg Liquid Aminos300 mg. of soy sauceSodium-free soy sauce (used Kikoman for this example)- 191mg160 mg of Big Tree Coco AminosCoconut Aminos from Trader Joe's, 100 milligrams90 milligrams of Coconut Secret

Aroy-D Coconut Cream, 33.8 Fluid Ounce (6-Pack) Review:

I'm trying my hardest to avoid poisons as a breast cancer patient. Since I'm allergic to milk, coconut milk and cream are excellent for me. I avoid using anything in cans, aside from beating coconuts. They still include metals I don't want in my body, despite their claims to be "BPA free."Thank god packaging is now again being done with boxes for the items. Better for the environment and me. Win-Win. I've never seen coconut cream in a carton before (we use it to create homemade ice cream). Yay!!!!!

Coconut Secret Coconut Aminos - 8 fl oz - Low Sodium Soy Sauce Alternative, Low-Glycemic - Organic, Vegan, Non-GMO, Gluten-Free, Kosher - Keto, Paleo, Whole 30 - 48 Servings Review:

Oh, this is really good. I attached a picture. Before I thought to snap a picture, I sampled my original dish and consumed the most of it. Oops! The flavor is somewhat smokey, moderately sweet soy sauce-like.The flavor is not exactly like soy sauce.I've had a hard time trying to consume less salt and sugar. The food was quite tasteless. The bland diet helped me lose weight, but surely bland food isn't necessary?I saw this Coconut Secret Coconut Aminos Sauce original flavor and thought I would give it a shot. This is a fantastic camping and at-home gadget. When I camp, I overindulge in prepackaged, high-salt cuisine. As a soy sauce substitute, I was worried that it would be overly salty, too sweet, or too coconut-flavored.I read the advertisements, which satisfied all of my dietary requirements:Glycemic index of 35, lowrich in vitamins, minerals, and amino acids (protein molecules)Null fatVery little carbohydrate - 1 gram per teaspoonYou'll be amazed at how much sodium is in conventional soy sauce, which has 90 mg of sodium per teaspoon.then the vegan, gluten-free, non-GMO, and 100% organicI came up with a recipe that included two slices of precooked bacon, Kirkland Stir-Fry veggies, and chopped stir-fried meat for fajitas that I had gotten from Whole Foods.Although different vegetables might be used by keto people, these vegetables were great for my needs. The lunch took roughly 20 minutes to cook in total due to the advance preparation of all the ingredients.I covered the bottom of the skillet with 3 tablespoons of grape seed oil, added the frozen vegetables, and covered the skillet while cooking on medium heat until the vegetables were no longer frozen. I then added the precooked meats and mixed. Turned the heat down to low and covered it for a few minutes until everything was hot before adding a tablespoon of Coconut Secret Coconut Aminos sauce and stirring once more. Freshly grated pink sea salt and black pepper were sprinkled on top. I sampled my creation. The cuisine was excellent. I misplaced the photo.consumed the remaining food. You can adjust the sauce amount. You may use less oil or switch to a vegan diet because the majority of the oil remained in the pan.My point is that the food was great even if it did not taste like typical "Chinese" takeout. Some restaurants that deliver should think about including this sauce as a simple swap on their menu. This sauce went down without any trouble in my delicate stomach. The sauce doesn't taste like much when you sample it directly with a spoon. The flavor first became apparent as a spice when the vegetables and meat were added. I'm going to test this sauce along with some other dishes I come up with. The fact that I didn't feel the need for rice was something I enjoyed. Because it raises my blood sugar, rice for me is like candy.Note: In other dishes where the sauce didn't work well to flavor the food, I used more than half of the bottle. Why? Per serving, this product needs roughly a tablespoon of flavoring to taste truly good.A tablespoon of coconut amino sauce increases the salt per serving to 270 mg, which is significantly less than the 940 mg of my wonderful but heart-unhealthy Organic Tamari gluten-free soy sauce. Some months ago, after dumping a lot of soy sauce on his mixed vegetables, my spouse suffered a heart arrhythmia episode. He stopped using soy sauce even though he wasn't sure if that was the problem.Tell the reality that it's a new recipe and add extra coconut hidden coconut Aminos sauce until the flavor is strong enough for their palates if you're worried that your loved ones won't accept the switch from soy sauce. Because they are accustomed to the saltiness of soy sauce, add pink sea salt. I'm confident that you will use significantly less soy salt each serving.Salt contains 2325 milligrams in a teaspoon.About two and a half tablespoons of soy sauce are equal to 940 mg per tablespoon of soy sauce when divided by 2325 mg.One teaspoon of salt is significantly more than they require for the entire day. There is also salt that is snuck into other dishes, like the bacon I added.I'm interested in a product when a company sells food that promotes healthy aging.I also discovered that Chinese food does not contain a lot of soy sauce. Americans desire sugar and salt. Not the Chinese, please. That concludes my odd evaluation, which I hope was beneficial. I'm hoping the recipe helps you get going more quickly. The next thing I'll try is BBQ.

Let's Do Organic Heavy Coconut Cream, 13.5 Ounce Review:

KETO, did you say? What does the "HEAVY things" refer to? Now that you're fat adapted, you can burn both sugars and fats instead of your body and brain craving sugar or carbohydrates that turn into glucose or glycogen. So how does this assist? Continue reading. The photo clearly shows how thick this rich coconut cream is. Definitely thicker than the Thai coconut that is only used in soups...yumm there. This is still like loose jello when I just took it out of the fridge because it hasn't entirely solidified. You can see the scooping mark left by my spoon on the surface. You may also see my Saturday morning HEAVEN in the picture. You can see a 3 day cold brewed French Roast fine grind coffee slider that has NO BITTERNESS

Aroy-D 100% Pure Coconut Cream, 33.8 Oz (3-pack) Review:

Due to reviews that claimed this was not coconut, I almost didn't buy it. BUT this coconut cream is quite good—I ordered three boxes of it.I say "solid" in the sense that I needed a spoon to remove the contents from the box. I emulsified the solids and a tiny quantity of looser cream in the box using my Magic Bullet mixer. I added some Stevia before blending. The result was a delightful, light whipped cream texture that was ideal for combining with fruits like green grapes. compares favorably in flavor to canned coconut milk with cream on top.Lack of emulsifiers like guar gum and other superfluous additives is the cause of the uneven texture. This is so much better to me than the canned food! I've read that coconut milk, oil, and cream have a wealth of health advantages. If you're not ready to look for them, some coconut meat chunks can be unappealing. This supports my belief that this is genuine coconut cream even more. Blend the texture if you don't like it as is and then eat it! White coconut cream can go bad and turn dark and taste "off." Remember that this brand's lack of unsavory preservatives is one of the things we enjoy about it. I won't have any trouble asking for a replacement if any of my other boxes turn out to be defective when I open them. Mrs. Flhilbilly

Native Forest Organic Premium Coconut Cream, Unsweetened, 5.4 Ounce Can Review:

I consume a paleo-ish diet and frequently utilize coconut products. One of my go-to liquids for my keto post-workout shakes is coconut milk. Before deciding to use their Coconut Cream, I was utilizing Native Forest's Organic Coconut Milk.Because the milk is contained in BPA-free cans, it is my absolute favorite brand (unlike most coconut milks out there). I adore the flavor, the texture, and the way it mixes with my smoothies or hot cocoa. For the following reasons, I changed to coconut cream:1. Because these cans are smaller, I can fit more of them in my cabinets.2. Purchase a product that is the same flavor but is more concentrated.3. More affordable4. Less waste from packagingJust like that. This could be a perfect substitute for you if you're looking for coconut milk but particular about the brand. To make "coconut milk," simply dilute it a little more.

Big Tree Farms Organic Coco Aminos Review:

Update: My last bottle arrived damaged in the package, and the seller did not accept refunds. As usual, Amazon was fantastic and took care of things. I'm deducting a star since the bottle was packed so inadequately that I find it hard to believe anyone thought it would travel. The breaking was therefore expected. My previous bottles weren't floating around in a big package and had a lot more bubble wrap in them. Originally: I adore this item. Unlike other types of coconut aminos, it makes a great substitution for soy sauce. The larger size is incredibly helpful because I use it so frequently.
