This is genuinely a synthetic substitute for a real deer chamois. I had assumed it would simply be a piece of cheap orange microfiber fabric, but it wasn't. It feels spongy and thick like rubber. It removes a great deal of water from the automobile. The fact that it doesn't become stretched out and misshapen after being wrung out further amazed me.While being more absorbent and appearing to last a long time, it functions and feels exactly like the old natural leather chamois.I simply reinserted it into the tube moist after washing it in the washing machine. I have a number of The Rag Company microfiber towels that I use for a range of tasks, and each one is of the highest caliber. The Rag Company's microfiber towels for detailing, cleaning, and drying windows are the finest available. I've bought some for general home cleaning and other purposes, and each time I've used them, I've found them to be of the highest quality and best value. Their recommendations are trustworthy, and their service is outstanding. To use as tack cloths for my woodworking projects, I bought this set. Some of the commercial tack cloths, in my experience, can leave a residue on the wood that may interfere with the finish. The representative from The Rag Company suggested these. They were cheaper on Amazon, where I could get a pack with a range of colors. They are fantastic and have done the job very well. When it comes to microfiber towels, I always go with The Rag Company.

Get this one if you're like me and compare cheap towels by reading reviews. mostly because this one didn't disappoint me. It was sufficiently moist when it arrived, and the container will maintain it that way. After some time, it does dry out and become harder, but remoistening is not difficult. I cleaned the inside of my car's windows and other glossy surfaces by myself with the shammy. There is a small amount of friction that makes it feel like rubber is being rubbed against it, but not enough to make me want to use something else. It's by far the best glass-cleaning device I've ever used. When I'm finished, I simply rinse and scrub the dirty areas off, and it's ready for another round. Unless you plan to use it as a tiny bath towel, I do advise reducing it to a manageable size. I also suggest characterizing it as often as possible with the adjective "wet."

These work excellent for me in place of paper towels. Simply toss them in the washer with some bleach. I haven't purchased paper towels in the three years that I've been using these particular little white tiles. This is the second set I've purchased. Once they become dirty or have holes, they are placed in a rag bag. My family likes these and uses them to clean up, dry our hands, and even as a napkin when we dine in front of the TV. I have a container that contains them that hangs beneath my cupboard. I even soak them, put them in a plastic bag, and bring them along when we go on road trips. Purchase these in place of paper towels to save the environment and a tree.

These drying towels have been a staple in my shower and largely on my automobiles for years. Particularly for my hair, they work well for a rapid dry-off after a shower. I like cleaning my car and using the chamois to dry it when the weather is great. This towel eliminates all water droplets and streaks, so there's no need to rub them away. The plastic tube is rarely used; instead, I let it air-dry. It will become stiffer, just like a real chamois. The towels have never had a smell to me. I occasionally wash them in the machine to get rid of any grime. The towels will "shed" and lose some of their absorbency after a few years of use; it's time to buy a new pair. These towels don't take the place of microfiber towels, which work well for cleaning and removing dust and debris. These towels are excellent at absorbing water. The price on Amazon is the best!

After deciding that my household was generating too much waste by regularly using paper towels, I bought these towels. Not to add that I was monthly spending a pretty penny on paper towels. I have to agree with reviews that said these towels are very absorbent and make fantastic alternatives to paper towels. We've been using these towels for about a year, and I'm still happy with them. With two children under the age of six and a household of four, 50 of these towels are more than adequate. The only thing that I could see as a problem for certain people would be the fact that some of the towels lost a lot of color after a few washing. If the various blue hues don't disturb you (it's not a big concern for me), then these guys are probably fine. I'd definitely purchase these again.
