My tiny closet is simply overflowing with clothing of various sizes, as you can see from the images. Since I rent, I've searched the internet extensively for temporary alternatives. This is the only solution I could think of.Having said that, it's fantastic! Although I still need to organize a little, everything is going well. I'm not a very good housewife. That is not something I inherited or learned from my mother. Therefore, if clothes are not hanging up after being removed from the dryer, they are not hung up. Once it is finger-tight, hang it on the desired door. Then go ahead and make everything more secure. My 10-year-old helped me put it together, however because of his overzealousness, our rack was misaligned. It was actually square after we first hung it, then tightened it up again. This is hanging between two higher cupboards in the laundry room. A tension rod caused the previous one to fall. Due to the fact that it is screwed to the cabinets, this one is considerably better. Compared to the typical ones I get at mega supermarkets, these are far stronger. I recently purchased some, and it was upsetting that they weren't straight. For my handcrafted curtains, these shouldn't ever sag, and the smooth transition at the junction made it simpler to add my loops. Next time, I'll crochet bigger loops to fit their wider girth.

I'm so glad I came across this on Amazon. I detest using hangers that don't glide easily on wooden poles. The rods are made worse when they are painted over since this increases friction. There had to be a way to fix this because I knew I wasn't the only one who found it really bothersome.The product performs just as promised. I didn't particularly enjoy cutting it and attaching it to the rod, though. Wearing strong gloves is a must when handling this item because it is extremely hard and curls up extremely tightly. As the cover rolled back while I was cutting, its pointed corners pinched my fingers a couple times. I'd advise measuring it and tracing a guideline over it.This was not inexpensive, earning only a 4-star rating. To cover the two rods in my flat, I had to purchase two sets. But in the end, I covered the second shorter rod in my hallway closet with the extra pieces from the first set. One piece overlapped the other, and the clothes hanger would just barely bump over the elevated edge. I chose to leave it on (since I'm too lazy to take it off) because it was challenging to put on. The second set will be kept by myself because I know it will be useful when I move out in the future. If you can't deal with lousy closet rods, this is a good investment!

I have one closet full of clothes for four sons. I wanted these to add organization and more hanging space. I must admit that I'm really impressed. They immediately meshes together. The width can be changed with ease. They are nice, genuine steel wrapped with chrome, not cheap plastic. They appear to be durable enough to withstand years of use. Though it wasn't really in the budget at the time, I had really wanted to construct or purchase a custom closet system. These are less priced and perform almost as well. There are no issues, and I would definitely purchase again. Here is a cost-effective solution if you need more closet space.

The original brackets for a flared end closet rod from the 1950s were in my closet, but there was no corresponding closet rod. It's difficult to find rods like this one with flared ends! Although it fit, it was a bit snug on the larger end (possibly as a result of the bracket having been painted once or twice over the years). I was overjoyed to discover this! (Although it does have its own brackets, I chose not to use them as I already had the previous ones.)
