Essential Depot Pure Lye Drain Cleaner/Opener, 2 lbs. Food Grade Sodium Hydroxide Micro Beads - HDPE Container with resealable Child Resistant Cap Review:

I won't lie; I was pretty fixated on selecting this option. I had a lot of preconceived ideas about using lye, but after doing some research, I discovered that it is safe to use as well as safe for septic tanks. As she too had preconceived notions about lye, my wife freaked out when she saw the bottle. Let me start by saying that lye, sometimes in combination with other substances, is the active ingredient in many different drain cleaning treatments.Update: My problematic bathroom sink drain is now draining like there is a black hole under my sink, four months after it first started. For the past three years, the sink drain in my home has been slow or stopped. I used a variety of treatments, but they just provided momentary relief; the slow drain kept coming back. The plumber I even hired told me I would need to repair the pipes after spending at least an hour snaking the line and inspecting the vent stack.I turned on the hot water in my sink and allowed it to drain. I put approximately 1/4 cup into the drain and then about a cup of hot water over it while wearing goggles, gloves, and turning on the vent fan. It fizzled and bubbled before draining gradually. I repeated the process using a cup or two of microwaved water because I had read that it should be done with VERY hot water. It sounded like a demon was trying to communicate from the bottom of the drain this time since the chemical reactions were sped up by the extra heat. It made a variety of noises and spit up and out of the drain a dark substance. After letting it operate for a few minutes, I flushed it with hot water. My drain has never drained this swiftly, to put it simply. When I open the drain after filling the sink, it seems like a black hole is suckling up the water. I am so amazingly and permanently impressed with this device that I will continue to keep it in my toolbox.Make sure to follow all safety instructions and avoid using this on anything made of lead, zinc, galvanized metal, or the wax ring on your toilet. Because it will definitely spit up out of your sink, wear gloves and goggles.

Meguiar's G7101FFP Gold Class Car Wash - 1 gallon Review:

Before purchasing any car wash goods, I conducted extensive study on both the products I would be buying and the proper ways to wash a car. It goes without saying that the type of soap is crucial, so I tried this a few times before doing a full wash, clay bar, polish, and wax. This Car Wash soap did a great job, and I will continue to use it as my go-to product. How I rate products: Since I almost never buy anything with less than four stars, all of the products I review start off with four stars. I then adjust the number of stars based on the following factors.1. I'll give something a four star rating if it fulfills my expectations and nothing more.2. An item will receive a star if it meets my expectations.3. An item will lose a star if it marginally disappoints me.4. Regardless of whether the product meets or exceeds my expectations, it will lose a star if the instructions for the product (if necessary) are badly written (difficult to comprehend due to language or grammar errors) or simply too difficult to follow.5. I will take away two stars if a product drastically falls short of my expectations.6. Although I typically only purchase products with a rating of four or higher, I might occasionally give a four-star product a one-star rating if there is a valid cause for doing so. Possibly due to poor customer service from the firm, but in any case, I will be open about why I gave a product one star.

CarGuys Super Cleaner - Effective All Purpose Cleaner - Best for Leather Vinyl Carpet Upholstery Plastic Rubber and Much More! - 18 oz Kit Review:

On my husband's leather seats, I was using a store-bought leather cleaner; although it worked using a leather and upholstery brush (rather than simply a rag), it took 4-5 passes in the same location to get the seats clean. They were disgustingly filthy! As I was working on the truck, the Car Guys Super Cleaner arrived. I switched to the new cleaner, and WHAT A DIFFERENCE! In a couple of passes, I could achieve the same level of cleanliness. Amazing things! Wearing gloves is definitely advised because I experienced dryness and a residue-like feeling on my fingertips after application. The smell is mildly coconut-like, and it also removed marks from leather that the other leather cleaner did not. I strongly advise! This image serves as an illustration of how filthy. I'm so happy I figured out how to get it off at last!*I wanted to add that after looking at other goods, this one had a larger percentage of favorable ratings and came in a bottle that was ready to use. There was no need for dilution, which spared me from having to purchase a gallon jug and an additional spray bottle. Now, it would be fantastic if Car Guys could provide this stuff in refill sizes to use with this spray container.

Mothers 05674 California Gold Carnauba Wash & Wax - 64 oz. Review:

Use a foam cannon to test it. The sheen and color richness that it generates will wow you. It works well when used with standard buckets. Rub this item between your fingertips, and you can actually feel the lubricity and wax content. This is hefty stuff. preserves the recently waxed finish. possibly the greatest car wash available. I don't understand reviews that claim it isn't appropriate for washing buckets. The production of thick suds does require agitation with a powerful stream of water. However, 2-4 ounces added to a 5-gallon bucket and stirred will result in great suds. You need a stronger, possibly acid-based cleaner if you pre-rinse your car, use a good mitt to apply product to a piece at a time, then rinse, but still can't get it clean with this wash. In my honest view, this wash is ineffective on neglected paint with imbedded impurities or grime that has been allowed to sit on the surface for weeks or months and works best on finishes that are already in good condition. I have automobiles in both black and red, and I can attest that when utilized correctly and according to plan, it yields amazing results. This product will improve the appearance of your car if it has a wax foundation. I will admit that when the substance is utilized in a foam cannon, the results seem more shocking. However, utilizing a bucket will leave you impressed. Guaranteed. Ignore the critics. They have no idea what they are discussing.

Chemical Guys CWS_110 Honeydew Snow Foam Car Wash Soap and Cleanser (1 Gal), 128 fl. Oz (Gallon) Review:

I really got this for the smell, but after reading all the great reviews, I had to give it a try. I visited a few auto parts outlets in search of it, but none had it yet. Amazingly, just a few Chemical Guys goods are available at Wal-Mart, but not this one. When compared to other car wash soaps, I was astounded at how "less" soap I needed to use. I used only 1 1/2 of the required 2-3 ounces of soap for my foam cannon and still had enough left over to wash two more cars. When you spray suds on, they are incredibly thick; they are not thinned down but rather resemble a paste. I always pre-rinse my autos with my pressure washer before using the soap in order to remove the filth. I let this sit on my car for around five minutes before cleaning it with a microfiber sponge. It just needed to be done once, followed by a rinse. No two- or three-bucket system! Spray, scrub, rinse, and done with one application! It smells amazing and a little bit goes a long way!

Chemical Guys CWS_402_16 Mr. Pink Super Suds Car Wash Soap and Shampoo (16 oz) Review:

The pink color has always been a favorite of mine. And Mr. Pink of the Chemical Guys has now won my heart. I almost completely filled my 5 gallon bucket by adding 2 capfuls from the 16oz container. (Or around 4 gallons) That was all it required...I'll admit that at first, I had my doubts. Which is why I initially bought the smaller bottle. Well, isn't car soap just car soap, I wondered to myself. .... No. It isn't. All types of soaps and shampoos contain various detergents and ingredients, as well as varying viscosity levels.Having said that, I'm really excited about the Mr. Pink. It carried out what it promised to do. And when I buy a product, I hope for it to fulfill my expectations. Don't misunderstand me; no amount of miracle wax will make your rusted-out 1968 Chevrolet seem showroom-ready. However, if you regularly maintain and detail your automobile, you start to notice little things here and there. I also observed that this soap appeared to be a cut above the rest.Turtle wax, Mothers, and Meguiar's are gone. Good day, CHEMICAL GUYS!

Chemical Guys CLD_101_16 All Clean+ Citrus Based All Purpose Super Cleaner (16 oz) Review:

I've had this item for a few months, but I just recently opened it.I intended to apply it to all of my car's interior components, including the vinyl seats. I diluted All Clean with water in a 1:10 ratio and sprayed it all over the vinyl car seats, inside plastics, handles, and dash boards. I next washed the surface with a horse hair leather brush from Chemical Guys before wiping it down with a damp microfiber towel.Even though I had cleaned them using Sonax whole interior cleaner and a microfiber towel one or two weeks prior, I could instantly tell that a significant amount of filth and grime had been removed when I washed the microfiber towels with tap water. The grime on the folds of vinyl seats seemed to be resistant to cleaning using Sonax interior cleaner and a microfiber cloth, but I discovered that using this All Clean Plus with a brush was surprisingly efficient in removing it. I'm thrilled with the outcome.Other surfaces also appeared to be as attractive and spotless as they had been 11 years prior. I have recently tried a variety of Chemical Guys products, such as Inner Clean, All Clean Plus, Leather Cleaner

Mothers 06112 Back-to-Black Trim & Plastic Restorer, 12 fl. oz. Review:

I've experimented with a variety of products on my Chevy Avalanche throughout the years. Most have a tendency to wash off or fade quickly, giving you a lovely repaired look for only a day or two. This is what I use after washing my five-year-old car outside in the Texas heat. It functions well, but more importantly, the results last past the following car wash. It's the only thing I use these days to revive the appearance of sun-baked plastic.

Chemical Guys CLD_203_16 Signature Series Wheel Cleaner (16 oz) Review:

For me, this stuff performed nicely. I'm not sure if it performed any better than previous cleaners had in the past for me. When I was purchasing other items to try, I purchased it. With my nearly empty bottle of turtle wax tire cleaner, I began. After cleaning one tire, I left. When I used this spray to the purportedly clean tire, the suds very soon began to turn brown. I'm not sure if using the other cleaner again would have resulted in similar reaction. All I know is that it did a great job. My wheels have a really great gloss on them, and my tires are clean. It was a brand-new truck to me, and it was filthy. The front left wheel had an odd item on it. Although it's still there, this stuff undoubtedly helped. Possibly, in my opinion, with subsequent cleanings. Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase. It's strange because the bottle directs you to dilute it 1:4 with water. That eludes me. Why do they sell it to you in this manner? There is no additional container included to dilute it with, and a spray head is included. I didn't think it was that deadly powerful. Regardless, it worked and I'm pleased with it, but I'm not sure if I'd make an extra effort for it.
